As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try the Urban Decay Face Bond Compact in the shade “space cowboy”💜 It gives a nice glow and looks natural. 🫶🏽✨ I’ve tried it under and with foundation, but then the makeup "peels" off, and I have to start over. Multi use!
I have been sooooo excited about this product, especially since it’s marketed as a multi-use product! The product description did a great job explaining all the possible ways to use it💛 In my makeup routine that day, I tested it both with foundation, as eyeshadow, and as a highlighter!💜💛 I think it gives a nice glow to the face together with the foundation, without being too glittery! I also noticed that the foundation stayed really well that day!💛 The product is waterproof and sweat-resistant, and I found that it didn’t smudge either! As eyeshadow, it’s very “subtle” and gives a little shimmer. Perfect for days when you don’t wear much makeup, or for a natural look to get a bit of shimmer✨ But I wouldn’t say it behaves the same way as an eyeshadow would, and it’s not as pigmented. The makeup lasts all day!
Urban Decay has actually always been my go-to setting spray, but after the last bottle ran out, I tested quite a few other brands to compare. When I was about to test this one again, I noticed how much I had missed it!💛 And it’s incredibly exciting to try a new formula. I love glowy makeup, so I went for the glowy version this time. I was a bit skeptical since I know the formula has changed, but I actually think this one is just as good as it has been before. It has a lovely mist and I find it covers well, no big droplets!💜 In the video, I applied makeup in the morning and had a long day of traveling. What I often feel disappears during the day is blush and bronzer, but as you can see, the makeup has held up well! In some places like around the nose and similar, you can see the makeup starting to fade a bit, but that’s probably to be expected after 11 hours! If there’s one thing I love, it’s a good facial toner and products that are wonderfully moisturizing, so this was a clear winner from the start! I’ve been testing this along with 2 other products from Dr. Ceuracle as #lykotestpilot for a couple of weeks, and I can already see a clear difference in my skin😍! I have oily skin with a lot of redness and easily get pimples if I use the wrong products, but thankfully this worked without any problems😁. The toner must be shaken before use and then gets a lovely light green color💚. It has a light matcha scent. I feel that since I started using it, my skin feels softer and my pores have noticeably shrunk😍. I’ve used it together with Dr. Ceuracle’s ampoule shot, which has also contributed. It feels moisturizing on the skin and overall very pleasant🔥🔥. Tested the French new Lumi Bronze for about a week in my makeup routine, with and without setting spray. COLOR: “Toasted Sunlight” looks warm and bronzy on my light neutral skin. Not orange, but leaning golden. “Sunset Doré” seems to be more neutral, and I probably would have preferred that one 🤎 USAGE: Well pigmented, but easy to blend out. I prefer to apply on the back of my hand and pick up a bit with a makeup brush for liquid products. 🌞 The texture is soft, thin, and glides easily – not thick/heavy/sticky at all like some waxy makeup sticks can feel. Dries to a slightly powdery finish with subtle glow when light hits the skin (not glittery). ✨ SCENT: Reminds me of bubblegum and is, in my opinion, totally fine – a bit sweet rather than sharp or pungent. 🍬 Stayed well all day, no need to reapply. Minus for containing paraffin, which I personally want to avoid for environmental reasons. A multifunctional product! The packaging feels simple and thus luxurious. When you open and bring out the product, you are met with a solid glass bottle with a matte surface. The weight of the bottle gives a sense of quality. Before shaking the bottle, the product has separated into layers. Shaking it so that the contents mix gives a wonderful satisfaction, seeing how the lighter and darker layers melt into each other. When the product is mixed, it looks like a light green milk. You don’t need to take much of the product, a few drops to spread in your hands is more than enough. It is a bit milky and absorbs well into the skin. I have used it on my face after cleansing and haven’t needed to use any face cream afterward. The product softens the skin very well. Later during the day, the skin feels alive, moisturized, and clean. The biggest advantage of the product is that it is multifunctional! My daughter has atopic eczema and needs to apply different ointments several times a day. I decided to test this on her eczema. She is 10 years old, and right after I applied a few drops on a very dry hand, she got big eyes. “WOW mom... you can already see the difference. The skin looks as smooth as the smoothest lady 😂 and wow, the skin became so soft immediately mom.” So, yes, what more can you say. After 10 years with many different ointments and medicines, we have found something that works!! She has also tested it on larger areas that are very dry on the body and usually get sore. After the second day we used it, the dry areas are almost gone!! So... That is the biggest advantage of the product, it works on very dry skin and atopic eczema! However, you should first try it on a small area on both adults and children. But this one is so mild, and the content is a MIRACLE!! I haven’t noticed any huge difference on the skin on my face, except that it softens, is mild, and amazing. In summary, this is an AMAZING product and I have already recommended it to several people. I am a big fan of the Latvian brand Mádara, the sister brand Mossa, and their organic🌱 products which are of course also cruelty free🐇🐀🐒👏😊 I am 56 years old (53 in the profile picture, no filters), have dry, thin, slightly sensitive skin that has now suddenly returned to youthful combination skin🤔, so I’m looking at some balancing products😁 that are also supposed to be anti-aging. This hydrating serum is one of them👍 This hydrating serum is like a gel and you get the perfect amount for the face with one pump. 2 pumps = enough also for neck and décolleté. With aloe vera 🪴 as the first ingredient instead of water, it is also soothing for irritated skin, glycerin which also provides moisture💦 while binding it makes the skin softer, rose water🌹 as number 3 has many nice anti-aging properties and is also good for sensitive and stressed skin, e.g. it reduces redness and strengthens sensitive skin. Peony, hyaluronic acid, biofermented sugars and probiotics, all working to retain moisture and balance, are also included so this is a luxurious and strengthening hydrating serum. Of course, I use cream and sunscreen on top during the day, at night night cream and oil.
