One of my absolute favorite lip liners! I've been using Catrice 069 Manhattan for almost four years and always come back to it, even though I've tried many more expensive and viral brands. It's affordable, easy to apply, and holds up really well. I can eat and drink without the color disappearing right away. After a few hours, I might need to touch up a bit to bring back the intensity. I usually use it together with a matte lipstick, which I think contributes to the long-lasting effect.
