Lasts long but smells like alcohol
This perfume actually lasted long on me, at least a workday. So that’s an advantage of this perfume! 🤍 The bottle is quite nice, but there’s nothing special about it. I have to say I was surprised by how strong it smells of alcohol. I started wondering if it was just my sense of smell, but my partner thought so too. You can definitely smell the perfume scent, but it takes a while to come through. My brows have a history of heavy plucking every other day in the 00s, when extremely thin brows were the biggest trend. 🙈 Now it's been about 15 years since I stopped plucking. I only take a stray hair now and then. My brows got back their original nice shape. But sooooo sparse. 😩 I used to fill them in with eyebrow pencil. Then I had a long period when I didn't fill them in at all (because I'm usually a bit tired in the morning). But now!!! And Essence brow powder is almost a miracle for my brows! I've never gotten better results when filling in my brows. And it goes quickly too! 🙌 I've loved Essence mascaras for a while. And even here this budget product is great. I never want any other product again (at least that's what I say now). I have the color dark. And there's a slight difference between the two colors. But not very much. I use the one that's a bit lighter. And the little brush is also 10 out of 10! Danger Jones, and here the color Burnout, has become my new favorite when I want strong, vibrant colors! 🔥 The result really speaks for itself. The color is incredibly intense right from the first application and gives a smooth, saturated finish without looking uneven or matte. I used it on a light base, and it developed into a really glowing orange-red shade with lots of depth and shine. The color was easy to work with, distributed evenly in the hair, and made the whole coloring process surprisingly simple. I love how this perfume smells! If you like vanilla, you will like this perfume! 🤍🍦✨ It smells mature, like real vanilla. It doesn’t smell cheap or artificial. I really like this sunscreen. A little goes a long way, but it dries quickly, so you have to be fast when applying it. I don’t just use it on my face but also on my neck, décolleté, and shoulders where I burn very quickly. Unfortunately, this powder didn’t quite work for me. My skin starts to break out pretty quickly after using it, and the smoothing effect I was hoping for is practically invisible. The makeup looks okay, but it doesn’t give the blur effect I expect from a good powder. The Innisfree No Sebum powder works definitely better for me. This is a product I have bought several times, and it has become a regular part of my makeup routine. I think it makes the makeup last much longer throughout the day, and it works very well under both foundation and skin tint. It doesn’t flake on the skin and gives a nice glow without the skin feeling heavy. Together with a good setting spray, I find that the base holds up very well.
