    Too thin and stiff

    The earrings don't stay on but pop open, and they are so thin that they press on the skin. I submitted a complaint, to which they responded that they need to be bent to loosen and tighten, but they don't loosen, so they don't stay in the ears, unusable.

      We usually don't give used earrings as a gift, especially if they are defective and can't even stay on.
