Hjärtligt’s Color & UV series helps prevent color from fading or turning dull. The formula strengthens hair strands and protects the outer layer (cuticle) from breakdown caused by sun exposure.
The active ingredient, Sea Kale (Crambe maritima), is a coastal plant with antioxidant properties that protect the hair’s surface from sun damage and environmental stress.
How does the sun affect hair and color?
When exposed to sunlight, the hair’s natural proteins and lipids oxidize, causing strands to lose shine, elasticity, and color. UV exposure particularly degrade the antioxidants in the hair’s outermost layer (cuticle), making it more vulnerable to dryness, frizz, and split ends. Crambe maritima helps prevent this oxidation, preserving the hair’s protective barrier.

Use:
Apply Hjärtligt® Color & UV Shampoo to wet hair and work up a rich lather, then rinse the hair thoroughly. Repeat once more. Then apply Hjärtligt® Color & UV Conditioner. Finish with the Color & UV Conditioner Spray, which should not be rinsed out. The conditioner spray is especially recommended during the summer.
