Useless!
They were loose in the bag, at the bottom of it… Hard to separate, made of some fabric-like material, felt? Saw absolutely no difference after I took them off. 🙁 There was ONE small advantage: The shape of the pads! I prefer the model that looks roughly like an orange slice over the one that looks like a big comma. ;) Symmetrical over asymmetrical 🤩

Use:
