Use:
Sit up straight and put the SmartGoggles on over your eyes and tighten them for a comfortable fit using the elastic band. (It is recommended to wash your face and remove any contact lenses before treatment). Close your eyes and try to keep your eyes closed during the treatment so that the heart rate sensor on the inside has contact at all times. Press and hold the on/off button on the top right of the SmartGoggles to turn them on. Briefly press the button again to scroll between the treatment functions Smart Relax, Focus and Sleep. Treatment then begins immediately and lasts for 15 minutes. Briefly press the vibration button at the top left to change the vibration pattern. Hold down the same button if you wish to turn off vibration. Briefly press the heat button at the top left to set the heat level. Hold down the same button if you wish to turn off the heat.
