Smelled good, gave a very nice color, okay price and the hair feels so smooth (only blow-dried it in the picture) #lykoreview

    No major difference…

I tested the Maria Nila Cool Cream in hopes of getting a cooler tone and refreshing my color between salon visits. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any major difference in the results. In the before-and-after pictures (right is after), you can see that the tone in the hair is basically the same – no noticeable toning down of the warm shades that I had expected. The positive is that the hair felt soft and moisturized after use, and the product is easy to apply. But when it comes to the promised color effect and cooling of the tone, it unfortunately didn’t live up to my expectations. I would say that this might be a product that works better for someone with an already cool tone who just wants to maintain the color, rather than actively neutralizing warmth. #marianila #hairreview #haircare #lyko #lykolooken #hårvård #blondhair #lykomission

I think there are a bit too weak pigments in it for your hair shade, I think it works better on lighter hair 🙂 I have tried Revlon's color packs and think they are better, and there are several "cool" shades you can use on blonde hair. One that has something with "mauve" (mauve blonde) and one that is called "light beige". I can also recommend Fanola's "no yellow" silver shampoo. Very affordable and has a bit more blue pigment (which is good for darker blonde hair) without risking being discolored.

    Perfect

I'm trying to grow out my natural hair color and prefer to avoid toning since it changes the shade/tone of the entire hair. I took a chance on this pigmented hair mask, and it was the right choice for me as I was afraid it would get too dark or change my natural color. I mix about 2/3 of this with 1/3 regular hair mask. The color lasts a few washes, but I've noticed that the more I use it, the longer the pigments stay, almost like I'm saturating the hair. I was worried my hair would be too light and shift to green as well, but that was no problem at all; it has shifted to some purple strands sometimes, but nothing that bothers me. #lykoreview

    Zero coloration/good conditioner

Great as a hair conditioner yet gives almost ZERO color to natural hair. Used bright copper on medium-blonde natural hair with almost no result

    Uncolored Hair

Hi, if you have an uncolored light root and a year-old coloring in the ends, will bright copper become very different shades or can this color bomb also take on the uncolored part?

Hello Wilma 😊 Yes, Maria Nila Colour Refresh Bright Copper will also be able to adhere to your uncolored roots ✨ However, the result will probably be slightly different shades since old colored lengths are often more porous and absorb more pigment. The ends can therefore become more intense and coppery than the roots 🧡 Take care now 🤗

    Does it suit me?

I have colored hair with a few highlights. My hair has become very warm and I would prefer to neutralize it a bit, would cool cream work? What else could work?

    Gray Hair Strands

I have dyed my hair but quite a few gray strands are popping up. Is this a good product to cover the gray? I guess cacao is my color

Hi Heidi! 👋🏼😊 This is a color treatment that is great for refreshing and maintaining an already colored shade, but unfortunately it does not cover gray/white strands because the pigments only sit on the outside of the hair strand 🤗 If you want better coverage of the grays, I recommend instead a toner or color. A toner gives about 50-70% coverage, while a permanent color covers even more ✨ These are close to the shade Cacao: Permanent color 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/garnier/garnier-olia-6.0-golden-light-brown Toner (70% coverage) 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/schwarzkopf-professional/1277-960-6000 They give a more even result and help to tone down the gray strands🤎 Have a nice day ☀️

    Which color?

I just bleached my hair, pretty satisfied but a bit uneven in some places. Can cool cream or something else make the highlights cooler? What happens to my brown hair if I apply it all over?

    Good

It doesn't make the hair any particularly lighter but makes the hair get a cooler blonde.

    Untreated hair?

Do these not work at all on untreated hair? 😔 Is there any other product that does? I have dark blonde hair that I want to have a cooler shade on.

Hey Karin! 👋🏼😊 A color pack is mainly used to preserve and refresh already colored hair, so it becomes difficult to achieve the same effect on untreated hair - as you need something a little "stronger" 🤗 To give your dark blonde hair a cooler tone and refresh it, I recommend this instead: 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/wella-professionals/wella-color-fresh-881-light-blonde-pearl-ash-silver It’s easy to use at home and helps you remove warm tones, so your hair gets a lovely cool finish 💁🏼‍♀️ Good luck in your home salon and have a nice day ☀️
