But it is also easy to rinse out. 💎 It feels very fresh and pleasant, and I find that both the hair and scalp become really clean. 💎 The shampoo contains peppermint extract which has a cooling effect on the scalp. 💎 It smells absolutely lovely, and for me apricot and peach are the most prominent notes. The scent is not strong or overpowering. 💎 The shampoo does not contain sulfates, parabens, or silicones. But it does have AHA acids that exfoliate and aloe vera extract that soothes itching. I experienced no negative reactions. 💎 The bottle is comfortable to hold and has a practical open and close mechanism. 💰 The price will probably be acceptable for most. Because this is a shampoo that should be used a maximum of twice a week. There are often good deals on Maria Nila products. And you don't need much product, so this will last a long time. 🎀 I use the detox shampoo once a week, followed by a good treatment that provides moisture afterwards. I find that Maria Nila's Purifying Cleanse makes the hair light and airy, and easy to comb. 🎀 I also use Maria Nila's Head and Hair Heal shampoo and conditioner, which I am also very satisfied with. 🎀 My hair is typically Nordic, thin but with many strands. My hair is long and straight. Revive was a mild detox shampoo for oily scalp, while this one, Purifying Cleanse Shampoo, cleans deeper and is suitable for removing dirt and product residues from both scalp and lengths. It contains AHA acids, aloe vera, and peppermint and is free from sulfates, parabens, and silicones. Deep cleansing shampoo cleans the hair more thoroughly than usual and can therefore often affect the color longevity if used frequently. If your main goal is to maintain hair color, I would instead recommend a color-protecting shampoo. Massage it mainly into the scalp, rinse thoroughly, and only repeat if needed. Use it about every other week or when your hair feels coated, adjusting based on how your scalp reacts. Always follow up with care on the lengths to avoid drying out your curls 🤍 You can definitely combine it with maria nila Head & Hair Heal Conditioner after washing. If you also want to use the mask, you can use it 1-2 times a week, leave it on for 5-10 minutes, and then finish with conditioner. Try to keep conditioner, mask, and oil away from the scalp and apply them from the lengths to the ends; this can help the scalp stay fresh longer. I, with very Scandinavian, blonde, and lifeless hair, have really benefited from this. My hair, which quickly gets greasy and holds styling poorly, has seen a BIG difference from this shampoo. Using this for deep cleansing in between when needed has made a big difference. I've gotten longer and thicker hair and a significantly healthier scalp! I've used Olaplex and Kevin Murphy's detox shampoo before and find them a bit too extreme. My hair gets a bit straw-like when I use them – but my scalp has loved them because it gets so clean… This shampoo was the perfect balance of both worlds. Cleans the scalp thoroughly but doesn’t dry out or tangle the hair. I can easily go two days after washing without dry shampoo (usually needed after 1 day) and my hair still looks great!1413 views
