LOVE IT
I love all concentrated, thick foam facial cleansing products, and with Skin Barrier Ceramide Amino Foam, it couldn't be any different - I really liked it! First of all: it is incredibly efficient, in the picture I added, you can see how much product is enough to properly cleanse the entire face. It foams up very easily when combined with water and spreads across the face. It doesn't sting the eyes and doesn't irritate, quite the opposite - after rinsing the foam off with water, you can feel the hydration, the skin is not "tightened", but refreshed and clean, you can see a real glow! It wonderfully removes makeup residue. My tip: for the best effect, spread a small amount of product on your hands with a little water, first create the foam and then use that foam to do a cleansing massage on your face. A huge plus for the manufacturer for the simple and relatively short ingredient list, which includes ceramides and amino acids. The only downside is the price, so it's worth waiting for a promotion. Right now on Lyko, there's up to 30% off, which makes it 55.30 PLN for this foam! That's a very good price considering its efficiency. Beautiful, but not long-lasting…
Inspired by the Discovery Kit from the brand Cra-Yon and the longevity of the miniatures (in the set Caramel Days, Continental, Art Life, and Ami Amie), I decided to reach for Vanilla Ceo with a capacity of 10 ml. I have the impression that among all the scents mentioned above, Vanilla Ceo lasts the shortest on the skin, unfortunately. The Vanilla Ceo perfume is beautiful - if someone likes scents dominated by vanilla, similar to, for example, Burberry - Goddess, they will be satisfied with it. Vanilla Ceo combines woody notes with citrus. It is an elegant, warm but fresh scent, luxurious but understated. It is worth mentioning that it is not too sweet. So it is even more unfortunate that the scent does not last on the skin longer than 2-3 hours. My favorite mascara for at least three years
I keep coming back to this mascara, it’s my favorite! I have rather straight and short, blonde lashes, so I like it when the lashes are strongly curled, but not necessarily curled due to drooping eyelids. Pros: - The silicone brush has different lengths of bristles, one side longer - responsible for combing and "getting in" between the lashes, collecting excess product, and the other shorter - leaves more mascara on the lashes allowing for a stronger effect, - the mascara doesn’t flake off during wear, it doesn’t create shadows under the eyes, - it’s highly pigmented, making the look expressive, - it’s not problematic to remove, - it’s very economical - I apply makeup on average every two/three days, and the mascara lasts me a minimum of 3 months, Cons: - the consistency of the mascara changes during use, and for me, it’s best after about a month of use, because right after opening it’s quite liquid, making it not so easy to build layers on the lashes, - the brush is quite hard, so you have to be especially careful not to poke it in your eye, because it will hurt a lot! - it’s not the cheapest mascara, so it’s worth buying it on sale, Verdict: This is an indispensable product for me, I’ve been coming back to it for a long time and I will keep coming back for a long time. I’ve been using the Lumene Nordic-C Glow Moisturizer for a while and think it’s a good day cream that gives a nice glow and feels light on the skin. It makes the skin fresh and works well under makeup. But for me, having dry skin, it unfortunately doesn’t quite cut it – I would need a bit more hydration to feel completely satisfied. My skin is quite dry now during the winter months and needs quite a bit of moisture. 🙈 I have been using the Nordic-C Glow Boost serum for a while now and think it is a pretty okay product. It feels light on the skin, absorbs quickly, and gives a fresh feeling in the morning. The skin gets a bit more glow, but I had hoped for a clearer result. Very good, but...
My hair is natural, uncolored, and medium porosity, it was cut two months ago. What I like: - gives shine, smoothness, especially after blow-drying, - after using it, my hair looks healthier, and the effect lasts all day, - provides heat protection, - very nice, delicate scent, gives the impression of a luxury product, - it is a very efficient product, a small amount is enough to cover all the hair, and in my case, that's a bit, - handles frizz and static well, - not only does it care for the hair, but it also protects and generally improves the appearance of the hairstyle, What I’m not impressed with: - the hair doesn’t "drink" the oil completely, and that means that despite how light it seems, you can overdo it and weigh down the strands, - hard to get out of the bottle - you have to "tap" it into your hand, but on the other hand, it won’t flow uncontrollably and start dripping down the bottle. Still, the dosing is quite precise. The packaging is the biggest downside: at this price, I would expect a convenient pump and a glass bottle, - I haven’t noticed any rebuilding effect (even though I have uncolored, recently cut hair), it works rather superficially, - the biggest downside is the price in my opinion: there are many products on the market that perform better and cost less, Verdict: As you can see in the picture - you can notice a significant difference between before and after using the oil. As for long-term effects - in my opinion, people with bleached or styling-damaged hair would be able to say more about this. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with its performance and it meets my expectations. A nice powder at a good price!
