Really good shampoo that does what it promises! I have thin hair that tends to get dry easily. I also have a scalp that often itches. I have used this shampoo about 2-3 times a month. 🫧 The first impression is always the bottle’s appearance and design. Nice and sleek bottle. I like the unique square shape. However, it’s hard to open. I’ve worn my thumb sore a few times, so I have to use my nails instead. Not optimal, I think. ✨️ The scent is absolutely lovely! A mix of lime, grapefruit, eucalyptus, and peppermint. You really feel the fresh sensation from this wonderful combo. 🫧 It’s a bit on the runnier side, so you have to be careful when opening (though a bit tricky considering how hard it is to open). ✨️ Really cleans the hair. Feels like a restoration after shampooing. A detox, simply. 🫧 The hair becomes a bit dry and rough when using it. So moisturizing afterwards is important. I’ve alternated between applying this shampoo twice when washing and applying once then using a moisturizing shampoo the second time. Always finish with a hair mask. ✨️ The product is very gentle on the scalp. No irritation or itching. However, I can’t say if it helps more than other shampoos for scalp problems, considering it’s supposed to be used so rarely. If it weren’t for the cap being so incredibly hard to open, this detox shampoo would get full points. I have dry, thin, and bleached hair and think this conditioner is good at moisturizing and making the hair soft and manageable. However, I don't feel that it repairs or makes much of a difference to the actual hair damage after bleaching. For that, I would instead choose a more repairing conditioner. ✨️ The first impression is always the bottle's appearance and design. Nice and sleek bottle. I like the unique square shape. Much easier to open than the shampoos I've tested (see separate reviews) 🫧 Lovely texture on the conditioner. You don't need much for the lengths, so I would say it's economical. ✨️ The biggest downside for me is the scent. Unfortunately, I don't think it smells good. To me, it reminds me of a mix of new rubber/plastic and cleaning agents. Kind of like the feeling of walking into Biltema 😅 The scent is also quite strong and lingers in the hair. 🫧 I think the lengths become soft, manageable, and easier to detangle. I also feel that the hair gets a nice shine after use and looks a bit more lively. However, I don't think it repairs the hair. My hair is bleached and dry, and even though the conditioner gives a nice, soft feeling, I don't feel it makes much difference to the actual damage. In summary: A good moisturizing conditioner for dry hair, but not something I would choose if I mainly want to repair bleached and damaged lengths. Kevin Murphy Hydrate-Me shampoo is a pretty decent shampoo that is a good option when you want to give your hair moisture and make it feel softer. However, I probably wouldn’t choose this shampoo as the only option in the shower. I’ll explain why further down. However, I feel the shampoo doesn’t quite clean well enough, especially if I’ve used a lot of styling products or if the hair feels extra greasy. For me, it works best when I want a mild and moisturizing shampoo, but I wish it gave a slightly cleaner feeling. This is truly a primer unlike anything I've tested before! As an influencer tester, I've had the chance to try this for a while🩷 I've tested it quite a bit both with and without makeup🩷 For me, the primer has been so nice and glowy that I usually just stopped my routine and went bare-faced with only this on! The packaging and the look of the product itself seem a bit cheap and boring; if I had seen this on store shelves, I probably wouldn't have been tempted to try it. Among makeup products from this brand, I really think the Lip Oil is the prettiest! It has a simple and matte packaging that looks very luxurious and nice🩷 The lip oil glides easily over the lips and gives an insanely nice shine. This mascara is vegan and made from 99% ingredients of natural origin (66% organic).🖤 Not only is it good for the conscience, it also contains nourishing ingredients for the lashes🖤 I've been testing the black color for quite some time now! First, I do a full body scrub, preferably from the same line, but I also really like a regular exfoliating sponge + some cheap shower gel. The most important thing is to wash and prepare the skin thoroughly. Only then do I reach for the shower oil. The skin washed with it gets a moment to "sit" with the product. Then I apply the foam from the shower gel right on top of the oil to boost the scent. I give myself a moment again in the shower. I feel that thanks to this, the skin is even more moisturized, and the scent settles beautifully on it. 🤍 And now a very important step: after getting out of the shower, I don’t rub myself like crazy with a towel! 😂 Instead, I gently press the excess water off my body. Imagine you’re powdering your face. You “powder” your body the same way with the towel, gently collecting water from the skin. Finally, the dry oil from the same line. A really annoying mascara
Unfortunately, this mascara was not a hit for me. It crumbles quite easily and also leaves stains quite easily. The more I tried with it, the worse it got. 😅 My lashes are very picky as they easily lose their curl (they prefer to be straight). I used my favorite eyelash curler from Shiseido but it didn’t help much. Even if you have curled lashes, I wouldn’t recommend this one as it starts flaking and smudging so easily. Unfortunately one of the worst mascaras I’ve tested in a long time. 😅 I do like the packaging, if I have to say something positive. Too bad because I like several products from Urban Decay.
