I’ve been tasked with testing The Face Glue Primer - This one delivers on its promises. The makeup sits so beautifully! Lasts all day. I’ve used this before. Nice, smooth tube. Doesn't hold up
The makeup didn't hold up as it should, sticky and gooey feeling on the skin. The only advantage is that it suited my dry/sensitive skin. Affordable!!
Very good product for the cheap price and fits perfectly for me who has very dry skin 🤎 The product feels nice on the skin, feels very light and is incredibly moisturizing which in turn makes the makeup sit nicely and stay in place. You don’t need to use a lot of the product so the bottle lasts a long time which is a big plus! Good primer
This primer has definitely worked really well for me :) it suits my very dry skin really well. I love that this primer doesn’t start to roll when applying makeup. Also, my makeup actually sticks really well to my face and stays on really well. Even and smooth under makeup
Makeup applies evenly and smoothly on top, feels light on the skin. 💚 Okay, I really get the hype around this primer!
NYX The Face Glue Primer is the kind of primer I like to use when I want my makeup to feel a bit more set and hold together better throughout the day. I really like when a primer actually adds something to the base instead of just being another step. The first thing I notice is the slightly sticky feeling after application. That might sound strange, but that’s actually exactly what I like – it gives the skin a surface that feels like foundation and other base products really have something to grip onto. 😂✨ I usually apply a thin layer after skincare and let it settle a bit before going in with foundation. Then the base feels more “gripped” and I think the makeup has a more cohesive feel. I also like that it doesn’t feel heavy on the skin. Despite the sticky finish, I find it light, and it works well with both foundation and concealer. 🤍 This is mainly a product I bring out when I know I want my makeup to stay looking good for a long time – for example, during a long day when I really don’t want to have to think about my base all the time. And the packaging is of course very NYX – simple, colorful, and a bit playful. 💙 For me, it’s mainly the grip, the light feeling, and the more durable base that make this primer so useful.
