    No major difference…

I tested the Maria Nila Cool Cream in hopes of getting a cooler tone and refreshing my color between salon visits. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any major difference in the results. In the before-and-after pictures (right is after), you can see that the tone in the hair is basically the same – no noticeable toning down of the warm shades that I had expected. The positive is that the hair felt soft and moisturized after use, and the product is easy to apply. But when it comes to the promised color effect and cooling of the tone, it unfortunately didn’t live up to my expectations. I would say that this might be a product that works better for someone with an already cool tone who just wants to maintain the color, rather than actively neutralizing warmth. #marianila #hairreview #haircare #lyko #lykolooken #hårvård #blondhair #lykomission

I think there are a bit too weak pigments in it for your hair shade, I think it works better on lighter hair 🙂 I have tried Revlon's color packs and think they are better, and there are several "cool" shades you can use on blonde hair. One that has something with "mauve" (mauve blonde) and one that is called "light beige". I can also recommend Fanola's "no yellow" silver shampoo. Very affordable and has a bit more blue pigment (which is good for darker blonde hair) without risking being discolored.

    Love the result!🤎

Cacao Intense 🤎 I've used this to freshen up the color in my hair and I really like the result! It gives a nice brown/chocolate tone and the hair also feels shinier afterwards. Will definitely use it again! ✨

A new favorite for my blonde hair

A favorite that keeps the hair cool without looking unnatural. I didn't believe it when I saw the color of the product, but it works :)

    Help

I have naturally brown hair and got highlights a few months ago. Now I have roots growing out, and it has become quite warm. Would Cacao suit my hair to make it a liiiittle darker and also cooler? Or will it become super dark on my roots and then lighter on the rest of the hair?

Hi Karin Charlotta! 👋🏼😊 Maria Nila Colour Refresh is a color treatment, which means it is mainly used to maintain and refresh an already colored shade by adding pigment. So it cannot darken the hair. Since you have both a natural root and highlighted lengths, there is also a risk that the pigments will adhere differently to the different areas 😊 You can definitely use a color treatment to get a cooler shade, and Cool Cream suits your current hair color best 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/maria-nila/maria-nila-colour-refresh-cool-cream-300-ml It adds cool pigments that help to tone down the warmer tones and refresh the shade in the hair 💜 Have a nice day ✨

    Cacao 6.0 or 6.5?

The text says it is cacao 6.0 but in the picture it is 6.5, which one is it? Is it available in 100 ml? Thanks for the answer 🌸

Hi Ninela! 👋🏼😊 It’s the same product 🤎. Maria Nila has updated the number on the shade so that it better matches the color, which is why it can say Cacao 6.0 in some places and 6.5 in the picture. The shade is also available in 100 ml here 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/maria-nila/maria-nila-color-refresh-6.5-cacao-100ml Hope you will like it! ✨

    Pearl silver. Meh

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) I had pretty high expectations for this, but for my hair it was more of a nourishing color-preserving treatment than a product that actually changed the shade. My hair is quite healthy and not super bleached, so that could definitely be a reason why the pigments didn’t really take. However, the hair became soft, shiny, and felt well cared for after use. The only thing I didn’t really like was the scent, which feels a bit unusual and didn’t quite suit my taste. I think it suits lighter or more porous hair that absorbs pigment more easily better. For my hair, the effect was quite subtle, but it works well as a treatment. 💜

How long did you leave it in? I usually leave it in dry hair. 15-30 minutes, then I notice a difference! I have a bit of golden/light brown hair 🥰

    Pink Pop

I have been using Pink Pop for 3 months now and it works well. It gets a bit patchy sometimes, but if you work quickly, I think it turns out great. The color stays in the hair for a long time. I usually mix it with a regular hair mask to get a lighter result, and that works great!

    Which shade?

I would like to go one shade darker, with a cool/neutral undertone. Which color would you recommend?

    Bright copper on copper-colored hair

Really nice color, but it took two attempts before I managed to get it evenly distributed over the entire hair since I have a lot of hair strands. Worked the product in with a brush, comb, and fingers. On the second attempt, I applied it to dry hair to ensure everything was covered, and it worked much better. Let it sit for 10 minutes. My hair was already dyed copper but had lost its intensity, and some blonde highlights had started to show. The hair mask is perfect for giving new life to the color between salon visits! The color leans more towards orange than red, which I love, and it didn’t darken the hair, which was nice! It smelled like green apples and has a smooth pump bottle.
