After using Maria Nila's Head & Hair Heal shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks, I am convinced to switch from my regular brand. First, a bit about my hair: 👵🏻 I have typical Nordic hair. The strands are fine, but there are very many of them. My hair is in the early years of menopause, and I expect thinner hair and hair loss in the coming years. 🌪️ My hair is exposed to quite a bit of wear from chlorinated water, heat tools, hair ties, freezing temperatures, headsets, and hats. I also regularly take medications that have hair loss as a side effect. 🏆 I honestly don’t think I’ll find a shampoo and conditioner that better meets my needs. 🫧 The shampoo is gentle and mild, it prevents hair loss and promotes hair growth, provides moisture and care, and protects against wear. 🫧 It also protects against dandruff and scalp fungus for those who have these issues. And it protects colored hair. 🌸 I found the shampoo very easy to distribute and rinse out. I think it smells absolutely heavenly. It’s fresh, light, and floral. I don’t find the scent too strong (but also not discreet enough for those who dislike perfumed products). 🌸 I like the design a lot. The color reflects the scent – a mild floral fragrance. The bottle fits well in the hand and it’s easy to snap open the cap. 🥰 And the hair feels so good afterward. I found my hair easy to comb, it became light and airy (and as mentioned, I had thin hair), shiny and pleasantly scented. 💰 And it’s economical. Fantastic products
I got to buy this set at a heavily reduced price through the Lyko Creator deal, but that doesn't affect my review. The products I've tested are Maria Nila Heal shampoo, Heal conditioner, and True Soft Argan oil. To start with, I want to say that I have long hair, it is thin, very smooth, and quickly becomes static. I rarely use heat on my hair. I have several chronic illnesses that make washing my hair painful, and I do it about every 5-7 days. I usually use a product to remove buildup on the scalp, shampoo twice, hair mask/moisturizing conditioner. After the hair has dried a bit, I use leave-in products that are moisturizing and strengthen the hair. Every night before I go to bed, I use a night serum for my hair before braiding it. I've tried the products several times now and can safely say they will become a regular part of my routine and the ones I'll take on trips. As usual, I used a product to remove buildup on the scalp, shampooed twice, and left the conditioner in the "ponytail." After the hair had dried a bit, I applied two pumps of the hair oil. Brushing the hair afterward went like a dream, and the hair looks very healthy and less frizzy and dry than it does with many other products. I've tried replacing the night serum I usually use with the hair oil, and that has made the results last several days. However, if I haven't managed to do it before bedtime, it looks drier and more frizzy again. I will definitely buy these products again ❤️ #lykocreator #lykoreview

Lovely scent and fantastic ingredients! My hair has been quite dry after the summer with lots of sun and swimming, so the Heal series was perfect to give my hair some extra moisture and care. New favorite after the summer!

🫧 A shampoo I really like to have in my hair routine 🤍
Maria Nila Head & Hair Heal Shampoo is a shampoo I really like when I want to give both my hair and scalp a little extra care. I like that it doesn’t just feel like an ordinary shampoo meant to clean the hair, but that it also focuses on the scalp. 🤍 What I like right away is the feeling during washing. It lathers nicely and feels thoroughly cleansing without making my hair feel rough or dry. Afterwards, the hair feels clean and fresh, yet still comfortable. The scent is also really lovely! It feels fresh and clean and makes hair washing a bit more luxurious. I truly think scent plays a big role for me when it comes to hair products, and this one gives a very pleasant shower experience. ✨ The formula contains, among other things, Piroctone Olamine and aloe vera and is designed to treat and prevent dandruff and other scalp issues. The series also focuses on stimulating hair follicles and promoting a healthy scalp. I also like that it’s easy to incorporate into your regular hair routine. You don’t need to do anything complicated – just shampoo as usual and continue with conditioner afterwards. 🥰 Above all, this is a shampoo I appreciate for the combination of a clean feeling, fresh scent, and focus on the scalp. It feels like a well-thought-out option when you want to take better care of your scalp while still having a nice shampoo for everyday use.