I rarely use powder actually, because I feel like my face gets stiff and that it can settle into fine lines... But that was before I tried this! I only use a little on a fluffy brush in the t-zone and it lays very nicely over the rest of the makeup. I have been curious about LED masks ever since a friend tried to get me to test a model last year. At that time, I didn’t let myself be persuaded, but now I have been able to try the Silk’n LED Face Mask 100 for several weeks. I have always been a bit skeptical about using light and heat directly on my skin at home, so I read the instructions carefully. The manual clearly explains how to use the mask, and I gradually increased the time in line with the recommendations 🌟 It is very convenient that you can choose either the auto function or manually select the four different lights/functions. The different lights have different purposes, and this is well explained in the manual – the mask is generally very user-friendly 💗 My skin gets a bit warm and red after use. This calms down quickly, and you get used to it, but at first, it was a bit uncomfortable. The biggest downside for me is that I don’t like masks that fit tightly around the eyes – I get a bit of a claustrophobic feeling for some reason. Therefore, I think the eye area of the mask is a small downside 👀 Otherwise, the mask is made of soft silicone, which is comfortable, and the mask is relatively easy to secure with Velcro straps. The product definitely gives a luxury feel and is perfect for home spa. When it comes to visible results, I am more unsure. I don’t have major skin challenges beforehand, apart from a few visible pores in the T-zone and some dryness. I can’t say that I have seen very visible improvements in my skin, hence three stars. Super serum
This is a great serum and definitely worth its price, since I started using it, my hair is much less frizzy and much smoother. This serum also adds shine, I use it before drying and sometimes before straightening if my hair needs it. Leaves hair greasy and uncomfortable.
This is the last product in the silver refine series! And the only product I'm not satisfied with.. it lightens the hair and removes yellow tones in the hair. But it unfortunately leaves greasy layers in the hair. I find the hair to be stiff after it dries following application. I have to comb through the hair, and then it unfortunately becomes greasy. I have used silver shampoo from many different brands. This is one of the best, good pigmentation and moisture .. many dry out the hair, but this one does not. But if you are like me and bleach your hair a lot, like to have it cool, then this is a very good shampoo. But don't let it sit too long, as it has such good pigmentation that it can quickly turn purple. It makes the hair cool and removes yellow tones very quickly. It is also reasonably priced compared to many other silver shampoos. Perfect glow, use as a primer
Why is this product not more hyped? A light cream that can be advantageously applied as an underpainting or primer on the areas where you want to achieve a beautiful glow that lasts! Its light consistency combined with a lot of glitter makes it perfect for use under a foundation with low to medium coverage. Not for dry hair
I had high expectations for this heat protectant since it is very expensive and it says that it can be used on both towel-dried and dry hair. But I would definitely not say it works well on dry hair. It makes the hair wet and makes it very difficult to straighten, e.g. it doesn't penetrate the hair and becomes very heavy. I tried to return this but was not able to because it is not a product defect (was partially compensated though) but now I have seen several big influencers (including Sydney Schiffer) say the same thing, that it doesn't work well on dry hair, so I am more convinced that it wasn't just my thin hair that couldn't handle this. I only use it on damp hair before I blow-dry. Before I straighten, I use Amika The shield instead, which doesn't wet the hair and makes the hair strands smooth and manageable when you pull the straighteners through it. I think K18 should change the product description and state that it works best on wet/damp hair. Not quite lasting..
The color is wonderfully pigmented (when it's just in the hair), but unfortunately it also colors everything else just as pigmented. All surfaces, the shower, and my whole skin turn bright purple after just a couple of seconds of contact, and it doesn't come off anymore. None of the red hair dyes I've tried before have done this same thing. I can't get the color off the shower walls in any way, and my body skin is still partly purple 😩 I don't know if it's just this specific shade (rose red), because I haven't seen mention of this same problem in other reviews at least not at first glance.
