    Liquid Eyeliner Brown

    I don't think it deserves as much bad as is given! I've been using the same eyeliner for 8 years. Both in brown and black. Yes, the brush is soft so you just have to be careful how you paint, but once in place it sits well. I've tried short ends and switched to other eyeliners but always come back to this one. I work in healthcare and after a 10-hour shift it hasn't moved a millimeter.
