A “barrier cream” automatically makes me think of something dense, rich, and thick, a bit like butter, which isn’t always the most pleasant for my sensitive skin. But here, total surprise! 🙏🏼 The consistency is really light for a cream of this type, it spreads quickly and above all doesn’t leave a greasy, heavy layer on the skin. But the biggest WOW for me was that the cream is fragrance-free 💛 And that is a huge plus for me! Especially since my previous experience with Smuuti cream was completely different. I once had the Watermelon gel version, which was very heavily perfumed. The scent was absolutely beautiful – if it was only about the scent, I would have been in love 😂 Unfortunately, for my sensitive skin, it turned out not to be the best choice and the cream eventually went to a friend. I've tested this device a few times now and it really does its job well! The brush makes it easy to add volume and shine to the hair without completely frizzing it. My hair is quite thin, but I have a lot of it, and it can also be quite glassy, so I like getting volume in my hair. The device apparently has infrared technology that helps heat the hair gently from the inside, which prevents the hair from drying out too much and frizzing during styling. I think this also shows in my own hair. I love this product, but I’m taking off one star because it’s so easy to crumble. Unfortunately, it’s a baked product (or at least that’s what it says), and my copy broke. The product has its pros and cons, and it all depends on your needs and expectations. I was hoping for a blush, but it’s more of a blush-highlighter. And that’s actually how I use it, because as a classic blush it doesn’t really work well for me. There are also some small reservations here. A definite plus is the ability to build up the intensity of the glow. You can get a very delicate glow, but you can also go all out and shine like a superstar. ✨ The biggest plus, however, is the price — it’s wonderfully cheap! 😍 For such an effect, it’s really hard to complain. After it broke, I transferred the product to another container and of course I’ll keep using it because it’s a shame to throw it away. Pigmented lipstain 💖
I have tried MAC’s lip tint in the color Sneaky Pink, and here are my thoughts! Application & result: I applied the product directly on my lips and let it sit for about 5 minutes to really let the color set. Then I wiped off the top layer, and what remained on my lips was a nice and even tint – exactly the result I was after. The color: Sneaky Pink is a very strong and bright pink at first application, but when I wiped off the product, the color became much more muted. What remained was a nice, subdued pink tone that feels much more wearable. If you want a bit more shine, it’s of course great to apply a gloss on top. 💕✨ Formula & applicator: The applicator was probably the part I liked the least. I found it a bit flat, and the consistency of the lip product itself felt quite gel-like. Of course, it’s a matter of taste – some might love that type of formula – but personally, it wasn’t really my favorite. Could be among the worst I've tried
Unfortunately, this was not a hit with me at all. For this price, you might as well throw the money into the sea. The formula crumbles and has no pigment. It is hard to work with and hard to build up. The colors are also not the nicest and the story is quite boring. That 3/5 of the shadows have glitter in them was also not fun since the lighter ones barely had any pigment. High coverage but featherlight on the skin ✨
Incredibly lovely foundation! 😍 It feels featherlight on the skin while providing incredibly good coverage. The texture is like a CC cream but the coverage of a foundation, which I love! ❤️ I often use a lighter base, but there are times when I want a more "made-up" look or want to magically cover redness, for example. For this, it is PERFECT as it achieves that without feeling like you have a thick layer of product on your face 👌 It gives a subtle and natural glow that makes the skin look more alive. I usually apply it with a sponge and then set it with powder ☺️ You need very little, so it’s long-lasting! Good packaging that makes it easy to get out just the right amount. I have dry skin, and it doesn’t emphasize my dryness. I can also be quite sensitive but haven’t had any reaction to this. If you use too much product, fine lines can be slightly emphasized, so I recommend starting with a small amount and building up if needed 😊 But as I said, you don’t need much at all for it to cover the whole face. I would skip using it under the eyes as it can crease a bit there (at least if you’re 30+ like me and have slightly deeper lines), just use concealer there instead 🌸 If you don’t use concealer at all, it might work there, but it’s because otherwise it can get too thick and then crease more easily. The shade Signe is a bit too dark for me now when I don’t have a tan or self-tanner, so pick a lighter shade if you’re pale like me. I’d also say it leans a bit yellow even though it’s supposed to be neutral. That doesn’t bother me since I have a warm undertone, but it might be good to know if you don’t 😄 Good packaging that makes it easy to get out just the right amount of product. I also appreciate that it’s a tube, which makes it much more convenient to carry in a bag or when traveling. For what you get, I think it’s worth the price! I believe it will last a long time and in my opinion performs just as well as much more expensive foundations. Sweet Tooth Testpilot
I got the chance a little while ago to test Sabrina Carpenter's Sweet Tooth Eau de Parfum🥰🥰 Here comes my honest review: My first impression of Sweet Tooth was that it smelled quite sweet and that the bottle had a good spray mechanism. However, I had a bit of trouble with the scent right at the first spray, as it had a bit of a play-dough-like smell for me🙈, but as I used it more and more, I stopped thinking about it as much. Overall, I think the perfume is okay, but unfortunately, I wasn't as impressed as I had hoped. I especially wished for a bit clearer sweet vanilla and sugar notes. The scent is definitely pleasant, but for me, it lacks that really good, creamy feeling that I usually appreciate in other sweet perfumes. Unfortunately, this means it lacks a big factor that I often look for when buying perfumes. Another downside is the longevity. I find that the scent fades quite quickly, which lowers the overall impression for me.🥲 Personally, I'm usually drawn to good vanilla and gourmand perfumes, preferably ones that feel creamy, sweet, and almost edible. I think I had the wrong expectations for Sweet Tooth and why we probably don't match. It probably suits someone better who wants a lighter and playful sweet scent rather than a really deep and creamy gourmand perfume. ✨🥳 In summary, I think Sweet Tooth is okay, but it didn't become a favorite for me. Exactly what I've been looking for. I let the gloss sit for ten minutes. Then I blot it off on a paper. Voila, I have a lovely color that doesn't leave marks on glass or clothes. If I want more shine, I use a clear lip gloss or a nourishing balm.
