Use:
Apply body oil or moisturizer to prepare the skin.
Gently glide the gua sha along the contours of your arms, legs, torso, feet, and hands in long, sweeping motions.
Using gentle pressure, stroke each area 3-5 times, always towards your heart.
Finish each stroke with a light massage at the endpoint (lymph nodes).
Rinse tool after use and store in a dry place.
