Bra retinol, bra pris!
Gillar dennna retinol väldigt mycket, den gör sitt jobb och känns inte kletig eller obekväm på huden. #lykoreview8089 views - The post was made 18 hoursRating: 4 out of 5verified customer

Retinol summer...
Hey! I use this in my skincare routine, but I read that many say you shouldn't use retinol in the summer. I thought it was okay if you use it in the evening and have sunscreen during the day? Then I'm wondering if that's the case, I was thinking of using something else and am looking into GF solution or multi peptide + HA. Is that a good swap and which is smarter if you want anti-aging and a more even skin tone? Thanks for being here so we can ask. 💖51 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 2 daysHi Maria 😊 You can absolutely use retinoids year-round if your skin is used to it and you use UV protection – it’s not a problem in the summer, but it’s more about being extra careful with the sun so you especially don’t get sunburned (which triggers pigmentation and you have to pause all active products). And if you want to counteract pigmentation as you wish, the most important thing is to stay completely away from the sun - with a big sun hat 👒 If you still want to pause, peptides (Multi-Peptide) are good for elasticity and lines, but they don’t affect skin tone that much. GF Solution works more on skin quality and repair, but it’s also not so targeted towards pigment. If you want something that works both anti-aging and gives a more even skin tone, I would invest in, for example, a serum with vitamin C. They also have a really good serum specifically for pigmentation that contains Alpha arbutin. Good luck 🤍1 likes

Combination with other products
Hi! I’m 25 years old and am now starting to consider using retinol, but I’ve been very unsure since I’m afraid my skin will get damaged. That’s why it feels like this could be a good start and maybe the one I should stick to since my skin is quite sensitive. My question is whether I can combine this with other products that I use. My routine looks like this: 🫧 Cleansing: Round Lab Birch Juice 💧 Toner: Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner 🧪 Serum: Pyunkang Yul Moisture Serum 🧴 Cream: Pynunkang Yukons ATO Cream Blue Label ☀️ Sunscreen: SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Hyaluronic Acid-Cica Water When I’m extra dry: Purito Ceramide Sleeping Pack When I’m less dry, I use Purito Oat-in Calming Gel Cream as a moisturizer instead of Pyunkang’s. I have a lot of skin pigmentation from pimples and generally have an uneven skin tone, so I’m considering trying AXIS-Y Dark spot Correcting Glow Serum in my skincare routine. Is there anything that could go with this product from The Ordinary and the rest of my routine? I’m also wondering if there’s any eye cream that goes with it? I’ve been testing SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica for a week now but I’m not quite sure what to think yet. Sorry for the long post and many questions, but this is such a jungle to navigate haha. Take care 🩷640 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHey Hanna😊 So nice that you’re writing to us with your thoughts, and I understand that it feels like a jungle🙈 The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% is a gentle start for sensitive skin and can help with uneven skin tone and pigmentation. Start with 1-2 evenings a week and increase slowly. Apply after toner, before serum and cream. If dryness occurs, you can skip serum on some evenings or add extra moisture like Purito Ceramide Sleeping Pack. AXIS-Y Dark Spot Serum can be used on other evenings or in the morning, which reduces the risk of irritation. An eye cream like SKIN1004 Probio-Cica works well, just avoid retinoid around the eyes. And don’t forget sunscreen every morning, retinoid makes the skin more sun-sensitive🌞 Hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a super nice day🤍1 likes

THE ORDINARY GRANACTIVE RETINOID 2% EMULSION
I recently started using the product and apply it in the evening. Should I use a moisturizing night cream after this? Grateful for a response!1029 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHey Marie 👋😊 Yes, it’s a really good idea to use a moisturizing night cream afterwards 🤍🤗 Retinoids can be effective but also a bit drying at first, so a moisture boost helps the skin feel good! Here are some suggestions, if you don’t already have a favorite at home! - lyko.com/sv/hudvard/ansikte/ansiktskram/nattkram/cerave-facial-moisturizing-lotion-pm -lyko.com/sv/hudvard/ansikte/ansiktskram/nattkram/dr.-ceuracle-hyal-reyouth-night-cream-60g -lyko.com/sv/la-roche-posay/la-roche-posay-toleriane-dermallergo-overnight-creme-40-ml?fromsearch=2486-196-0040 All the best!1 likes

How often?
Can you use it every day, or how often? 🌺1313 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 2 monthsHey Ina! 😊 You can use this every evening if you've used retinoids before and have sensitive skin. It might be good to start gradually and see how your skin reacts, for example, 2-3 evenings a week to start with. Remember to use sunscreen during the day. Have a nice day! 💌

