Didn’t live up to the hype
I really had high expectations for this product, but unfortunately it didn’t work at all for me. Both my sister and I bought it at the same time and were super excited to try it, but we both reacted immediately to the same thing. It looked very dry on the skin. My sister gave up quite quickly, but I really tried to make it work because I had heard so many good things about it. I tried with a lot of skincare beforehand, thick creams and different moisturizing primers, but no matter what I did, the result was dry and not at all what I had hoped for. I've tried so many different lip liners and colors but nothing comes close to Mac's lip liner, specifically in the shade ''Plum''!! I really hoped for more from this gloss, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. • Application: It’s a struggle to get any product on the applicator! You have to dip and swipe countless times just to get a somewhat decent layer on the lips. Very time-consuming and frustrating. • Feeling on the lips: Instead of moisturizing, it feels dry and almost like it’s sucking all the moisture out of the lips.
