The pencil arrived broken, I tried it and as soon as you start applying it, it breaks off. It barely lasts a minute on the waterline. Impossible to draw the pencil on the eyelid like an eyeliner either.

I have used this pencil for the past years and use nothing else. I have managed to test quite a few pencils in my 42-year life, but this is definitely the best. It stays put and doesn't smudge. It is creamy when you apply it, which means you can use it on your whole lip if you want! It's crazy that it's so cheap!! Thank goodness :) buy several at once! You won't regret it.
