This product absolutely did not suit me. My lips are now completely ruined. Especially the upper lip has developed an eczema-like feeling, is dry and red. It feels tight and nothing I've tried afterwards seems to soothe it for more than a moment. I had been looking forward to trying this product and seeing what color my lips would get.. Unfortunately, it ended in a disappointing result. There was quite a bit of magic happening in the makeup studio for this look! I wanted something that felt fresh, long-lasting, and with that little extra. I used a mix of both budget favorites and luxurious gems to get this base and eyes just right. The stars of the show are definitely the palette from LH cosmetics (the pigments are incredible!) along with a perfect sun-kissed touch from NYX and sharp lines with Gosh. This palette is absolutely amazing, especially for those of you with a cool undertone! Here are my thoughts after trying it out: Formulation & Pigment • Pigmentation: Really good color payoff overall. • Finish: A perfect blend of matte shadows and shimmer/glitter. The formulation feels consistent throughout the palette. • Favorite: The silver shadow is absolutely amazing – perfect for a bold silver look! My best application tips 💡 To get the most out of the glittery shadows and minimize fallout: 1. Tool: Use your fingertip or a damp, flat brush to make the glitter really "pop". 2. @inglot Duraline: Want extra intensity? Mix with a drop of Duraline. 3. Base: Apply on a sticky base (eyeshadow primers or concealer work great) for best results. It’s also very easy to do a cut crease on top of the base! 4. @LHcosmetics Sparkl: To avoid fallout on the cheeks, you can "set" the shadow with a liquid glitter product (e.g., LH Cosmetics Sparkl). Any downsides? The only negative is that there is some "kickback" (powder flying up) in the pan when dipping the brush, but that doesn’t bother me personally since the result on the eye is so good. Summary: LOVE IT! A perfect 5-star for anyone who loves cool tones and shimmer. Yesterday's party
Before I got a hangover, I had of course spruced myself up a bit, and it was time to test how the red-red works with my wavy hair texture. The answer is (according to me😝): absolutely excellent 🍒 I sprayed heat protection from Neqi, scrunched in mousse and gel from Umberto Giannini, hair oil from Kerastase, and finished with the texture spray from R+Co. I’m also linking the makeup I used. Pretty standard. The palette from Moira was included, and the burgundy shadows were meant to sync with the hair color 😋 I COULDN’T resist buying my first Sol de Janeiro scent yesterday either. No. 87.
