    Belladot Britt combines pleasure and fitness by providing simultaneous exercise and stimulation of the vaginal muscles and pelvic floor. And well-trained pelvic floor muscles heighten the pleasure of both partners. Small free-moving weights inside the balls provide extra stimulation as they roll around.

    The duo balls are made from soft silicone. The cord is also made from silicone for easy cleaning. Britt duo balls may be used before and after childbirth to strengthen your pelvic floor.

    Lie down the first few times the balls are used. Then it is easier to find the pelvic floor muscles. Bend your legs slightly and insert your Britt pinballs. The last ball should be placed just inside the vaginal opening and the cord should hang outside. Do not forget to have lubricant on the balls, as well as a little in the vaginal opening. It facilitates insertion and prevents any irritation in the vagina. Feel free to use silicone lubricant from Belladot. Relax your muscles, remember to breathe calmly and take deep breaths. Now gently pinch the sphincter and continue to pinch forward along the vagina and up towards the urethra. Lift inwards and upwards towards the navel - imagine that you pull up a zipper from the end and upwards. Squeeze the balls with the pelvic floor muscles for 2 seconds, relax 10 sec, squeeze 2 sec again, etc. It is important to only tense the pelvic floor muscles, not the abdomen, thighs, jaws or other body parts. It is recommended that this exercise is done for prevention every day, preferably twice a day for 8-20 weeks, to then repeat the exercise a little now and then. If you already have problems with leakage, you should exercise at least 4 times a day.
