I was so excited to test this serum, which is SO popular and much talked about in the skincare world. First of all, I want to say that it is a good product with a lovely consistency that absorbs quickly into the skin, and I feel that my face is moisturized and gets softening care. I have been so lucky to test Estée Lauder's Advanced Night Repair Serum. The first impression of the packaging wasn't necessarily impressive, but the bottle definitely screamed "luxury". The heavy glass bottle gives an exclusive feel, and I love that it's made of glass - because that makes it more environmentally friendly. The pipette also has a great shape, with an angled tip that makes it easier to be more precise. The consistency is exactly what I expect from a serum, but with a bit more fullness that makes it feel more nourishing than the completely "watery" variants. It has a fresh scent, but I can't see any perfume on the ingredient list. The scent disappears quickly and doesn't linger. I have been using this serum every day for a couple of weeks now, always in the evening and as needed in the morning! I have tested this exclusive serum for about three weeks. The serum doesn't smell much, and the little it does smell quickly fades away. The product has a smooth consistency and absorbs quickly into the skin. I have used about half a pipette per use. The product has been used morning and night before moisturizer. I have tested it for about three weeks, and I am very positively surprised! My skin feels smoother, more even, and less red. My skin is dry, sensitive, and has some hormonal breakouts. When I started using this serum, I had a few small pimples on and off, and they had been around for a while. Just after a few days of using this serum, they were already on their way to disappearing. Luxurious serum that unfortunately didn't suit my skin type
I got to test the Advanced Night Repair Serum as a Lyko Influtester. ✨ I am 30 years old and have sensitive, super dry, and thin skin. Unfortunately, I could only use the serum twice, so I can't comment on long-term results. The serum is fragrance-free as far as I can see, but I still experienced a distinct scent 🌿, probably from the plant extracts in the formula. Upon application, the serum felt initially moisturizing, but I simultaneously experienced stinging and irritation and small bumps on my face, so I didn't dare to continue using it. I suspect it might be the hyaluronic acid or some of the extracts that my skin couldn't tolerate, as I've had similar reactions before. Additionally, I've been struggling with a damaged skin barrier for a long time now. The product is also quite expensive, so I really hoped it would work better for me. As #lykoinflutester, I received the Advanced Night Repair serum from #esteelauder ✨ I used the serum every night for about 1 week. I got small pimples/rashes that couldn't be squeezed. I didn't understand at first what it was due to, but then I stopped using the serum for a couple of days, and the spots disappeared. Unfortunately, my skin reacted to something in the serum. I will have to give it to my mom, who has used the serum for several years and loves it! 💖 Remember to test the product on your hand or on a small area of your face if you're unsure about allergies/have sensitive skin. Despite the skin's reaction, there are some positive things. For little bang for the buck
I have tested this serum for a few weeks, and I want to start by being honest and say that I find it very difficult to make a fair review of skincare products. This is because there are so many other things that affect the condition of the skin, such as diet, sleep, hormones, stress, and weather changes, for example. What I can say something about, however, is of course the formula and the packaging! I really like that it comes with a pipette that is also angled at the bottom, which makes it very easy to apply and adjust the amount without having to contaminate the jar/bottle or the pipette with your hands and risk adding bacteria. You don’t need much product, just three very small drops (one on the forehead and one on each cheek) have been more than enough, I think. The formula is a bit thicker and more viscous than, for example, a toner or watery serum. It is also not completely clear but more cloudy. I find it a bit confusing and misleading that it says "night repair" on the bottle, as it states both "am" and "pm" on the back and in the description that you can/should use it both morning and night. About the same time I started using this serum, I had an outbreak of pimples on my forehead and big problems with very oily and greasy skin. However, I have no idea if it’s due to the serum or something else, considering what I described above. I usually get more pimples once a month (probably hormonal, of course), but it has been a long time since it was this bad. I continued to use the product, but not as often, and after a few days up to a week, it calmed down. I don’t know if the product maybe needed an adjustment period and that there was some kind of detox, or if it simply just depended on something else. Normally, I have combination skin and tend to get a bit oily in the T-zone. Sometimes I wake up with a very oily forehead after applying the serum in the evening, and sometimes I wake up with balanced skin and a nice glow. Maybe it has to do with how much I apply? Worth mentioning is perhaps that I have another product from Estee Lauder that also makes me very oily on the forehead. The serum absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel sticky. I use it after a hydrating toner and before my face cream. It smells quite a bit, but not necessarily bad. The scent reminds me of a C-vitamin serum I used before that had about the same consistency, but nothing is mentioned here about C-vitamin as far as I can understand, so it’s unclear what it is that smells. As for results? Yes, I actually don’t dare to say much about it in reference to what I started with and considering that I have only tested it for a few weeks. I see tendencies for a more even skin tone and more glow, but at the same time, the skin remains quite unbalanced with a pimple popping up here and there despite being in my 25s. What is clear, however, is that I don’t see such a magical difference that I would pay 1450kr to buy it again, but I will absolutely continue to use it until it’s finished! This time I was so lucky to try Estée Lauder's Advanced Night Repair Serum! 