    I’m already on my second bottle and have nothing negative to say. This combined with beplain Mung Bean Cleansing Foam is a fantastic duo🤩. It removes all makeup and dirt without leaving the skin stripped and dry. I like to massage this on my nose for a while to get the pores cleaned out.

    DO NOT BUY! My makeup brushes are ruined.

    I followed the instructions for the product. I felt it left a «coating» on the makeup brushes and several of my makeup brushes are completely ruined now. The bristles on the brush fell apart completely and came loose from the handle, so I had to throw them away.

      Hi there 🥰 I’m so sorry to hear that the product hasn’t lived up to expectations 😥 This product contains a number of fatty oils to soften the brushes you clean. It may sound like the oil is possibly too greasy for the brushes you’ve used, or it could be that too much of the product (the oil) has been used in the machine, which can lead to a thicker layer of oil on the brushes. It’s also important not to use the cleaner in the handle of the brush you want to clean - as this can cause the fibers in the brush to fall out from the attachment. If the brushes have become defective after use according to the instructions, it may be that there is a defect with your item. In this case, I would definitely recommend you register the case as a complaint so that we have the opportunity to take the product back for a check! 💪
