Erase, erase, erase, erase those silly lines ๐
So, I don't live under any illusion that women (like me) over 40 live happily without lines. And many of the lines around the eyes are probably so-called laugh lines. And not as the title suggests: grumpy faces. But canโt we work on those little rascals a bit anyway?! ๐ Since I don't think a sanding machine is preferable on the face, one must resort to other means. โบ๏ธ I've been using this for almost two months now, and we've become very good friends! Soft and hydrated ๐๐ฆ
I have become a little bit in love with this brand, which you will notice when my reviews start coming in ๐ฅฐ Packaging ๐บ The jar is made of glass and is both beautiful and practical. I love that there is a refill for it, both from an environmental and economic perspective. Unfortunately, there is no spatula to take the cream with. But I already have one, so it worked out anyway โบ๏ธ ๐ฆ I use this morning and night and have been doing so for a few weeks now. The cream itself is soft and so lovely to apply to the skin. I can immediately feel how soft and hydrated my skin becomes. I use their retinal, and this is so good afterward. I feel that it does good for my skin. I got my annoying acne back at the end of summer, but now my skin feels better. And I can use slightly stronger products again. This makes my skin feel balanced and so hydrated. My skin is combination with a tendency to oily skin in the T-zone and dry on the cheeks and around the nose. I have fine lines on my forehead, around my eyes, and at my mouth. Nothing I want to get rid of, but I don't mind if they are less visible ๐ I have had acne but have almost gotten rid of it thanks to isotretinoin. My big fear is always that a new product will trigger those little devils to come back. I have larger pores on my forehead, on and around my nose, and on my chin. Pretty and durable
I have this in two colors and have really become quite fond of both! They are perfect for everyday use for a pretty and simple makeup look ๐ They are soft and very easy to use. They glide easily on the eyelids and give a really pretty and durable color. They last all day without smudging or disappearing. They are easy to just twist up and don't break easily, which some eyeliners can do. My only complaint is that it doesn't turn out like in the pictures. That is to say, it doesn't quite have the effect where the color gradually changes. I haven't had skin that I've been comfortable in for many years as I've had very bad acne. A goddess-like skin like Rihanna's has been more distant than Neptune for me. Now I certainly don't think I've achieved said skin. But it is finally starting to get better again and more balanced. I had heard so much about heatless curls and how easy and effective it was. I have to honestly say that I had little confidence that it would really be that simple. But already the first time it worked excellently! ๐ฅฐ I used a bit of curling cream and hair serum. I place the roller just in front of the middle of my hair and secure it with the clip. Then I take one strand at a time and roll it around the roller. There are many good videos on YouTube and here on Lyko that show better than I do โบ๏ธ You need to roll quite tightly for it to hold. Then you secure it with a rubber band at the bottom. I have tried both sleeping with it and having it in for 2-3 hours in the afternoon. Both work excellently! ๐ค I found it a bit uncomfortable to sleep with, but nothing that disturbed my sleep. When I was about to take it out in the morning, I was fully prepared for total defeat. But guess my surprise when I had curls that looked like they were taken from the red carpet ๐๐คฉ I use a bit of hairspray or scrunch in some mousse after I take it out, to make it hold. Very easy to use and incredibly beautiful result. I have become super fond of eye patches and have tried a few different ones. I have now found new favorites! ๐ The ones I tried before were a bit loosey goosey ๐ These have a stiffer shape and are not quite as drenched in serum. But more than enough to do the job. Most others I have tried have slid around like I was on ice ๐งโธ๏ธ But these stay put, and you can even walk around with them on. Maybe I wouldnโt have done a fiery flamenco with them on ๐๐ฝ But on the other hand, I didnโt really have any current plans for that anyway. But it was significantly less the morning after I used these. They have a slightly cooling, and somewhat tingling sensation. But nothing that feels uncomfortable or unpleasant at all. Iโve been without settingspray for a while and felt like trying this one from IDUN Minerals after hearing a lot of good things about it. I absolutely LOVE it! So why? Because the bottle is designed in a good way to feel easy to hold and fit in a makeup bag or bathroom cabinet. The spray is just perfect, which in my opinion is incredibly important since it shouldnโt feel harsh or like a "rain" if we understand what I mean. Here it feels like a shower cloud that is quickly absorbed by the skin and just melts into the makeup, which then STAYS in place for the rest of the hours in the day. And that brings me to my last point, the product absolutely does its job of keeping the makeup in place without feeling sticky. I've become a bit addicted to mascaras in different colors ๐ I got their eyeshadow in a Lovables and loved it, so I wanted to try more from the brand. Saved my troubled skin!
I have had a very tough, intense, and stressful period in my life. My mom has been very sick without the doctors being able to understand how she has gotten worse and had more unexplained seizures. To start with, the bottle is like a pink and feminine package that creates instant cravings ๐ I love that even the small bottle has the same design as the large one. Then we come to the scent: It opens sweet and fruity, but then blooms out and becomes spicier over time. It is seductively spicy, but at the same time sweet, floral, and fruity. I have green eyes and wanted to try a green mascara to highlight them. I saw mixed reviews about this, but wanted to give it a shot. I was not disappointed! It takes a little work to look nice, but if you "snip" a bit like they describe, it turns out really pretty! I don't know if they've changed anything, but I don't think it flakes at all. I've also worked out with it, and it held up through that as well. I don't think it clumps if you just do as I described above. It's a very pretty, forest green color. You can't really tell in the picture what color it is. But I've received several compliments on it. It's easy to wash off with warm water, as it melts away easily. I have always had strong nails that hardly ever split or break. I am like many others, a glow addict ๐ If I see a product that promises glow, I am just as hooked as a fish on a line ๐ฃ I have tested this several times now and love it! I have tried it with and without face cream and with and without primer. Everything works just as well! It doesn't roll and is easy to blend in. I have only used my fingers to blend it in.
