A good cleanser 💧
As a Lyko influencer, I have been testing the Cerave Hydrating cleanser for a few weeks now! My first impression of the product was that it was simple and in a pretty good size. The consistency of the cleanser is lovely, soft, and when you apply it to your face, it feels smooth. I like to double cleanse my skin, so I use this one first and finish with another cleanser, as I get the feeling that this "leaves a film", which is probably good for the skin, it doesn't feel dry at all afterwards but rather hydrated. But I like it when it really feels clean, hence the double cleansing! 🧼 It's easy to use, easy to apply, and does its job! A good product, in other words. I have compiled my "looks" that I have created with the palette since I got it, so if you fast forward in the video, you will probably find the shade you are curious about "in action" in the video 🤗 It contains about three makeup looks and at the end a swatch in daylight 💕 I think this palette is TOP. The combination of shades is really usable and can be varied to absurdity 😃 Brown, green, red, eggshell white, gold, matte, shimmering, light dark. BRAVO Moira! 💕 The box is super pretty and really adds another dimension to the palette and its shadows. It gives a bit of the feeling of a music box or a magical book with its colors, patterns, and size. From the side, it even looks like a book 🫶🏼 It’s really cute 🦄 However, it is, in my opinion, both an advantage and a disadvantage because I would like to be able to take makeup with me when I travel, and the box is significantly thicker than it needed to be (think compared to The Balm's palettes, which are made of the same material but half as thick), which makes it hard to fit into a makeup bag And it’s not like I have one or five palettes at home from before either, but rather 25... so I would have preferred it to be flatter and easier to store... but regardless, I definitely give Moira an "A for effort" for creating something new and fun in a world of many similar products 🤗 The price then? My kind of everyday luxury
This is a really good cozy body butter. The scent is fruity and floral without being too sweet - I first smell plum and berries before it becomes soft and a little warm on the skin. The consistency is rich but melts in easily and provides lots of moisture. The color is pearlescent and a bit cool - a completely light lavender that looks incredibly delicate 💜 It's perfect after a shower or when the skin needs a little extra. This must be a hidden gem?? Like, what a good BB cream! The lightest shade was a perfect match for my pale winter skin, it blends in like A DREAM and gives a really nice finish! La Roche-Posay Hyalu B5 Suractivated Cream is a truly beautiful and moisturizing face cream that feels both luxurious and nurturing on the skin✨ The cream has a light yet rich consistency that is easy to spread and absorbs quickly without being greasy. The skin feels immediately softer, hydrated, and comfortable after application. It has a mild, neutral scent that is not overwhelming (but still perfumed). After use, I find that my skin looks fresher, smoother, and firmer, and fine dryness lines appear less visible. The cream gives a beautiful, healthy glow and leaves the skin well cared for all day. It also feels soothing and is particularly good if the skin needs extra moisture and care. All in all, it’s a really good face cream that I can only recommend, especially for dry or moisture-deprived skin 🥰 The only small (microscopic) downside is the packaging. The jar itself is relatively large, and the product visually doesn’t take up much space, which can give the impression that you’re not getting much for your money. This is one of my top three, new (for me) products of 2025! I can't remember exactly who recommended this to me, but I'm very glad someone did because I wouldn't have dared to try it myself; I had never heard of La’dor. This is a mask that should be applied to towel-dried hair (preferably distribute with a brush that can be used on wet hair, like a Tangleteezer, so all hair strands are covered) and then left on for a while. At least five minutes, even better an hour and with heat 😋 The mask is creamy and relatively economical. It has a slightly luxurious scent, quite similar to Shu Uemura's Ultimate reset mask, and the nice thing about it is that it is almost/or actually just as good as that one! And I have to say that I LOVE Ultimate reset. I have thick hair with natural waves, it is blonde (=a bit dry), and I style my hair with heat tools. My hair needs LOVE! In this product, we have love in the form of both moisture and proteins, and my hair becomes SOFT, SMOOTH, and SHINY. The great thing about Wonder balm, compared to Shu Uemura's gold nugget, is that this costs a third of the price 🥳 I have natural waves/curls (2 a-c), and the feeling I get from the mask is that my hair becomes calm and relaxed from it. In other words, if I want to style my hair curly after washing, I usually go for something else than this. My experience is that it is not a mask that enhances curls. But if you have a stronger pattern than I do, it can probably also keep the curls nicely together and frizz-free... someone with stronger curls should comment 🤗 I can't say anything negative here. Super good eyelash serum👀👏
I won the first pack of Lenoites eyelash serum, and it lasted for 2 years! Thanks again, lenoites It’s not meant to be kept for that long, but it just wouldn’t run out and didn’t go bad so...🤷♀️ I used it every evening for the first weeks, and then when it started to itch along the lash line, about every other time, I sometimes forgot it🙄 I’ve also used it on the lower lashes. My lashes were long and black when I was young. With age, most things shrink and change for the worse😉, including the lashes, which become shorter, fewer, and less pigmented🥺 The serum restored my lashes in just over a month in all aspects except for pigmentation (and that’s where Refectocil lash and brow dye comes into play😄), but that’s not something it promises either! I’m very satisfied with the packaging, the content which does NOT include hormone-disrupting prostaglandins but instead biotin, peptides, and other nice things, that it’s Swedish, and the brand is not animal tested, and of course the result👌 I’ve only tried one other eyelash serum - Sweeds. That was also good, but Lenoites gave me better results! Sorry for the somewhat strange pictures - I don’t really know what happened with the lighting🤔 I have a worthless mascara on the pictures that only gives a little color, nothing else. Very satisfied with this! I have often struggled with foundation and concealer that cover the skin with the "wrong" color and that haven't looked natural on me. Very good shampoo! I've been on the hunt for "the perfect" shampoo, and so far this is the one I'm most satisfied with. I've previously used Redken All Soft Shampoo but found that it made my scalp oily faster. I can use this shampoo more often without any problems.
