Use:
Shake the bottle well to combine the 2 phases. Soak a cotton pad. Lightly press the pad onto the lashes for 10 seconds. Slide the cotton pad downwards and then upwards, gently lifting the lashes. Fold the cotton pad in half, place it under the eye, and slide it outwards and dry. Take a new cotton pad for the second eye and repeat the same process.
