Very drying
I got this in the Lyko Lovables Beauty K-ueen with lots of lovely k-beauty products, and I was excited to try it since I’ve heard so many positive things about it! I have combination skin, but mostly dry skin with a slightly oilier T-zone, and my skin usually needs a lot of moisture. I used this every morning and evening for a little over a week, and in the evening I first used an oil-based cleanser to remove makeup and sunscreen. It has a solid consistency that foams lightly when water is added. It smells a bit earthy, but not my favorite scent. However, I had to stop using this after a week because my skin got damaged – I felt like it almost stripped all moisture from my skin, my skin became tight and dry, and no matter what products I applied afterward, my face still felt dry and tight. As soon as I switched this cleanser out for a Milky Cleanser, my skin recovered, and I was able to reduce the moisturizing products in my routine. I think this might suit others, maybe best if you struggle with acne-prone, oily skin or large pores, as it cleans well. It might also suit normal skin if you like foaming cleansers. It also has some small grains that I find mildly exfoliating. If you have drier skin and don’t usually like foaming cleansers, I would recommend avoiding this. It’s marketed as a mild cleanser, but I don’t find it mild at all. Once I’ve rebuilt my skin barrier, I might see if I can use this as an exfoliator 1-2 times a week to finish the tube – but I probably won’t buy it again. Pigment-rich cream rouge with fine ingredients
Rose Inc's combined cream rouge/lip color comes in a small flat container resembling a toilet seat lid 🚽😅 Easy to open and with a mirror, it's perfect to take with you👍 Contains 4.5 g. Lasts 12 months after opening. The color "Camellia" is described by the brand as a "Mauve." As everyone knows, that can mean just about anything – both cool and warm😃 Usually considered a somewhat cooler shade. I have very fair skin with a cool undertone🧊 In summer, I get half a shade darker😉 This one looks fairly cool in the product photos, a bit like a muted lilac-pink. Gives a natural result without glitter! The site Temptalia, which tests thousands of makeup products and is great at indicating the right shade with its own photos, says about "Camellia" "Slightly warm-toned light-medium pink with a satin finish," so a warm pink, and that fits better (unfortunately)🤥 Unfortunately, I didn’t read that before I bought it🙄 ➕️ Super fine, skin-caring ingredients. No cheap silicones! ➕️ Cruelty free and vegan. ➕️ Fragrance-free. ➕️ Mainly made in Italy. ➕️ Very pigment-rich = economical🤑 ➕️ Easy to apply with fingers, especially in summer when the product is softer. ➕️ Practical, easy-to-open packaging that DOES NOT crack. ➕️ Refill available. ➕️ Lasts much longer than stated – mine is in its second year. ➖️ Very firm texture when cold. ➖️ Warmer than in the official pictures. Becomes clearly warm on me, so I can only wear it in summer. Because of that, it’s not the most flattering shade for me😉, so I only use a little! Lovely After Sun! ☀️
I got this Hawaiian Tropic Hydrating After Sun in the Lyko Lovables The Sunkissed Kit, and have used it on vacation in Spain with lots of sun and swimming. I have used it in the evening after showering off sand, saltwater, and sunscreen, then applied this to add moisture to my skin. I usually have quite dry skin with a tendency to eczema, but I haven’t reacted to this. It’s pleasant to use, has a simple spray function with oil that smells like tropical coconut. I think the scent is similar to the Hawaiian Tropic Glowing Protection Lotion SPF50 sunscreen. The skin becomes soft and hydrated, and it feels long-lasting – a couple of sprays on each arm and leg is enough, and it’s easy to spread. You do get a bit oily and shiny afterwards, but it absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving a lovely glow and soft skin. Having gold flakes in a glass bottle sounds fancy, but it’s far from practical. Or fancy. Or useful… The flakes can be smeared, which gives a patchy result, no glow. The gold is actually just annoying and offers no benefits to the skin. (this is NOT(!!!!) real gold flakes) The product itself is fantastic, providing a good sticky base for foundation, whether powder or liquid. Smells like school glue…? Comes with a screw cap attached to a spatula made of soft plastic. A staple product that always stays with me, because now… With age, products often get replaced because the skin needs something different. This one has now started to settle into the fine lines and weighs down the thin skin under/around the eyes. 5/6 thinking ability -6/6 hygienic regarding the sponge. I always tear off the sponge, where I use a different brush. The product then comes out in a kind of “spout” with the perfect amount of product from one screw-click on the upper part of the neck. This is twisted (makes a click for each “dispense”) to the desired amount. The color selection is an insult to the deeper pigmented skin tones. 👎🏻👎🏿 00 suits winter skin. Unisex but leans more towards the masculine. I've had mine for 3 years, with just a few sprays lasting a long time. Sits well on the skin, 6-8 hours. Warm and mysterious scent that suits warm summer days. The bottle is incredibly exclusive, and the cap is made of heavy metal that "snaps" into place. The grooves are on the outside of the bottle. Tom Ford still surprises, and Orchid is no exception. This one is still part of the collection of well over 40 perfumes. But this one must be tried. Can feel heavy in the summer, and therefore belongs safely to a colder season. The cap feels cheap, and it is made of plastic. (Compared to Azzura which is metal) Lasts 8h + 6-8 sprays are OK. A light but dense “shower.” With more than 8 sprays, some leakage from the spray can occur. A lovely easy-to-wear perfume with citrus and fresh flowers! Lasts 6-7 hours. The 30 ml bottle has a neat and nice cap, but the 50 and 75 ml bottles are heavy and bulky. That's why I buy the 30 ml which easily fits in the bag. 🙋🏼♀️👜 6-8 sprays is absolutely not too much. A light but dense "shower." With more than 8 sprays, some leakage from the spray can occur. Completely okay
As a test pilot, I got to try this primer, my expectations were not high since the blue version didn’t work for me and this was the same story. When I first got it, I didn’t have many expectations but still hoped it would work better than the blue/green version. My honest opinion is that there’s nothing special about this and it wasn’t different from the other version. I don’t like primers like this because they are so thick to spread. It doesn’t feel like you get it all over your face since it’s so rich and sticky. It held the makeup okay but my makeup became crumbly right after application. When I had just finished my makeup on top of this primer, the makeup didn’t look very good. The makeup looked much better after I got home from my summer job and the makeup had settled a bit. I have acne and combination skin, I’ve heard these can cause more acne but I haven’t noticed any more pimples than I usually get, which is good. But in the end, this wasn’t a product for me both because it’s too rich and because the makeup became ruined right after application. I didn’t think it held anything much longer than my makeup does on its own. Just bought this product for the first time and am pleasantly surprised. Feels gentle on the hair and the hair becomes soft.
