Side effects?
I think the product is really good and the whole idea behind it is fantastic. But I've gotten worse nails and cracks under the nails in the skin that are recurring. I wonder if anyone else has gotten these cracks from gel iq? Since I don't know yet where they come from, but I get new recurring cracks when I change the color after 14 days. The nails have also "rested" which can be seen in the pictures. Simple and affordable
One of my best beauty purchases EVER!!! So affordable and the nail polishes last a long time, I bought my kit 1.5 years ago and only needed to buy new base and top coat about a month ago. So many beautiful colors and as long as youβre careful not to apply nail polish too close to the cuticles and sides, it lasts at least two weeks, then I usually peel it off and donβt think it damages as much as at a salon!! Disappointed
I was really excited to try this kit after reading about it and had high expectations, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The biggest problem was that the products never seemed to cure properly in the UV/LED lamp. It didnβt matter how long I kept my hand in the lamp β the polish remained sticky and didnβt dry as it should. When I finally got it to look somewhat clear, it also started to peel off very easily after a short time. For me, the product did not live up to the promise of durability and easy application at all. I had much higher expectations and was sadly very disappointed with the result. With a bit of practice, I found a routine that gave a really durable and nice result π What made the biggest difference for me was making sure the layers I applied were really thin. Several thin layers usually work much better than a few thicker ones. Another tip is not to forget the last step with the High Shine Cleanser after the top coat has cured β The first time I used the kit, I missed that step, and then I experienced just like you that the surface remained sticky and never really felt finished. I usually clean the nails twice to get that extra shiny and nice finish π Hope some of the tips can help if you want to give the kit another chance in the future πΈ1 likes

BEST EVER
I am so satisfied with this product, totally insane! I love it! It holds so well with this and it always turns out sooooo beautiful. Tip though is not to paint the nail polish too far in, but only try to keep it on the nail without touching the skin, otherwise I think the nail polish tends to come off at the edges. #lykoreview1863 views
