    One color fell out

    Just like someone else wrote here earlier, one whole color fell out of the packaging. I had only used the product a couple of times when one day, in a quick moment, I turned the packaging upside down, and one of the colors fell out completely and of course broke. So for heaven's sake, don't hold the packaging upside down.
