Don't understand the hype
This oil cleanser is very hyped, so I had very high expectations for it as well. So, it's okay, you can wash your face with it. But I think it leaves a slightly oily residue. As you can see in the video, it's not very good at removing makeup. I swatched a lip stain from Mac, and it can't remove it. So it feels a bit unnecessary since it's not good at removing makeup. It also contains perfume, which I didn't expect. I've also used more than half, so I've used a lot of it. Are you looking for the ultimate summer scent? Look no further! Do you love the scent of sunscreen, warm days, and a tropical vibe? Then you should buy this!! Many years ago, I had a favorite perfume called Monoi (which is only sold at Y.R). It’s fantastic. But it has poor longevity on the skin, as it’s an edt. So now, after about 2-3 weeks of using Montale’s Intense Tiare, I can say this is a clear replacement. As I said, I’ve used it for 2-3 weeks. Switched to another for a few days, thinking Montale could wait until next summer again. Used it again today, and I feel like I don’t want to let go of it at all. It’s absolutely amazing!! I had this for a long, long time, it’s very economical. I scrunched it into my hair after showering to get some curls/waves in my otherwise very flat Scandinavian hair. Let the hair air dry. Then it ran out. And then the hair got flat. I let it go for a few weeks and tried to convince my wallet that I didn’t need it and maybe could find a replacement but I didn’t. Soooo now I’ve bought it again and honestly use it after every shower. It makes the hair so soft and smooth and I also feel it reduces frizz. It’s expensive, yes. But it lasts a long time and is absolutely fantastic. Also smells incredible! Convenient size and beautiful colors!
The first time I used the palette, I wasn’t convinced at all. But after using it for a while, I have a completely different feeling. It’s really nice! The colors are very pretty, I’m a fan of burgundy tones, and that’s exactly what this has. They aren’t very pigmented but are easy to build up and blend out. The metallic shadow is really nice and can be intensified if you use it with a damp brush. The other two shadows are a bit powdery, but if I use an eye primer, it stays in place all day without falling down. The palette is the perfect size to throw in your bag or take on a trip, and even though there are only three different shadows, you can create a variety of looks with it. Probably good for older skin
Have tested this through #lykotestpilot #lykoinflutester and #emmas ! The packaging feels solid and luxurious, always nice when products come in a box. The bottle itself is nice and luxurious with a sleek design. Great that it’s a pump bottle, it’s convenient and hygienic. The cream itself is a bit thick, I think, but smells light and nice. Would have preferred a fragrance-free product though! My skin is dry with an oily T-zone, has many pores and some acne. Used this after cleansing. It moisturizes but feels a bit greasy! Was a bit tricky to get into the skin, easier on the neck. A plus that it contains SPF. Mixed feelings about this cream. It moisturizes but makes the skin a bit greasy – wish it absorbed more easily. I prefer to use Emma S gel cream from the Bye Bye Pores series as a moisturizer. I’m 40 years old and would probably like to use this when I’m around 60. Will therefore give it to my mom, feels like I have too oily a T-zone for this product. So overall – a nice, luxurious, and quality product that adds moisture but feels too greasy. Probably a nice gift for someone a bit older, would recommend it to them! Assignment by #lykotestpilot #lykoinflutester! The packaging has the same design as the other products in the #byebyepores series, which feels sleek, and it's good that they have the gray color. I like the consistency of this product! I've used it as a face cream after the toner in the same series. You don't need to use much, a little dab goes a long way. It absorbs easily into the skin. The consistency feels a bit like a mix between gel and cream. Good that it is fragrance-free! Since I got acne from the toner in the same series, I haven't been able to see results from this one. But I don't think the pores have shrunk, though the product has felt soothing on the skin and a good final step in the cleansing routine. I will continue to use this without the toner beforehand, because the cream feels good for the skin, moisturizes, and feels kind of like cleansing. Cleans but greasy
Assignment through #lykotestpilot. The packaging feels sleek because it is simple and appealing. The gray color fits a series that says Bye Bye Pores! The product itself feels a bit thicker than a regular toner. Not watery but not oily either. Used it after cleansing on a pad, swiped the product over the face. You can see on the pad that it removed a lot of dirt! So, it definitely removes a lot of gunk and cleans well, but afterwards it leaves a greasy/oily/shiny film on the face, which I don’t like! I wiped my face with a towel after using the product. Used it first 2 times a week and then 3 times a week. Unfortunately, I got more breakouts (acne) from it. No big pimples but small, annoying breakouts. 🌋 Overall, I like the product considering you can see it removes impurities. But since I got acne and kept getting it from use, and the product feels oily, I don’t really like it. I also see no difference in the pores, they remain and maybe have even become more/larger. The world's best flat iron!
Okeeeej WOW!! I was really shocked when I tried the GHD Chronos!🤯 I have previously only used cheaper flat irons, including from Remington, which definitely worked, but the difference with this one was really bigger than I could have imagined… The first thing I noticed was how incredibly smoothly it glides through the hair. You hardly need to press at all, the flat iron just glides through the hair and the result is nice right away. With my previous flat irons, I often had to press hard and sometimes the hair got caught and almost stuck in the plates, but with this one everything feels so much softer and more flexible. It really feels so luxurious right from the first use. I've always had a bit of trouble curling my hair with a flat iron. It never really turned out the way I wanted and I had to struggle to get nice curls. But with this Chronos it almost felt like all those problems just disappeared! It became super easy to curl the hair and the curls were even and nice without me having to struggle. Crazy what a flat iron, with really good quality, can make a difference!!🤩 I got that feeling that the hair was done at a salon, which I never really achieved with my previous flat irons.🥹 I also like that it has a single heat setting at 185°C, which feels like a good balance between effective styling and not using unnecessarily high heat on the hair. It also heats up super fast, in about 15 seconds, so you don't have to stand and wait before you can start styling! Of course, I knew there could be a difference between a cheaper and a more expensive flat iron, but not that the difference would be THIS BIG. After trying the GHD Chronos, I really feel it's more worth investing in a good flat iron instead of buying cheaper ones over and over again.
