    Poor customer service

    Now it's definitely over! After many years as a customer, I've had enough! After waiting 18 days for this hairband, which by the way was cracked at the seam, and after 2 inquiries to Lyko, who promise to respond within 24 hours, whereupon a dirty excuse came after 5 days, that's enough! I have a lot of points standing that I can't use because Lyko says: you have to buy products in addition to be able to use the points. So thanks for me!
