On the face, in the armpit, after shaving, filled mini spray bottles and taken as hand sanitizer when I'm out with the kids. Used to wipe the window on the plane. Wiped tables at the restaurant, etc. This has been a game changer for me, such a versatile product makes me so happy because then I don't have to have several things for different parts/purposes. PYUNKANG YUL = yes and no It has been wonderful and is as creamy as I like. In spring it was perfect, not thick enough to use in winter. It has been nice and just moisturizing enough as I want in summer and wonderful to put in the fridge for days I want extra coolness. Spring= yes Summer= yes Autumn= no Winter= no ORDINARY (Mandelic acid 10% + HA) = Yes It has been wonderful and really helped me reduce and get rid of my pores and impurities. My skin is very sensitive and I had to start by only applying it to certain spots on the face. Like the nose, chin, and some parts of the cheeks. The night after I used barrier strengthening cream and gradually increased to more parts of the face. This is supposed to be very gentle and one of the milder ones. The first time it caused irritation because I smeared it all over my face, not so smart of me.. But today (autumn) I use it once a week on the whole face and once only on the nose and the part I want to help/improve. PURITO = maybe or no It is nice and it feels like it has done something but I don't know what. I prefer to use toner/essence rather than serum. It works well and doesn't irritate my skin, but I will keep looking and hopefully find one I feel more confident helps my skin than this. SOL DE JANEIRO Pink (48) = yes, love the scent and that it is so rich and creamy. Yellow (62) = no, don't like the scent. THE BODY SHOP = no It removes makeup and impurities but I have found a new and much better one. The packaging is very annoying and sometimes I couldn't open it at all. Good serum for mature and sensitive skin
I have used this serum throughout the summer and I am very satisfied. I have reached menopause and my skin behaves accordingly. It is sensitive, itches a little, can be a bit red and sometimes a bit dull. The skin can feel uncomfortable. Puritos serum does exactly what it promises. It soothes the skin, strengthens the skin barrier, and adds moisture. The skin feels trouble-free and much better. It also looks better. I have used Puritos Wonder Releafe Centella Serum in the morning and Puritos Timeless Bloom Bakuchiol Serum in the evening. I have used Embryolisse Lait Creme sensitive moisturizer morning and evening. As my skin is now, this is a combination I will stick to for a while. There are better serums on the market – but at a significantly higher price. The soap is wonderful and long-lasting. Will last over a month with several uses daily. Really cleans away all dirt. Toner is okay but I find it too watery for this climate, but it works if you are sensitive, though I prefer Pyunkang Yul blue Essence. CREAM The cream is good but I use it so little that I still can’t decide if this is better than Purito’s night cream. I have used that longer and prefer it. It helps the skin heal overnight even if it is greasy. Common Cloud Is wonderful. Doesn’t crumble and protects well. Sometimes put this on the kids and they like it more than kids sensitive for the face. Beuty of Joseon Protects very well but sometimes feels like it crumbles. But doesn’t hurt the eyes. Have Beuty of Joseon cleansing balm to remove makeup and it is wonderful. I understand it’s good to use an antioxidant serum in the morning like vitamin C and retinol in the evening. I plan to start using retinol but will wait until my skin has recovered. 🤍 These two are supposed to help keep the skin in good condition according to research. ✨ Last but not least, I’m also excited to try the sulfur concentrate from The Ordinary, which is said to be magical against pimples (especially ingrown ones). Good but bad smell
This is an extremely good moisturizer! One of the few that doesn't sting when I apply it, not even during an eczema flare-up. Works great on my acne-prone skin as well. The tube is also much larger than many other moisturizers at the same price. The only downside is the smell. It is not scented, but the oats in the cream give off a quite distinct smell. Especially right after/under application. I'm very glad that it is not scented, but I wish it didn't smell bad for that reason😅 I highly recommend this! Maybe not for aging skin?
The first impression is positive. The cream is apparently much less greasy than I expected it to be (due to panthenol). The consistency is almost gel-like and can remind you of Elixir's niacatil 4%. But it is just a bit too greasy to use in the morning, so I have been using it as a night cream for about 2 weeks. I am 39 years old and have otherwise nice skin, but I am sensitive to changes and too strong acids/creams. So the fact that I got a few breakouts here and there I see as normal. I get this every time I switch a cream/serum, and it is simply because the skin goes out of balance when you change your routine. Something that stabilizes over time, so that’s fine. And apparently, the cream moisturizes well, but it didn’t really give me anything. At my age, you notice a big difference between really good moisturizing creams and those that just seem to moisturize. Here you get a bit of glow right away, but when I wake up in the morning, I don’t see any good effect. It seems like the cream doesn’t fully absorb but stays on the surface and rather absorbs into the pillow overnight.
