And yes, you need sun protection even during the winter months, as UV radiation is present year-round, even on cloudy days. It is absolutely fine to use a face cream with SPF, as long as it is broad-spectrum. Just remember to apply a generous amount, about two finger lengths for the face, and do it as the last step in your morning routine. If you're outside for a long time, don't forget to reapply! Pretty okay!
I've been using this serum for 2 months. I expected better results than I've gotten. I'm still getting some pimples and have a bumpy forehead, so it hasn't magically gotten rid of my skin issues - but it hasn't made my skin worse either.
