Unprocessed hair?
Bought this product but when it arrived and I read the packaging, it says not to use it on unprocessed gray/white hair!? What should one use then to remove the green metallic tint in the hair? Since naturally gray or white hair can be extra sensitive, we recommend doing a strand test before using the full treatment. Apply the product only to the areas that are green and avoid areas without green tones, such as the scalp, as it can turn a bit pink there if you don’t have green.
