I don't understand why this product has such low reviews? I LOVE the pink! Instead, I've started diluting it with water and dipping my hair, but that doesn't turn out completely well either 🥲😅

Warm/cool on gray hair?
If we assume this adheres to gray hair, will it pull warm or cool? I have gray hair at the temples and a bit scattered in my hair, which is a natural 7/8. I am currently toning with Igora Vibrance 8.00 + 9.0.0.21/. But it gets a bit too warm in relation to my regrowth with gray and dark blonde, which is neutral. "Ash" tones down orange and yellow hues
I have tried several similar products and this one (color "Ash") clearly works best on my light Nordic hair with fine/thin but dry strands, and a tendency for oily scalp.
