Fragrant but itchy experience
I have tested this every time I have showered since I got it home. It lathers easily upon contact with water. It is moisturizing and feels very nice on the skin. 💛 But unfortunately, my skin started to itch after a few uses. When I stopped using it after a few showers, the itching stopped. It smells incredibly good of citrus and oriental spices. Unfortunately, the scent does not last very long and, as mentioned, I got some kind of itchy rash. I don't know why my skin reacted to it; I rarely react to products on my body skin. I must say I am impressed! I haven't tried Redken before, but now I don't think I can live without these products. The balm has a pleasant texture and feels very economical, a little goes a long way. It has a nice shimmer, and the hair feels easy to manage afterward. It has a very pleasant and mild scent, which is important to me. I feel I can use it with a newborn baby at home. I got to test the L'Oréal Paris Hyaluron Tint Lip Stain Serum through Smartson. The packaging screams luxury, it’s truly a product you want to have displayed on your makeup table. Unfortunately, the serum isn’t as good. Upon application, it provides hydration and a nice color. But both the color and the feeling of hydrated lips disappear very quickly. Maybelline BODY Waterproof Mascara x Smartson
First of all, how stylish the design is 🤩🩶 A sturdy tube that fits the name 💪✨. I have somewhat shorter and straight lashes without an eyelash curler. Therefore, I have used an eyelash curler. USAGE: The brush is large and flexible. The bristles are a bit sparse. Easy to apply color and build up. Separates well. But a bit too much. My lashes look kind of fewer. However, easy to build volume and lift. But after a few layers, it clumps at the top of the lashes. DURABILITY: I find that the lashes stay put during the day, maybe lose a bit of shape. Hardly any flakes. Powder is needed around the eyes. On makeup-free days or with more dewy oil-based makeup, it can smudge a bit. WATERPROOF? 🤔 The mascara behaves a bit like a 38°C-degree tubing mascara: it can actually be removed with warm water on a pad by dabbing a few times, then it comes off in small flakes. Maybelline BB Cream SPF50 x Smartson
Tested for a few weeks in different ways. Shade 30 looks more yellow at first, but fits okay for my neutral light facial skin, maybe a shade darker 🌞. Skin type: combo, acne-prone, sometimes fragrance sensitive. Usually use separate SPF and CC Cream from Lumene which I like. This BB Cream feels like a moisturizing hybrid of skincare, SPF, and foundation. Rich texture, easy to blend, but doesn’t fully cover my pimples. The finish is dewy and sticky – doesn’t fully dry. With powder it gets cakey in some areas, without powder the coverage melts away after a few hours. Scent: No perfume listed in ingredients, but I still notice a stronger scent (unfortunately in a stinging way) that irritates my eyes/nose and makes both runny. Nice finish mainly on the cheeks, but doesn’t work as SPF for me over the whole face.
