New favorite!
I was lucky to receive the new self-tanning series from Lyko for testing 😍 I have tried many different self-tanners, but this one beats them all! I often have problems with self-tanners settling in pores and blemishes, making it very uneven and ugly, but this one mixed with my favorite moisturizer for the face gave such an even and good result 😍 Unfortunately, I don't have a picture right now of it after I've had it on, but I will get that sorted later 🙈 Gave me a nice golden glow where I applied it. Used about 5-6 drops in my moisturizer and spread it all over my face, neck, and down my chest in the evening. Woke up with a super nice color as if I had been in the south 😎 who doesn't like that? 😏 Haven't tried to build up the color since I've been satisfied with the color after one application 🥰 The consistency is like a serum and is completely clear in color 😁 The price is just fantastic too! So much for the money 🤑 The scent is mild and nice and not the typical self-tanner smell! As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I have tested the Tan-formation Self Tan Body drops from #BYLYKO Here I have used the drops together with the mist from the same series for the face and chest. The drops were easy to apply, both with moisturizer and alone. I felt that it provided moisture to the skin and absorbed quickly. It gave a nice tan color, which I noticed even more clearly after a couple of days of use. It is also very easy to count the number of drops with the cap / drop function. And we have to talk about the scent. It smells so fresh and tropical! You wouldn't actually believe it was a self-tanner. The whole series has the same scent, and it is absolutely fantastic. Good self-tanner
I have had the honor as a #lykoinflutester to test Lyko's own self-tanning mist. This mist is easy to apply. You just spray it on and let it sink into the skin. I usually apply it in the evening about 1 hour before I go to sleep. This mist is actually for the face, but I have used it on my arms and chest and think it gives a nice result there as well. It doesn't get patchy, gives a natural sun-kissed result. I wish it gave a bit more color since you have to use it for a few days to achieve the results I want. But basically, it's a good self-tanner, smells nice, easy to apply, gives a nice result, and doesn't leave that sticky feeling that some self-tanners can have. It is easy to apply, dries quickly, smells good, and gives a nice sun-kissed result on the face. You feel so fresh when using this. Affordable Self-Tanner
I had the honor as. #influtester to test this self-tanner mousse from Lyko. I'm not a fan of self-tanners as I find it hard to get it even and the color often turns orange-like. I was very surprised when I pumped out the self-tanner and it was white. That was something I didn't like as it makes it hard to see where you've applied it and not, which made it take longer than with a colored mousse to apply. But I eventually managed to get it everywhere. The result was very nice, it didn't turn out overly colored but gave a sun-kissed feel to the body. I tested it on my legs and will definitely use it again. Very affordable self-tanner that smells good and gives a nice finish. Gives a nice brown glow
I have always been a bit skeptical about mousse when it comes to self-tanning, simply because I have previously experienced both streaks and a somewhat intense smell. But this one surprised me! It is easy to apply on the skin and absorbs quickly. I applied it with my hands, and it went just fine – I only got a few streaks, and they were minimal. The color turned out even and glowing, and my skin didn’t feel dry afterward, as I have experienced with other mousses. The smell during application is actually quite nice – again, a mild and fruity scent – but after it dries, a bit of that classic self-tanner smell comes through. This was incredibly fun to test, as I felt it clearly stood out from all the other self-tanning products I have tried. The mousse was airy and easy to apply. I felt that it provided moisture to the skin and absorbed quickly. It gave a very nice sun-kissed color, and I really recommend waiting the 8 hours it should work. I laid down about 3 hours after application, and there was no bronzing on the white sheet. What was fun about this was that the mousse was white, and after application, it became «transparent». I have never tested that before! I applied it only with my hands and washed them afterwards, and it worked great. And we have to talk about the scent. It smells so fresh and tropical! You would actually not believe it was a self-tanner. The whole series has the same scent, and it is absolutely fantastic. Clean and nice design on the bottles. Glød's new competitor?
I mix the drops into my moisturizer at night, and wake up with a nice, natural color. Super easy 😍 What I really like about this product is that you can customize the result based on how many drops you use. A couple of drops give a light color, and more give a more defined result – without it becoming very orange or unnatural. The scent is also really nice, the same fresh scent as in the mist (peach?). Pretty color, but I chickened out 🙈
I am a total rookie when it comes to self-tanner, and by that, I mean I’ve never tried it (as far as I can remember), in any form. And here came 3 variants in the same batch 😅 Of the products I’ve gotten to test, these drops are the ones I’ve been most worried about 🙈😂 I’m so pale right now that I’m afraid it will turn out uneven and show too much, plus I didn’t think there was really time to evaluate both the mist and drops on my face and then assess which product did what. So I did my own project where I mixed moisturizer with X number of drops to see the result, and that’s what I’m showing in the picture. The numbers in the picture stand for the number of drops mixed in my moisturizer. (In the picture with all three products, it’s just drops without moisturizer). I can say that the color holds really well, and despite a number of showers and scrubs, it’s still a nice color! I tested this body oil from By Lyko and would say it is very good! It is a bit greasy like most oil products, but this one absorbs quickly and doesn't transfer onto clothes👏🏻 the scent is quite okay, smells like summer but just didn't quite suit my taste. I liked this one a lot and can imagine that I will buy it again ⭐️ SPF 30 which is a big plus!! Gives natural color!
