Moisturizing and caring, but…
I’m participating as a test pilot in collaboration with Smartson and received a free test product from La Roche-Posay. 🥰 Cicaplast in serum?! A product you didn’t know you needed 😮💨 Gets an incredibly beautiful glow from this product. My skin feels plump and hydrated on the days I’ve used Cicaplast serum. Perfect for all those cold winter days! Will also be used frequently in the summer on days I’ve been in the sun and need to rebuild/care for my skin. The only reason the serum got 4/5 stars is for the pipette that "leaks" serum around the bottle neck when the pipette is put back in the bottle.

Bad packaging
Won’t repurchase. For a relatively expensive serum, the packaging is really bad. The rubber of the dropper is hard and it’s difficult to lift any product out of the bottle. The dropper is also thick and and long, making it hard to stick it back in the bottle without getting the product in the threads and outside the bottle. The bottle doesn’t have a plastic insert to scrape out the excess product from the outside of the dropper, which means that most the product is actually stuck outside the dropper not inside. Unexceptionable. The product itself seems ok after a few days of use. Contains alcohol though, and leaves the skin tacky if that’s something you worry about.

Great product but worthless bottle!
I got to test the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast B5 Serum through Smartson and I like the product itself. I mainly use it in the morning, where it sinks nicely into the skin and sits well under makeup. My skin feels hydrated and soft after application. Unfortunately, the packaging brings down the overall impression – the dropper is clunky and makes it hard to get the product out without mess. Works on very damaged skin
Tested 3 products via Smartson. The products were tested during December (so cold and relatively dry weather). The skin type is very dry and damaged from (gamma) radiation treatment. The creams thus had a really tough challenge! Overall, I am very satisfied with all three products but find the cicaplast balm B5+ SPF50 and the lip balm to be the most important for keeping my skin in check. A few times I had to supplement with cortisone cream (which I usually needed to do much more often). Balm B5+ SPF50 has a very advantageous consistency and absorbs quickly into the skin. Leaves no white residue, even though it is SPF50. The serum is more fluid, absorbs quickly into the skin, but I am not best friends with the applicator. Barrier Recovery Balm Lips also absorbed quickly into the skin and kept my lips moisturized for a long time, even considering the season.

Soothing and plumping serum
I am participating as a test pilot in collaboration with Smartson and have received a free test product from La Roche-Posay. I have used this product day and night for two weeks. A simple "serum" that moisturizes well. It takes a bit longer to absorb into the skin compared to other moisturizing serums and has a slightly thicker consistency. It soothes and plumps the skin well after, for example, exfoliation. What brings down the rating is the packaging. Considering the price, I would have preferred a glass bottle, and it is difficult to get the product and the right amount out with the included dropper. Incredible product
I got to test this serum via Smartson and I have to say that the heka cicaplast series is incredible, was recommended the series by a skin therapist and have been a fan ever since. I use this serum daily. It moisturizes and makes my skin so firm. I also think my lines are less visible. My skin is more satisfied and I've received so many compliments on how nice my complexion looks. You get incredibly much for a small price. I recommend it to everyone, you should try it too.

Extra moisture during winter!
Participating as a test pilot via Smartson and received this product to test for free. Works great under day and night cream now during winter for extra moisture. I have quite dry and sensitive skin and think this works both hydrating and soothing, after continuous use I feel my skin looks a bit more even in skin tone and less red. Minus though for the packaging as the pipette is bulky and makes it hard to apply. This makes me prefer Cicaplast Recovery Gel which I had before. - 1 week
Not for me
I tested this as a test pilot via Smartson. I love all cicaplast, but unfortunately this bottle is not something I will buy again. It's hard to get the serum out, it just gives a little puff in the hand. I also find it so sticky on my face, I prefer serums that sink in and lay nicely. As for whether it delivers results, it's hard to say since my skin is acting up right now, but I am absolutely not dry at all in this cold like I usually am.

Awesome
Very good for irritated skin after shaving. Can get irritated skin in winter due to the cold and wind that dries out the skin (when I also use tretinoin). This product calms and protects the skin. Very good ingredients too. Test pilot via Smartson52 viewsto leave a comment
