Hydro Blot Loose Powder acts like oil-absorbing paper and is perfect to pair with CCC Cream for a smooth and balanced finish.

Suitable for normal, combination, and/or oily skin, but can also be used on dry, sensitive, and/or mature skin.

Use:
1. Gently press to dispense a small amount of powder into the lid and swirl with the included brush.
2. Apply the powder using soft, sweeping motions along the contours of the face, or press lightly onto smaller areas for more precise coverage.
3. For oily skin, we recommend touching up desired areas throughout the day as needed.

Thanks to a high concentration of skincare ingredients, Hydro Blot Loose Powder can be applied to bare skin, before and/or after makeup.
