It contains some heat protection, but it is not a complete heat protectant. 🔹 If you are styling with a flat iron, curling iron, or blow dryer, it is recommended to use a separate heat protectant to protect the hair from high heat and minimize damage. So in short: TÄMJA helps with frizz and softness, but complement it with a proper heat protectant when styling with high heat 😍 Take care! 😍
