NORDBO Bone Support Calcium is a synergistic calcium complex designed to support your bones, featuring 8 active ingredients: calcium malate, magnesium bisglycinate, plant-based silica from horsetail, along with zinc picolinate, boron, vitamin K2, vitamin D3, and manganese.

Calcium malate is a highly absorbable and gentle form of calcium where the mineral is bound to malic acid. This form boasts high bioavailability and is often suitable for those with sensitive stomachs. Calcium helps maintain normal bone structure and teeth, as well as supporting normal muscle function and energy metabolism.

Magnesium in the form of bisglycinate is an organic and bioavailable type of magnesium that’s easy on the stomach. Magnesium contributes to maintaining normal bone structure and muscle function, while also helping to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

Zinc (zinc picolinate), manganese (manganese citrate), and boron (sodium borate) are essential trace elements that play a significant role in bone health. Boron is a non-metallic element that we get in varying amounts through our diet, depending on the boron content of the soil where our food is grown.

Usage:
