Hydrating but that’s it
I had high hopes for this serum, but I am a little disappointed. It’s moisturizing which is nice but the brightening effects are non existent. It doesn’t have any noticeable effect on my skin and offers very little in terms of experience since it has no fragrance.523 viewsto leave a comment
