It’s just oil with glitter
The oil and glitter separate quickly, so you have to shake it constantly. There’s no visible glow effect at all. It’s a useless product. The scent is pleasant but strong. Honestly, it feels unsafe to use on the face or hair. I wouldn’t recommend it.1478 views
