It’s a nice and handy jar with a handy “spatula” to scoop the product with. Scent It smells a bit fresh but really has no strong scent, just an incredibly mild scent. So it barely smells like anything. The product You apply the balm on dry skin. It’s so easy to scoop up the product with the “spatula.” You take a bit from the jar. The balm feels a bit like butter when I scoop it, but a bit firmer and stiffer. When you apply it on the skin, it melts into the skin and removes all makeup and all products from the face. It’s easy to rinse off and leaves no greasy feeling. The best first step in my evening routine. I use Mamonde Ceramide Amino Foam afterwards. I got the chance to try this toner as I received it as a freebie when I used other products from #mamonde. I think this toner is absolutely fantastic. It deeply moisturizes my skin and gives my skin such a glow without making it oily. If you want to give your skin a strengthening and moisturizing first layer with this mild toner that builds up the skin's natural barrier, then this toner is for you. It is enriched with fermented lactobacillus lysate and helps improve the skin's resilience, retain moisture, and give a softer, smoother skin texture. I find that it absorbs quickly into the skin. It has no strong scent and really feels good for the skin. Got this as a freebie when I bought other products from #mamonde and have really loved it. I use it together with Mamonde's facial cleanser and toner from the same line. The first time I used it, I didn't like it. But since then, I've been completely hooked. A fantastic product that moisturizes and works so well on my skin. A light, soothing emulsion with 7-layer ceramides and hibiscus biotics that strengthen the skin barrier and provide long-lasting moisture balance. What I like more about this emulsion is that when I feel my skin is extra dry, I can apply a face cream on top, otherwise I just use this emulsion as a moisturizer. Why is it called Toner? I think of toner as something you can put on a cotton pad and swipe over your face. To cleanse and hydrate. But this one is thick, more like a serum. Applied with fingers. So I don’t understand how it can remove dirt and sebum? Everything just stays. But the skin feels soft afterwards. Have used this instead of face cream sometimes. Tested Mamonde Pore Shrinker Bakuchiol Retinol Toner and I’m actually quite satisfied This one suited my skin surprisingly well! I didn’t notice an extreme difference right away, but after some use, I think my skin looked a bit smoother and fresher. It contains ingredients like bakuchiol and retinol, which are known to help with skin texture and pores, and I actually feel it does something, just in a mild way. Perfect if you don’t want anything too strong. The consistency is light and absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling sticky, which I really like.