🤩 I love testing different serums, especially during winter when the skin often becomes dehydrated and pulls in! I liked that the serum absorbed quickly and was economical in use, but I wasn't such a fan of the scent! More because I am sensitive to too much fragrance due to migraines 🙈 However, this is a very nice luxury brand, you can feel the quality of both the bottle and the content is exactly what you pay for, the serum is thick and good, which again absorbs quickly and nicely into the skin, and that's how you want a serum to work! I have received estee lauders revitalizing supreme+ night bounce cream (phew, long name). 😅 It is safe to say a luxurious night cream that contains estee lauders collanight-8™ technology, collanight-8™ contains among other things vitamin E and moringa extract. I have really appreciated this night cream, especially now during the winter months when my skin is extra dry right now 🫶🏼 The cream contains peptides that my skin really loves. The cream itself is very thick in consistency, but as soon as it meets the skin, it kind of melts in. It’s something I haven’t experienced before, the combo of a thick cream that quickly melts in and feels thin. As you can see in the video, my dryness disappears in an instant, which in itself isn’t revolutionary, the thing is, I wake up in the morning without a single dry spot on my face or neck, my skin just glows! ✨ The feeling of the cream is really something I haven’t experienced before and I think it’s cool, unusual to have a little aha moment like that. With thicker creams often comes an annoying film, and the creams never really sink in completely. This one is completely different 👏🏼 Unlike the night repair serum that I gave full marks to, I can’t justify the price of this cream, closer to 1900:- for 75ml is steep, I think, and here I reach my pain threshold, haha. If I want this again, I will buy it but only on sale or in a Christmas kit where it often becomes affordable. I considered giving the cream three or four stars but land on three, or 3.5 actually, I have a night cream that I already love and it’s myyyyych cheaper than this. But who knows, after using this for a few more months maybe I’ll change my mind? I got to test Estée Lauder's Advanced Night Repair serum, it's actually a serum that I had in mini-format many years ago and I remember that I appreciated it back then. This time I've chosen to use the serum more intensively and in different ways, I've applied it both morning and night, but I've also used it in conjunction with makeup. 👑 I really want to find some downside to the serum considering the price, but I can't 🫠 Night Repair is the best serum I've tested so far! It gives an instant hydration to my dry skin and during the testing period, I feel that my skin feels firmer and tighter. I've tried mixing it with foundations to get a more natural result, I've mixed it with blushes of various kinds and yes, the serum gives my skin something, even my makeup! I know the price is high, but when this one runs out (in a hundred years, it's actually 75ml) I will buy another one. A luxurious serum from Estee Lauder in an exclusive glass bottle with 50 ml.💞 I have a typical combination skin with an oilier T-zone and drier areas. My skin is also mature with both lines/wrinkles and pigmentation. This season requires extra moisture, and you really get that from this serum that promises up to 72 hours of hydration. 👍 It contains, among other things, hyaluronic acid and antioxidants, and the consistency is lightly "runny".💦 It is easy to apply the product with the hygienic pipette, which is also ergonomically designed with a small "bend" at the end. 👌 It is very economical, so usually just a few drops are enough to cover the face; feel free to use the serum on your neck as well. I have used it both morning and night, which is recommended, even though it is primarily intended to work overnight "night repair". 😴 The scent is a bit too strong for me; I prefer more subtle fragrances, but the scent itself disappears quite quickly once the product has absorbed into the skin. 🙃 The serum is in the premium price segment and is a bit too expensive, even though it is economical and hydrates deeply. Revitalizing Supreme+ Soft Cream has become one of the products I look forward to using every night. I've been using this consistently in the evenings for a couple of weeks now. I will probably switch to using it during the day as well when my other day cream runs out🙈 The container is incredibly beautiful and exclusive, but the glass jar is large compared to how much space the actual "container" takes up. However, the jar is glass, so there's no waste of plastic packaging😄 The cream itself is absolutely lovely. It smells clean and delicate without being perfumed or "too much", and the consistency is just how I want it: not too thin, not too thick, and it melts really well into the skin.
