Removed orange tones
Worked fairly well. My hair color is dyed brown, but when the color faded and became sun-bleached, it got a lot of orange and red tones, which I didn't like. That's why I tried to buy coolcream to try to save it. As you can see in the before picture. I would say that to not have too brown hair, it still worked somewhat, which is good. I got cooler tones which I am satisfied with🤝 Worth a try🤝Translated from swedish

Does it work on dry hair?
I read somewhere that this sets better if you use it on dry hair, is that true?Translated from swedish
1 likes410 views- Employees at Lyko2 weeksHey Malin! Yes, it’s true that the product can set better on dry hair. When the hair is dry, it absorbs more of the pigments since it’s not diluted with water. This can give a more intense and even result Here’s how to do it: 🤩 Clean the hair: Wash the hair with shampoo to remove dirt and product residues. Skip the conditioner, as it can create a barrier. 🤩 Apply to dry hair: Distribute Colour Refresh evenly throughout the hair or on the parts you want to tone. 🤩 Let it sit: Follow the recommended processing time (5–10 minutes or longer for a more intense effect). 🤩 Rinse thoroughly: Rinse out the product until the water runs clear and finish with conditioner if you want. Please note that applying to dry hair can lead to the color being more intense than if you apply it to damp hair. If you want a softer result, you can instead use it on towel-dried hair Good luck! ✨

Perfect for keeping hair cool
I have naturally blonde hair with bleached tips from a previous hair color. I use this color treatment/conditioner to adjust the tone to keep my hair cool, and it doesn't look purple, which is fantastic. I usually use it about every 3-4 weeks and leave it on for a few hours before rinsing it out. It's to get the best possible effect for a longer time.Translated from norwegian

What color
Hi! My hair is number 7 at the roots and 8 in the lengths. I would really like to make my hair cooler everywhere. Is a 7.1/8.1 the right color for me or do you recommend another? All the best!Translated from swedish
807 views- Customer service at Lyko1 monthHey Elin! An 8.1 or 7.1 is definitely an option and will be cooler, but I would primarily recommend you take our hair color test on the website 🤭 There you can do a professional hair test and get tailored feedback on how to proceed and which products to use, to achieve just the shade you dream of. The ones helping you are trained hairdressers and hair experts 😍👌 You can find the test via this link: lyko.com/sv/beauty-scan2 Take care! 🌟

Cool cream for brown hair?
Can you use cool cream on brown hair to get a cooler shade?Translated from swedish
1530 views- Customer service at Lyko3 monthsHello there Sara 😃👋 I don't think this shade of color treatment will affect your hair color at all, so I think I’ll recommend two other products that should suit better 🤩 The first one also comes from Maria Nila and works well if your hair color is brown/dark brown: 👉 lyko.com/sv/maria-nila/maria-nila-palette-colour-refresh-cacao-intense If you are light brown/mid-brown, I would instead recommend Walnut from Re-Boost: 👉 lyko.com/sv/add-some-re-boost/grazette-add-some-re-boost-walnut-150ml Good luck, and feel free to come back if you have more questions or thoughts!1 likes

Bleached hair with regrowth
Hi! I basically highlighted my hair about three months ago, so I have some regrowth now (I’m naturally dark blonde/light brown). What result will this give me? Will the lengths that are light now become more similar to the regrowth?Translated from norwegian
1557 views- Hairdresser at Lyko3 monthsHey Live! Without having seen a picture of your hair, I would think that depending on how you explain your color, your lengths will be relatively cool in tone. This tones it down a bit, but if you are very light in the lengths, they can quickly become ashy/gray with this. I always recommend testing on a strand underneath first to see how it turns out on your hair before you do it all! Hope this helps you! Have a nice day. 👋🏻

Love it!
Makes the hair soft and quickly fixed a much nicer tone than the ugly yellow I had! 🤣👍 Absolutely nothing to complain about! I will try more colors in the future as well 🤩 #lykoreviewTranslated from swedish

Great product!
Used it after bleaching my hair and it got a yellow hue. After using this, I got a more cold, light beige hue that looked really nice!159 viewsto leave a comment
