Best shampoo
I have struggled for a long time to find a shampoo that makes my hair soft, that I can tolerate without itching, that smells good and comes in different sizes, and that is suitable for both colored and normal hair. I have tried this one several times and many others, and I always end up coming back because this has truly become a favorite, and not to mention my hair has gotten much longer after using this ❤️😍 #lykoreview

🫧 A shampoo I really like to have in my hair routine 🤍
I have to say that Maria Nila Head & Hair Heal Shampoo is one of those shampoos that I feel is a bit more thoughtfully made than many others. I really like when a hair product doesn’t just feel like something you use to “wash your hair,” but at the same time feels like you’re actually taking care of your scalp and hair in a more long-term way. 🥹 The first thing I think about when I use it is how lovely the washing itself feels. It lathers in a way that really gives the feeling that the hair is thoroughly cleaned, while not feeling like a super aggressive cleansing. Personally, I think that’s quite an important balance – I want to feel clean on my scalp after showering, but I definitely don’t want that tight and dry feeling that some shampoos can leave behind. And the scent is really a big part of the experience for me. 😍 It feels fresh and clean and at the same time quite soft. I like when a shampoo makes the hair feel freshly washed without the scent becoming so strong that it almost takes over the whole bathroom. Here, I think it’s a very nice balance. What I find especially interesting about Head & Hair Heal is that it’s developed with a focus on the scalp. It contains, among other things, Piroctone Olamine and natural aloe vera extract, and according to the product description, the idea is that it should treat and prevent dandruff and other scalp problems. The series is also developed to stimulate hair follicles and contribute to hair growth as well as counteract hair loss. I really like that kind of product because the scalp is easily forgotten when talking about hair care. There is often a lot of focus on the lengths – shine, softness, frizz, and all sorts of things – but the scalp is literally where the hair starts. That’s why I think it feels smart to have a shampoo that actually also has the scalp in focus. 🌿 Another thing I appreciate is that this doesn’t feel like a shampoo that’s only meant to be used occasionally. It’s adapted for daily use, so it fits very well into a regular hair routine. I really like products that don’t require you to do some advanced ritual every time you wash your hair. You massage it in, rinse it out, and move on with conditioner or treatment. Simple, but still feels a bit luxurious. 🫶🏼 I also think the bottle itself feels very Maria Nila. It’s the kind of product that looks quite sleek in the shower and doesn’t feel boring to have out. I know it’s actually a pretty small detail, but I love when hair care products both work well and actually look nice. 😂🤍 This is above all a shampoo I would choose when I want the feeling of a thorough but still pleasant hair wash. I like the clean feeling afterwards, and the whole experience feels very fresh. It’s also nice to know that the product is developed with the scalp in mind and not just focusing on how the hair looks at the moment. If I’m being completely honest, it’s probably that combination I like the most: it feels like a regular shampoo that’s easy to use, but at the same time there’s a bigger focus on scalp and hair care behind it. That makes me feel like I’m actually doing something good for my hair routine and not just washing away grease and dirt. 🥰 I definitely think this is a shampoo worth trying if you like Maria Nila and want something with a bit more focus on the scalp. And if you also use the conditioner from the same series, I think it feels like a very nice combination in the shower. 🤍 This is simply one of those products that makes the regular hair wash feel a bit more like hair care. 🤍 A shampoo I really love!
I got the chance to try Maria Nila Head & Hair Heal Shampoo through the LYKO Creator Deal and was really so satisfied!😇 I have bleached, straight to slightly wavy hair. My scalp is normal to dry and my lengths are quite normal but can get a bit frizzy sometimes. Therefore, I think it’s important to have a shampoo that cleans thoroughly but still feels gentle and doesn’t dry out the hair. I really think this shampoo does exactly that! The hair feels clean, fresh, and soft after washing, without my scalp feeling tight or dry. I always get comments from hairdressers that my scalp looks so red and irritated, without really understanding why it happens. So when LYKO had this creator deal, I just had to try this shampoo that contains Piroctone olamine and natural Aloe Vera extract, which treats and prevents dandruff and scalp problems. And it’s supposed to be good for hair growth. I've used this shampoo a couple of times now and notice a difference in that my scalp is less irritated🤩so this was tip-top for me. Completely ordinary shampoo
I think this was a completely ordinary shampoo. It didn’t really stand out from other shampoos I’ve tried. The scent was nice, not too strong, and it cleaned the hair well, but otherwise I didn’t notice anything special. The shampoo claims it can help with hair loss and promote hair growth, but I didn’t notice any difference in that. All in all, it was a decent shampoo that was nice to use, but nothing that stood out from others. #lykoreview

Gentle choice
Lovely shampoo that is kind to the scalp. I like the feeling of the shampoo as an everyday shampoo, but as a pregnant woman in week 39, it will be very exciting to see how much it can help with the hair loss that usually occurs after giving birth. Keeping my fingers crossed that it lives up to its promises, but I can already recommend it for the foaming feeling and because Maria Nila has such good values as a company 🤗

Nice series for sensitive scalp
This is the series I like the most from Maria Nila. Suits my sensitive scalp which gets irritated by most shampoos, but not by this one. Cleans well and has a mild scent, though the scent could be a bit nicer (smells a bit like soap). The hair also gets greasy quite quickly. It doesn't weigh the hair down, but I don't feel it nourishes that much either. However, it suits my Scandinavian hair. It gets 4 stars because it is so mild for the scalp, which is why I often return to this series. 🫶🏼

Good shampoo, poor quality bottle
I like the shampoo itself, but the travel size needs to be taped at the cap so it doesn't open and leak. I had it in my carry-on and it leaked all over my bag:/ Better buy the large size and pour it into an empty bottle you know won't open.