Before or after serum?
Hi, I have COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum. Are these compatible? And do I use this before my serum, or should the serum go on first?1192 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. The comment was made 2 monthsHi Maria😊 Yes, they should be compatible! Apply the peptide serum first (COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster) after cleansing/toner, and then Granactive Retinoid 2%. Finish with moisturizer/oil. Don't forget SPF during the day either. Hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a super nice day💫1 likes

Why should I choose this over retinol?
Hello. I’ve read a bit that solubilized hydroxypinakolonretinoate found in this product is supposed to be much better and more effective against signs of aging and uneven skin tone than traditional Retinol. And also to be gentler and irritate the skin less. So my question is: If this is available now. What reasons are there for me to choose to go with Retinol? :) I’m thinking about The Ordinary Retinol 0.5% in Squalane 30 ml. I’m getting confused and hope to get a little help to understand this, hehe :D Best regards Malin978 views- The user's roll: Farmaceut på Lyko. The comment was made 2 monthsHi Malin😊 Thank you for your question, and I understand your concern✨ Granactive Retinoid (Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate) is gentler than traditional retinol and often provides an anti-aging effect with less irritation, perfect if you have sensitive skin or are new to retinoids. Retinol 0.5% can provide a stronger effect on wrinkles and uneven skin tone if you already tolerate retinoids and want a more potent result. Regardless: always use sunscreen during the day! ☀️ I hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a super nice Friday💫1 likes

New to the retinol world
Hi! I am new to the retinoid/retinol world and thought I’d give it a try💕 I am 32 years old, starting to get some fine lines, blackheads on my nose, and white pores on my forehead that I want to get rid of. I wonder if this is a suitable routine. Cleansing: Cerave hydrating cleanser Toner: lyko.com/sv/naturie/hatomugi-naturie-hatomugi-essence-500-ml Retinoid: The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion 30 ml Moisturizer: cicaplast Baume B5 with SPF50 Is this a suitable routine and is it in the right order? Is the moisturizer enough as sun protection since it has such a high SPF, or do I still need a separate sunscreen?❤️ I know there is a product from The Ordinary with Nicamide and zinc, can I use it on the days I don’t use retinoid to prevent my blackheads on my nose? Grateful for answers💕🌹1012 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 2 monthsHey again Michelle! It depends on your skin's dryness, skin type, and humidity (the warmer it is, the fewer layers you need), but TO's NMF cream that I mentioned works really well both morning and night. Another option is this lyko.com/sv/purito/purito-b5-panthenol-re-barrier-cream-80-ml 🤍1 likes

First-time User!
Hi! I was thinking of diving into the retinol world and have understood that this is good to start with as a complete beginner? My skincare routine looks like this: 1. COSRX The 6 Peptide Skin Booster 2. Dr. Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence 3. Saturday Skin Wide Awake Brightening Eye Cream 4. Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Cream In the evening, I also add Dr. Ceuracle Royal Vita Propolis 33 Ampoule between steps 3 and 4. Will this retinoid work with my current routine and how should I start with it? When in my routine should I apply it, how many times a week, do I need to supplement with any product? Best, Cicci895 views- The user's roll: Skin therapist at Lyko. The comment was made 2 monthsGood morning Cicci! Yes, it's fine to use BOJ retinal for the eyes, but make sure not to apply the retinoids over each other on the same area of the skin as it can get too strong. Yes, it's good to also start slowly with BOJ 👌 and only start with one of them at a time, I think. Take care 🤍

The OrdinaryGranactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion 30 ml
A Stable Emulsion of Next-Generation Forms of Retinoid.
This formulation combines two forms of next-generation retinoid actives in a combined concentration of 2% by weight.
These two actives are:
a) Solubilized Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate is a highly-advanced form of retinoid which is, in fact, a non-prescription ester of all-trans direct retinoic acid that offers a multi-fold better effect against signs of ageing than retinol, retinyl palmitate and nearly all other forms of non-prescription retinoid;
b) a sustained-delivery form of pure retinol in a protective capsule system which supports both the delivery and the effect of Solubilized Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate.
Both forms of retinoid used avoid the irritation associated with retinoid (including retinol) use while delivering better visible results against signs of ageing.
Use:
Apply a few drops to face in the PM as part of your skincare regimen. Do not use with other retinoid treatments. Use sun protection in the AM.
