Soft and lovely cleansing milk
This is a really lovely cleansing milk that leaves the skin clean, soft, and comfortable after use. If it removed all my waterproof mascara, it would be 5 stars. ⭐️ Now it lands at 4 stars. 🧼 Application I apply it on dry skin and then rinse off. You can also leave it on for 1-2 minutes to get a light enzyme peel. It can also be used on a cotton pad to remove makeup and then rinsed off. 🌸 Texture & scent The texture is thin and soft, which makes it easy and pleasant to apply. However, it has a fairly distinct scent that I find hard to pinpoint. I think it leans a bit towards almond. ✨ Result After use, the skin feels really clean, while becoming soft and smooth without feeling dry. I have combination skin and think this works very well for my skin type. 💄 Makeup removal I have also used it to remove makeup and think it works well for most things. However, it doesn’t manage to remove all my waterproof mascara, which is a bit of a shame. 💰 Will I buy it again? I definitely would if it weren’t for the price. As a #testpilot, I got to try this cleanser, which I think is awesome😍 To give the product a fair chance, I replaced my usual face wash with this cleansing milk. I used the product daily for about three weeks. The skin feels soft and silky already after the first wash, without feeling tight or dry. A really lovely cleanser that leaves the skin fresh and moisturized. To get the enzyme peeling effect, I let it work on my face for 1-2 minutes. Very good cleansing milk!🤍
I usually prefer facial cleansers that foam a bit more, as I have often felt that my skin doesn’t get properly clean from cleansing milk or cleansing oil. With this one, however, the skin feels both clean and moisturized after use ✨ I usually let the product sit on the skin a bit before rinsing off, and I think it leaves the skin silky soft ☁️ I also really like the pump, and think the product has a nice and sleek design 🥛🫧 The scent really reminds me of a cream I used as a child, but I can’t remember which one it was 🙈 That’s probably the only time I’ve smelled this exact type of scent before. Wonderful cleansing
Got the chance to try some skincare from Face Formula! And here is my review of their 2 in 1 Refining Cleansing Milk When I first received the product, I was struck by the clean and sleek design. The bottle has a practical pump that makes it easy and hygienic to dose. Already at first glance, it gives a luxurious and professional feel that makes it happy to be displayed on the bathroom shelf 🧴 Experience Using this cleansing milk is a very pleasant experience. I reeeally love the milk consistency!!! The formula feels soft and creamy on the skin without leaving any heavy or greasy residue. It works both as a gentle cleanser and a light enzyme peel when left on for 1-2 minutes! It also effectively removes my eye makeup without stinging the eyes, which is a big plus. I have combination skin that easily becomes dry on the surface during cooler seasons but at the same time quickly gets shiny areas and clogged pores if the cleanser is too heavy. Therefore, I always look for products that balance the skin without drying it out and that reduce excess sebum production without disturbing the skin barrier ☁️🧴🩷 The result after regular use these weeks has been fantastic. My skin feels immediately soft and refreshed after each wash. As #testpilot for #faceformula, I got to try the 2 in 1 Refining Cleansing Milk, and it was really exciting to try a new facial cleanser from Face Formula! 🤍 What I liked the most is that it has two functions in one ✨ It works both as a face wash 🫧 that cleanses the skin and as a makeup remover 💄, which makes it very convenient when you want to remove both makeup and dirt without having to use several different products. I use it first to remove my makeup and then to thoroughly cleanse the skin from dirt and residue. I really like that you can get two steps done with the same product! 🥰 The texture is soft and creamy and feels very pleasant on the skin 🤍 It cleanses nicely without the skin feeling dry or tight afterwards, instead leaving it clean, soft, and fresh. I really like when a cleanser feels effective but at the same time gentle. Face Formula 2-in-1 Refining Cleansing Milk
I have been so lucky to test some products from Face Formula as a Lyko Testpilot! This is a 2-in-1 cleansing milk described as a mild but effective cleanser that among other things is supposed to cleanse and soothe the skin and strengthen the skin barrier. I usually have combination and slightly sensitive skin, so I thought this would suit me well! I’m used to double cleansing, but it’s tempting to have products that save time in the skincare routine and combine several steps in one. The product’s appearance is sleek and classic. I really like that it comes with a pump, as it makes dosing easier. The cleansing milk is white, quite runny, doesn’t foam, and smells a bit chemical. I often find that fragrance-free skincare products smell a bit odd, and that’s probably the case here too. It’s easy to spread the product. I use it on dry skin, and it feels mild and nice on the skin. After application, I rinse off with lukewarm water, but I find it poor at removing makeup, especially eye makeup. For me, I have to use micellar water or makeup remover in addition – and then it loses some of its 2-in-1 function. After use, the skin feels soft and clean, except that it doesn’t remove eye makeup very well. I used it morning and evening for almost two weeks, but I notice that lately I prefer my double cleansing in the evening when my brain goes on autopilot, and I probably prefer double cleansing over this 2-in-1 cleansing milk, especially when I feel it doesn’t remove makeup well enough. I’ve tried leaving it on for a few minutes to test the enzyme peeling as well, but I must admit I don’t really notice any difference from regular cleansing. Would I buy it again? No, not at this price. I think it’s expensive for a cleanser and I prefer my double cleansing routine. That said, there’s probably nothing wrong with the product itself, and if you wear little makeup and need a mild, moisturizing cleansing milk with a nice pump, this is probably perfect for that purpose! Lovely cleansing milk
