So far, I have definitely reached for SPF sprays for reapplication more often and was curious if the stick would be just as convenient ☀️ The product itself is really nice and I can't say there's anything wrong with it, but... it didn't give me a WOW effect 🙈 It's just not a form I would want to return to permanently. My biggest problem is with reapplying over makeup. To apply the stick, you have to press it against the skin and glide it over the face, which can cause makeup to shift and smudge. And honestly, it's hard to be surprised by that – with this form of application, it's a bit inevitable 😅 That's why, when it comes to reapplying SPF during the day, I definitely prefer SPF in spray form. It's just faster, more convenient, and less disruptive to makeup. I'm happy to see this product line here on Lyko! 🤍 A few years ago, I used this exact facial scrub. It was very popular on a certain platform whose main idea is sharing photos 😉 I don't know if I can say it directly, but I think you know what I mean. 😂 And I have to admit, the product itself was really, really good, at least the one I used about 3-4 years ago. I really enjoyed using it. It had a nice, gel-like consistency, a pleasant scent, and it really did a good job removing dead skin. It was one of those products where I immediately felt a difference in skin smoothness. Unfortunately, I had one, but very serious problem with it. I don't know if it was because the product had been stored for a long time, or maybe because it was kept in the bathroom where the temperature can be higher. Maybe artificial light had an effect? Or maybe all of it together? 🤷🏻♀️ In any case, after some time but still before the expiration date, the gel started to become very unpleasantly sticky. And I really mean sticky to the point that it was very hard to wash off the skin. It was worst in places where I had hair – behind the ears, at the hairline, or near the eyebrows. The gel started sticking to the hairs and wouldn't let go. The result? A bit of unintentional hair removal. 😂 Unfortunately, not very fun because it could be really painful. I thought maybe I just got a faulty batch. So I bought a new package… and after a dozen uses, the situation looked exactly the same. 🥲 That's why I'm very curious if any of you have had a similar experience with this product? If so, please let me know, because to this day I don't know if it's a storage issue, a specific batch, or if the product just reacts like this over time.
