Is this matte or shimmering? Please list the white or "blonde" ones you have with shimmer, not glitter. A plus would be if they are waterproof, but not a must. Preferably a bit cheaper. Use:
Step 1: Apply along the upper lash line, from the inner corner of the eye and out.
Step 2: Be sure to put the lid on properly to make the pen stay soft.
