📌 Go to MY PAGES
📌 Select Order History and click on the order number of the item you want to return
📌 Click on the RETURN icon and fill out the quantity + reason
📌 Do you want a return slip as a letter? Write that in the comment field, and we’ll take care of it for you!
📌 Feel free to attach a picture or video that clearly shows the problem
We’ll keep you updated along the way, and you’ll be notified as soon as the return is processed 💌
