The Amelie Soie Silk Bow has a weight of 19 mommes and a thread count of 6A, which gives it greater density, quality and strength. Mulberry silk is a soft silk fibre. There is silk that is of inferior quality, which is easy to detect. The quality of the silk is not as soft and smooth, and it can contain burls.
It is produced free from harmful chemicals and it is manufactured under approved conditions.
Take good care of your silk products and they will be with you for many years to come. To maintain the wonderful quality, use an enzyme-free detergent such as liquid Y3 (available in most supermarkets) or bile soap, together with a wash bag. Wash very sparingly, as washing will dull the beautiful lustre. You can also use a steamer to refresh your silk accessories.
