Bought makeup brush cleanser from Make Up Store after a recommendation from a skincare specialist at Lyko. The product itself is quite ordinary and doesn’t do anything special, but the biggest problem is how it was recommended. I felt like the skincare specialist only steered me towards products from brands that Lyko owns, without giving a real assessment of alternatives. When even such a simple product is presented as the “best choice” in a guide that appears professional but in practice seems sales-driven, it completely undermines trust.
