There is no separate mention of the product's usage frequency in the product information, so I would say it depends on your hair's needs ☺️ Generally, once a week or every two weeks is sufficient for hair masks! Here is also a guideline for using the product: Apply the product to washed hair. Let the treatment sit for 5-15 minutes. Rinse the hair thoroughly and finish with conditioner.
