Warm up
Can you warm this wax up in a convection oven?49 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The comment was made 6 daysHi again! 🥰 Thanks for a great description! Here’s a tip for ready-made wax strips that you just stick on and pull off 👇 lyko.com/sv/glod-sophie-elise/glod-sophie-elise-wax-strips-body-20st Otherwise, I would actually recommend you try this one from Sliick. You don’t need any strips there, you can apply the wax directly on the body 🤍 I can’t see that we sell strips separately, but fingers crossed that we get an expanded range in the future 🙏 Hope you find something that suits you

Very satisfied
I have used this and the whole kit for over a year, gentle on the skin and does not irritate or cause problems. Used it all over my body, face, Brazilian, armpits, and legs when I wax myself at home!419 views - The post was made 10 monthsRating: 5 out of 5verified customer

Hey, does this come with a plug for applying to the skin, or is it something you need to buy in addition to this wax? Can this be heated in any cup when it’s heated in the microwave, or is there a special cup it needs to be heated in so the cup doesn’t get damaged?2379 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 11 monthsHey Linnea 😊👋 But how strange, it should melt. Check the settings on the microwave 👍 Maybe someone else has experienced something similar and can respond to this 🥰 But if you feel that there is something wrong with the product, you can of course file a complaint about your product 👇 Go to lyko.com/en or use our app and follow the steps below👇 Log in to your accountClick on the icon MY PAGESThen select Order history (on the current order number for the items you want to complain about)Click on the icon FILE A COMPLAINTFill in the quantity and reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected product (To speed up the complaint process, you can upload a picture)Select from the dropdown how you would like to be compensated for an approved complaintConfirm by clicking SEND Good luck and have the BEST!1 likes
