HELP ME LYKO!! GROSS, DISGUSTING, UNACCEPTABLE,.. . I received USED AND TESTED INTIMATE PRODUCTS, and THE MOST EXPENSIVE ITEM IS MISSING FROM THE GIFT BOX!
DISGUSTING, GROSS, UNACCEPTABLE,.. . I received USED AND TESTED INTIMATE PRODUCTS, and THE MOST EXPENSIVE ITEM IS MISSING FROM THE GIFT BOX!…… DISAPPOINTMENT IS JUST THE FIRST NAME! How incredibly disappointed one becomes… I ordered this as a gift for a friend who wished for, among other things, a vibrator for her birthday. I then found this set that was supposed to include “Bloom - Unique Swipe-Technology Rabbit Vibrator - The Violet.” So I pick up the package today, open it as soon as I get home before I think to wrap it in gift paper for her to ensure that nothing has leaked out of the box. I then see that the vibrator, which costs 1195 kr, is NOT EVEN IN THE BOX?! I then think how incredibly strange it is that the box had no plastic, tape, or other security around it. I first thought that you must have forgotten to include the vibrator in this gift set/Lyko LOVABLES box. But,… then I see when I look closer that there are two products missing lids.. they are lying loose in the box in a different place than attached to the products. I then see that a face cream “By Wishtrend Vitamin A-mazing Bakuchiol Night Cream 30 ml” is clearly opened, but someone has tried to put the tape back to fake that it is unopened. So it is obviously apparent in this case, considering the other tested/opened products, that the vibrator, which is the most expensive item in this set, does not just seem to have been “forgotten” in this set - but someone has bought this set, taken out the most expensive item, then opened and tested other products, only to return the entire box to you. Then I received this incomplete box/set with tested items as well. This is the first time I am buying one of your “Lyko LOVABLES,” and I am UNDESCRIBABLY DISSATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED, AND SAD. I want to be clear that I do not wish for a refund for this set, the money is not what was important here, but I am now left without a gift for my friend because I cannot give an incomplete set that also contains tested products. Sickeningly gross considering that there are several INTIMATE products in this set. Would anyone even want to give away the products that actually look unopened? Who knows if someone has tested them, wiped them off, and put them back? YUCK!! YUCK YUCK. Can you please help me get to the bottom of what has happened in my case here? Can you ensure that the person who first ordered it and returned it incomplete knows that I have now received it and have been affected? I want help getting a new set that with FULL CONFIDENCE HAS NOT BEEN AT SOMEONE ELSE'S HOME FIRST AND THEN TESTED AND RETURNED, so I can get it soon before it is too late for my friend's birthday. I wish for it with the same shipping method, instabox express for lyko “powerful platinum” member that I am, to the same delivery address I provided for this order.
