Use:

Generously apply before sun exposure and frequently reapply, especially after swimming/perspiring/towel-drying for efficient protection. A too small amount reduces the level of protection. Don’t stay out in the sun for too long, even while using sunscreen. Overexposure to the sun comes with serious health risks. Protect infants and small children from direct sunlight.
