    Positively surprised!! 💋

When I say it takes a lot to impress me, well, this one definitely did! I’ve previously used Clarins lip shimmer oil which unfortunately is no longer available, couldn’t find anything similar that suited my taste and thought, oh well, I’ll try Elf since the brand is so popular – TOTALLY WORTH IT First impression: The lip oil is more like a lip gloss in consistency, moisturizes well and hardly needs reapplying except after eating and drinking, the glitter is a bit noticeable on the lips, gives a nice shimmer. More glossy than glittery. Cooling effect and sooo pretty in the sunlight 🥹 We’ll see what we think when the whole product is used up, until then 10/10 #lykoreviews #lipshimmer #läppolja

    Neonail Acetone

I use this before applying gel because the nail cleanser is a bit too moisturizing for my nails. It does its job, doesn’t smell bad, and the bottle lasts for so many applications. So in other words – if you have naturally oily nails, this works great as a degreasing product before applying gel 💅🏻

    Kocostar Eye Patches

If you have sensitive skin and react to most things, but also have tired eyes that need a little extra love, then these might be something for you. I use eye patches regularly every other day, these are always my go-to’s. Whether they actually moisturize in the long run is a good question, but they definitely give a lovely cooling sensation and a beautiful glow! Tip: Use these also on the corners of your mouth and between your eyebrows 🤭 #lykoreview #kbeauty #skincare #hudvård

    Labello Blackberry Shine 💋

Do you like Clinique's Black Honey? Or Clarins lip balm oil Fig? Then this is a perfect alternative at a cheaper price! Labello Blackberry Shine gives a beautiful dark red shade with a hint of purple – just like the viral Black Honey. The color lasts for several hours, the hydration is not as good, so you need to reapply quite a bit or combine with a lip oil/lip gloss. #lykoreview #dupe

    Wild Coconut & Vanilla 🥥

After trying at least 10 different aluminum-free deodorants (which absolutely didn’t help at all against sweat or odor), I ordered this one and haven’t used any other since. This is now my 5th refill because it’s simply so so good! Do you sweat a lot? This keeps you dry. Do your armpits smell no matter what? LET ME TELL YOU, this keeps unpleasant odors away and highlights (honestly now!!) vanilla notes. Sometimes I’ve just worn this as a “scent” and received compliments on the “perfume” I’m wearing. Downsides? Well, the product runs out a bit too fast for the price unfortunately. If you don’t use enough, it won’t do its job either. #lykoreview

    Maxfactor waterproof mascara

Found this mascara randomly over 10 years ago and it’s the one I go back to every time. Sure, other brands have come along, but none beat this one. Do you have super straight lashes that don’t hold a curl? No problem with this. Curl your lashes, apply one coat of mascara and let it dry, apply more as you prefer and voilà! Curled lashes all day. It’s really that simple. The result is long, curled lashes that last all day. However, it doesn’t give much volume. Not only that, the mascara sticks like cement and can basically only be removed with an oil-based cleanser, sometimes not even that. This can be seen as both a pro and a con 😅 The downside, however, is that the product smells quite strongly of chemicals, but as long as you don’t react negatively and replace it after 6 months as recommended, you’re good to go! #lykoreviews #maxfactor #mascara

    K-Beauty favorites! 🧖🏻‍♀️✨

I've been using almost the same K-beauty products for several years but feel it's time to try something new, partly because the previous products no longer give me what I'm looking for and my skin has also changed over the years 🥰 So this time we're going with the following products, first impressions: 🔸Anua - which is a completely new brand for me, exciting! I like the scent, the oil feels light and easy to work with while still effectively removing makeup and other stuff. The downside is that it leaves a blurry film if you don't follow up immediately with a cleansing gel 🔸Cosrx - snail mucin has been in my cabinet for several years, it will be interesting to see how the cleansing gel works. The scent is a bit like lemon dish soap, but it cleanses the skin gently and leaves a nice glow. Doesn't feel tight at all after use (so far) 🔸Centella toner - not exactly new to me but we're including it anyway. Used it during pregnancy and it worked great on super sensitive and dry skin – curious to see how my skin reacts now. 🔸Centella cream - heard a lot of good things about this and was pleasantly surprised by HOW GOOD the moisturizing and soothing cream is. The scent is mild, the texture smooth and light despite being super moisturizing. 🔸Skin1004 Pumpkin masks - smell like honey, feel a bit like honey when applied, easy to spread on with the included brush. Got a bit of a rash the first time, no reaction the second time and woke up with the world's glow and moisturized skin. That said, these can cause some reactions on sensitive skin, but I'll report back when all are used Will return with reviews after a few weeks of use 💖 #kbeauty #firstimpressions #hudvårdsrutin #lykotips #känslighy

    Mielle Hair Oil 💚

Using this on the scalp as intended didn't really work for me, unfortunately got severe itching. BUT since I bought the product anyway and am all about ✨mindful consumption ✨, I started using the oil on the lengths for 10-15 min during a wash, once a week, and it was definitely exactly what my hair needed - enhances and moisturizes wavy hair very nicely, also gives a nice shine. The scent of rosemary is quite strong and can be too much if you're sensitive. Tip to have a towel over your shoulders during application if you have sensitive skin.

    Tree Hut Morrocan Rose 🌹

I had heard sooooo much about this brand, but I haven't been a big fan of body scrubs before since I thought they were always too rough or didn't do anything. BUT then this popped up, I was going to update my shower products anyway and thought why not. BEST DECISION I'VE MADE. Tree Hut's body scrubs are hyped for a reason - positively surprised by how well it exfoliates but still doesn't feel too rough, moisturizes, and leaves a wonderful scent that lasts for days. This + a vanilla body lotion = compliments wherever you go. And we all know that one of the best compliments you can get is “you smell sooooo good” 🤭 #lykoreview #treehut
