Curly and frizzy, dry hair!
I usually use Maria Nils HEAL shampoo/conditioner & treatment, hair oil SOFT. But I often get an oily scalp just one day after washing. Massage it mainly into the scalp, rinse thoroughly, and only repeat if needed. Use it about every other week or when your hair feels coated, adjusting based on how your scalp reacts. Always follow up with care on the lengths to avoid drying out your curls 🤍 You can definitely combine it with maria nila Head & Hair Heal Conditioner after washing. If you also want to use the mask, you can use it 1-2 times a week, leave it on for 5-10 minutes, and then finish with conditioner. Try to keep conditioner, mask, and oil away from the scalp and apply them from the lengths to the ends; this can help the scalp stay fresh longer. Awesome shampoo!!
My absolute favorite!! I, with very Scandinavian, blonde, and lifeless hair, have really benefited from this. My hair, which quickly gets greasy and holds styling poorly, has seen a BIG difference from this shampoo. Using this for deep cleansing in between when needed has made a big difference. I've gotten longer and thicker hair and a significantly healthier scalp! My hair color has become much clearer and lighter, and has gained a completely different shine lately, will definitely buy it many times again. Best detox shampoo
Got a tip from a store assistant at Lyko about this one! I've used Olaplex and Kevin Murphy's detox shampoo before and find them a bit too extreme. My hair gets a bit straw-like when I use them – but my scalp has loved them because it gets so clean… This shampoo was the perfect balance of both worlds. Cleans the scalp thoroughly but doesn’t dry out or tangle the hair.