I have now tested Face Formula 2 in 1 Refining Cleansing Milk, and I think it works very well as a mild and pleasant cleanser. It has a soft, milky texture that is easy to apply, and the skin feels clean, soft, and smooth after use without becoming dry or tight. I especially like that it also provides moisture and feels gentle on the skin. I have combination skin, and I think it works well for my skin type. It can also be used as a light exfoliating cleanser by leaving it on the skin for 1-2 minutes before rinsing off. When it comes to makeup removal, it removes most of the makeup very well, but I find that mascara is not completely removed, especially waterproof mascara. That is the only thing I think could be a bit better. The only downside for me is the price. I think it is a bit expensive, and when it costs around 595 kr, I might expect a bit more. There are also several cheaper cleansers that do much of the same job, so I am a bit unsure if I think it is worth the price. I got to test Face Formula 2 in 1 Refining Cleansing Milk as #lykotestpilot I chose to let my mom test it because she deserves some good and proper skincare☺️🫧🧼 Mom says it’s a good and effective cleanser! It’s a mild but effective cleansing milk that soothes the skin, strengthens the skin barrier, provides good moisture, reduces irritation and redness, which suits her sensitive skin well. She says the eye makeup came off easily without having to rub much. She also says it was very effective at removing makeup and product residue from the day. The texture is very nice – soft and pleasant to use, and the skin felt clean and fresh afterwards. Surprisingly good as both cleanser and treatment
I am 41 years old and have sensitive skin with rosacea. I have tested this both as a regular cleanser and by leaving it on the skin for 1-2 minutes for the exfoliating effect. The consistency is very thin and typical for a cleansing milk. It is easy to spread, does not foam, and is very easy to rinse off. The scent is quite mild, but to me it smells a bit like a mix of clean and chemical. As a regular cleanser, I think it does a good job. I have, among other things, tested it after a whole day with makeup, and it removed all visible makeup on its own, also around the nose and hairline. The skin feels really clean afterwards. However, I have experienced that the skin can feel a bit tight, almost as if it has a thin “mask,” even though it at the same time feels very soft and smooth to the touch. I have also tested it several times by leaving it on the skin for 1-2 minutes. The first times I didn’t notice much difference, but the last time I left it on for two minutes and waited 10-15 minutes afterwards before applying other products. Then the skin felt very nice and comfortable without being dry. I also got a shiny, almost glass-like finish on the top of the forehead and at the temples, without the skin feeling oily. The pump works very well, and two pumps is the right amount for the whole face. The only thing I don’t like about the bottle is the design of the pump nozzle itself. The product tends to collect on the underside, so it gets a bit messy between uses. All in all, I think this is a good cleansing milk that surprised me positively. It works well on its own to remove makeup, and even though the exfoliating effect is quite subtle on my skin, I noticed more difference when I let it work for a full two minutes. Would I buy this? Lovely but expensive
I have had the honor of testing this along with 2 other products from face formula like #lykotestpilot for a couple of weeks, and I can already see some difference in how my skin feels😄. Pictures 2 and 3 show my skin before and after 3 weeks of use🫶 I have oily skin with a lot of redness and easily get pimples if I use the wrong products, but thankfully this worked without any problems☺️. It has a milk-like consistency and can preferably be left on for a minute or two before rinsing off. During use, I have noticed that my pores have become visibly smaller on my cheeks and that my redness has decreased somewhat😍. However, I have gotten a few more pimples than usual, which might be due to the adjustment to new products😕. I have to admit that I didn't expect much, since cleansing products often feel quite similar to me 😅 But this one actually stands out a bit. cleansing milk that delivers a clear, refined, and soft complexion while respecting the skin’s microbiome. Ingredients such as seboclear, panthenol, allantoin, and aloe vera cleanse and soothe the skin, strengthen the skin barrier, improve moisture balance, reduce irritation and redness, remove impurities, promote cell renewal, and leave the skin soft and supple. It works perfectly as a sebum regulator and is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive, reactive, and hormonally imbalanced skin.
Use:
Apply preferably to cleansed, dry skin. Massage over the skin and rinse off with water, or wipe away with a soft cloth. For an enzyme peel, leave the cleanser on the skin for 1–2 minutes. To remove eye makeup, apply a small amount to a cotton pad, gently wipe away the makeup, and then cleanse the area with a damp cotton pad.
