Which one should I choose?

System 3 is designed for normal to thin, colored hair, but it also works for natural hair if the focus is on strengthening the hair and combating hair loss. Alternatively, you can check out System 1, which is for normal to thin, natural hair and provides a good foundation for maintaining a healthy scalp and promoting hair growth.
