Disappointment
Unfortunately, the Biodance mask didn’t convince me at all, and honestly, I don’t understand where all the hype around this product comes from 🥲 Sure, right after removing the mask, the skin looks very radiant and beautifully glowing, but for me, that effect lasted really shortly. It was enough to wash my face, and I felt like practically none of it remained. Unfortunately, there was also a second problem: after using it, I got a really strong breakout. Of course, I don’t think this will happen to everyone, as it’s very individual. Apparently, my skin is just too sensitive to the ingredients of this mask. After so much praise, I expected a “wow” effect, but in the end, it was one of the most disappointing skincare products for me. As a Lyko influencer tester, I have now had the chance to try Working Hands, a hand cream from O’keeffe’s 🖐️ I’m obsessed with soft hands and love to moisturize a lot. I also have a job where I use my body a lot, especially my hands. This often leads to dry, cracked, and sore hands. So I really want to take care of them as much as possible! It’s thick and rich in texture but absorbs quickly into the skin, which is great because I don’t like feeling sticky! While using Working Hands, I’ve also tried to wear gloves as much as possible at work, and that combo has worked great! I’ve gotten SO soft hands! 😍 I love the hand cream, and it really does its job! Finally soft feet! 🦶🏼
As a Lyko influencer tester, I have now gotten to try Healty Feet, a foot cream from O’keeffe’s! Something I was really looking forward to here before summer when the feet want to come out.. 👣 🏖️ I have quite dry feet and unfortunately some hard spots as well, mostly on the heels. I walk and stand 8 hours a day at work, so unfortunately my feet don’t get as much love as they probably should.. But now! I’m starting the vacation with SOFT feet! 🦶🏼 They are both soft, smooth, and show no signs of hardness! Wow, I just say, my feet have never felt this good! 😂🥳 I have applied the foot cream before going to sleep and really massaged it in, it also works during the day as I think the cream absorbs well. Received in the Lyko Lovables The Sunkissed Kit ☀️ Incredibly lovely mask that gives a lot of glow and moisture to the face! ✨ It comes with a small ampoule of serum and a two-part mask that should be applied to the skin and left on for 20 minutes. The skin gets a bit slippery from the applied serum, so the mask can slide down a bit, but it’s quite easy to push back into place. For the first time, taking care of the soles of my feet feels nice 😇 Because of its curved shape, it’s incredibly practical and easy to use – easy to file the entire heel area without twisting and turning. Terribly artificial, synthetic scent
Cloud perfume is probably my biggest fragrance disappointment. After all the hype on TikTok and great reviews on Lyko, I expected something exceptional. Everyone described it as a beautiful, fresh, enveloping vanilla with a hint of sweetness, so I decided to buy it. Unfortunately, reality turned out completely different. For me, it has practically nothing to do with fresh vanilla. The scent is very synthetic, cloying, and flat; it lacks depth and something that makes you want to come back to it. Instead of pleasantly enveloping, it just tires me out. Of course, I know perfume is a very individual matter, but in my case, it didn’t work at all. Not for acne-prone skin
This is a cream I have somewhat mixed feelings about 🙈 At first, I was really impressed with it – it moisturized wonderfully, soothed the skin, and made the complexion look more nourished. I thought it would be the perfect product for rebuilding the skin barrier. Unfortunately, over time, even though I used it quite rarely, I noticed it started clogging my skin a lot. I have combination skin prone to blackheads, so it quickly affected my skin’s condition. It’s a shame because in terms of hydration and comfort, it really worked very well. If you have dry skin, it might turn out to be a perfect match. However, with combination skin and a tendency to clogging, I unfortunately can’t recommend it. I really liked this! It’s such a light and moisturizing sun protection serum. It has a water-based texture which makes it blend super easily into the skin and feel so light. I notice that this gives my skin so much moisture and maintains a soft and supple skin throughout the day. Feels almost like a moisturizer, but with SPF😍 It’s therefore perfect for daily use and under makeup, the makeup sits so nicely over this and the product leaves the skin moist, fresh, and comfortable all day. The only downside is that when I have intense workouts outside, it seems to sweat off quite easily, something I haven’t noticed with other face sunscreens. This foundation was a positive surprise! Good, buildable coverage, easy to apply. It sits beautifully on the skin, and the result is nicely natural – neither matte nor too shiny. The staying power is also excellent for the price. The dropper bottle is, however, an incredibly bad solution; the foundation drips over the bottle neck and makes a mess. I just have to write a few lines about Prada Paradoxe. The scent itself is absolutely magical and it really never fails – every time I wear it, I get so many lovely compliments from people around me. It feels both luxurious, feminine, and fresh at the same time. The only thing that makes it get a 4 instead of a perfect score is the longevity. I really wish it lasted a bit longer on the skin throughout the day, as I find that you need to reapply it after a few hours.
