What makes this one stand out for me is how incredibly well it stays put. I can wear it all day and I don't end up with little black flakes under my eyes. It doesn't smudge around my eyes, and it doesn't start looking messy as the hours go by. And the water resistance is seriously impressive. 💦 I've worn this through long days, sweating and outdoor work, and it just stays where I put it. The formula also gives my lashes really nice definition, lift and length without making them feel like I've piled a ton of mascara onto them. I can build it up when I want more drama, but even with several coats I still like how my lashes look. Really good shampoo that does what it promises! I have thin hair that tends to get dry easily. I also have a scalp that often itches. I have used this shampoo about 2-3 times a month. 🫧 The first impression is always the bottle’s appearance and design. Nice and sleek bottle. I like the unique square shape. However, it’s hard to open. I’ve worn my thumb sore a few times, so I have to use my nails instead. Not optimal, I think. ✨️ The scent is absolutely lovely! A mix of lime, grapefruit, eucalyptus, and peppermint. You really feel the fresh sensation from this wonderful combo. 🫧 It’s a bit on the runnier side, so you have to be careful when opening (though a bit tricky considering how hard it is to open). ✨️ Really cleans the hair. Feels like a restoration after shampooing. A detox, simply. 🫧 The hair becomes a bit dry and rough when using it. So moisturizing afterwards is important. I’ve alternated between applying this shampoo twice when washing and applying once then using a moisturizing shampoo the second time. Always finish with a hair mask. ✨️ The product is very gentle on the scalp. No irritation or itching. However, I can’t say if it helps more than other shampoos for scalp problems, considering it’s supposed to be used so rarely. If it weren’t for the cap being so incredibly hard to open, this detox shampoo would get full points. I have dry, thin, and bleached hair and think this conditioner is good at moisturizing and making the hair soft and manageable. However, I don't feel that it repairs or makes much of a difference to the actual hair damage after bleaching. For that, I would instead choose a more repairing conditioner. ✨️ The first impression is always the bottle's appearance and design. Nice and sleek bottle. I like the unique square shape. Much easier to open than the shampoos I've tested (see separate reviews) 🫧 Lovely texture on the conditioner. You don't need much for the lengths, so I would say it's economical. ✨️ The biggest downside for me is the scent. Unfortunately, I don't think it smells good. To me, it reminds me of a mix of new rubber/plastic and cleaning agents. Kind of like the feeling of walking into Biltema 😅 The scent is also quite strong and lingers in the hair. 🫧 I think the lengths become soft, manageable, and easier to detangle. I also feel that the hair gets a nice shine after use and looks a bit more lively. However, I don't think it repairs the hair. My hair is bleached and dry, and even though the conditioner gives a nice, soft feeling, I don't feel it makes much difference to the actual damage. In summary: A good moisturizing conditioner for dry hair, but not something I would choose if I mainly want to repair bleached and damaged lengths. Kevin Murphy Hydrate-Me shampoo is a pretty decent shampoo that is a good option when you want to give your hair moisture and make it feel softer. However, I probably wouldn’t choose this shampoo as the only option in the shower. I’ll explain why further down. Background about my hair: It’s thin (classic Scandinavian), dry with bleached lengths. I also have periods with itchy scalp. 🫧 The first impression is always the bottle’s appearance and design. So I’d say the shampoo is economical. 🫧 Very nice scent, though somewhat intense, so it can be a bit much for people sensitive to strong fragrances. Its scent includes patchouli and light citrus notes with floral undertones. ✨️ Hair feels cared for and moisturized after washing, which is a big plus for my dry, bleached hair. However, I feel the shampoo doesn’t quite clean well enough, especially if I’ve used a lot of styling products or if the hair feels extra greasy. For me, it works best when I want a mild and moisturizing shampoo, but I wish it gave a slightly cleaner feeling. In summary: A good and moisturizing shampoo for dry and bleached hair, but the cleansing could be better. Works well as a complement when you want to give extra moisture and nourishment to the hair. This is truly a primer unlike anything I've tested before! As an influencer tester, I've had the chance to try this for a while🩷 I've tested it quite a bit both with and without makeup🩷 For me, the primer has been so nice and glowy that I usually just stopped my routine and went bare-faced with only this on! The packaging and the look of the product itself seem a bit cheap and boring; if I had seen this on store shelves, I probably wouldn't have been tempted to try it. Moisturizing lip oil
Among makeup products from this brand, I really think the Lip Oil is the prettiest! It has a simple and matte packaging that looks very luxurious and nice🩷 The lip oil glides easily over the lips and gives an insanely nice shine. It feels incredibly moisturizing for a long time and very nourishing🩷 It also gives off a slight color which is very nice. It’s not sticky at all! The lip oil comes in 2 colors, I have tested the color Mulberry which is a nude shade. It’s incredibly pretty in the bottle and as a swatch, but probably not the best color for my skin tone. Apart from the color, I only have good things to say about this, and I’m considering buying it in the color Peony as well!🩷 In the video, I test it without lip liner, but it works really well together with a good liner! This mascara is vegan and made from 99% ingredients of natural origin (66% organic).🖤 Not only is it good for the conscience, it also contains nourishing ingredients for the lashes🖤 I've been testing the black color for quite some time now! The lashes get a pretty decent lift and don’t clump🖤 The brush separates the lashes well. It doesn’t flake and stays pretty nice throughout the day. I don’t find that it gives much volume and lift, so you definitely need to curl your lashes if you want it to show. Girls, hear me out!! If you want to smell good all day and have skin soft as baby cheeks, this oil is an absolute must-have! 🥹 I have my little ritual with it, and this combination works best for me. First, I do a full body scrub, preferably from the same line, but I also really like a regular exfoliating sponge + some cheap shower gel. The most important thing is to wash and prepare the skin thoroughly. Only then do I reach for the shower oil. The skin washed with it gets a moment to "sit" with the product. Then I apply the foam from the shower gel right on top of the oil to boost the scent. I give myself a moment again in the shower. I feel that thanks to this, the skin is even more moisturized, and the scent settles beautifully on it. 🤍 And now a very important step: after getting out of the shower, I don’t rub myself like crazy with a towel! 😂 Instead, I gently press the excess water off my body. Imagine you’re powdering your face. You “powder” your body the same way with the towel, gently collecting water from the skin. Finally, the dry oil from the same line. And here the magic really begins. ✨ The result? A beautiful scent, wonderfully soft and moisturized skin, and the aroma really stays with me for a long time. Best of all, the next day the skin is still pleasantly soft and fragrant.
