    Am I doing something wrong?

    I bought this today, but when I try it, it doesn't grab my hair at all. If I try to "help out" by wrapping my hair around the barrel, the hair just falls off the styler. Could it be defective or are there some extra settings I need to use? I've tried to find tutorials online, but I'm not getting any good answers.

      Hi Margrethe ❤️ Thank you for reaching out! It's so disappointing to hear that the styler isn't working as expected. The Multi-Styler from Camilla Pihl is supposed to grab the hair using the airflow, but it can take a bit of trial and error before you get the technique down. Here are some tips that might help: Make sure you don't have sections of hair that are too thick – smaller sections often work better. The hair should be about 80–90% dry – not completely wet, but still a bit damp. Hold the hair close to the cylinder, and the airflow should "catch" it automatically. Feel free to try changing the direction of the airflow if it's going the wrong way. If you've followed this and the styler still isn't grabbing the hair at all, there might be something wrong with the product. In that case, you can submit a complaint via "My page," and we'll help you further with this 💌