As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try this self-tanner product in a light lovely foam consistency from #bylyko ☁️🤎☀️ I have sensitive and incredibly pale skin, and this is in the shade medium/dark, so in all honesty, I was worried about how the result would turn out. I used it with a glove specifically designed for application. The foam is wonderfully creamy and light, smells sweet and a bit candy-like ☺️ However, the characteristic self-tanner smell comes after a while. I prepared myself according to all the rules, did peeling, and moisturized the areas that usually get much darker, i.e., knees and feet. I found that the mousse was easy to distribute and felt lovely to apply. However, the result was a bit patchy in places... In some areas (thighs) it set evenly and nicely, but on the shins, it almost always turned out a bit uneven... The color is good, but a bit too dark for me. Even though the color looks reasonably natural for a self-tanner, for someone as light as me, it’s completely obvious that it’s self-tanner 😅 and it becomes too dark of a shade. As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try these self-tan drops from #bylyko ☀️🤎 I have very light skin, sensitive. I was a bit worried when I received the product, as the shade is medium/dark. I thought this would surely clash with my light skin, making the result look very artificial, but I worried for nothing! 😅 However, with this in mind, I tested this product on my arms; I didn't want to risk getting too tan (possibly splotchy with 😅) on my face during the testing period. I started a bit cautiously with 3-4 drops in a cream amount the size of a five-cent coin and applied it to my forearms. I had previously only applied cream to my hands so they wouldn't absorb too much. I noticed no result the next day. I repeated the same procedure but instead used 6-7 drops, and it turned out perfect! 👌🏼 So a bit tanner than corpse pale, which is my usual tone 😬😂, but still so natural and a bit fresher feeling! ☺️ The scent is lovely, smells a bit sweet and candy-like, but after a few hours, the typical self-tanner smell comes that you never seem to escape. The consistency is a bit gel-like, and it actually feels very moisturizing in a way. Sleek, pretty packaging that brings to mind lovely tanned summer skin. Lovely glow though
Unfortunately, I have struggled with a skin infection for the last 2 weeks, so I haven't been able to properly try the self-tan drops yet. But I have tried it 2 times, I think it gives a nice color, but unfortunately on me I have been so dry in the skin on my face that the color has disappeared immediately after cleansing my face and left me with patches. Because I have such light skin, I thought the contrast would be way too sharp, but it worked well! 👌🏼 The product comes in a nice sleek bottle. It’s a bit bronzy and makes me think of a lovely tan in the evening sun 🌴🏖️🌺 The mist was very pleasant to spray on. I waited until my skin felt dry before applying my moisturizer on top. I was a little afraid that the cream would mess up the result, but it turned out great! Even and looks natural ☺️ When you spray it on, it smells sweet, almost a bit candy-like, but after a few hours it smells more like traditional self-tanner. However, not particularly strong. The result turned out great, and despite having sensitive skin, I didn’t have any reaction. Fresh and nice
I have no experience with self tan mousse before, so I have nothing to compare with. I was surprised that the mousse was "white" and that you couldn't see the color right away while applying. I was also surprised that it smelled really good. It didn't smell like self-tanner. That smell came a few days later, but it wasn't bad. I only tried it on my legs. Easy to apply, and didn't feel sticky for a long time after. The color built up and started to show a bit after 4-5 hours. I showered after 8 hours and the color held up well for a long time. I have little to no base color underneath, so on me, I felt it gave a nice glow, but maybe a little "orange". I will definitely try again in the summer when I have gotten a bit more color on my body. I mixed 2-3 drops with Lyko Tan-formation Self Tan drops in my moisturizer in my evening routine, and I am very satisfied with the result! 🌞 The result is easy to build up according to the desired color achievement, whether you use more drops or do the same round several evenings in a row. This is perhaps the self-tan product from Lyko's series that gives the least color on the first round, and is therefore perfect for beginners and those who are a bit skeptical about self-tan! Pleasant scent but no huge difference

And here came 3 variants in the same batch 😅 Very exciting, but I was also very worried and anxious that it would be patchy 🙈 The mist is very easy to apply, and sprays evenly over a large area. A little goes a long way, here. However, I experienced that after spraying a few times, it drips from the nozzle and the next day it was clearly visible where it had dripped 😂 however on the décolletage so nothing I needed to show before it disappeared 😅 I did find that the color faded very quickly on my face, but on the other hand, I wash my face twice a day. I haven't peeled during the testing period, but just before. I have sprayed generously almost every evening after washing, but before my skincare routine. There has been more color on the décolletage but I have no before picture so it will be hard to show 😂 Very nice scent, and it hasn't irritated my skin despite being perfumed.
