Evening look/ testing the Shiseido Skin Radiant lifting
I tried an evening look tonight and I’m honestly so happy with how the base turned out ✨ I don’t have false lashes or a good mascara yet, but the skin is stunning. Prep: I did some preparation (not a lot bcz it was very spontaneous). I used the glow serum and cream from LUMENE and started putting foundation on humid skin! As you can see the result is very #glowy and #shiny 😁 Base: I used the shiseido skin Radiant Lifting Foundation with the NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP 3C Conceal Correct and wow… I can’t describe my happiness of the result. I have dry skin and it sat perfectly, smooth, glowy, and super comfortable 💫 Good coverage for my dark under-eye circles and the veins around my nose so well while still looking natural. It blended with the correctors from Nyx without problem. It’s amazingly buildable and never went cakey, even after setting the layers with the correctors, concealer and later the #elf #bronzer. #shiseido #skin #radiant #lifting is a dream foundation for dry skin 🌸 it gives a radiant glow as promised and I set it with the LHcosmetics setting powder, which is light as feather, penetrates the skin pores and gives you a real-life filter on your face. Mini Capsules
I got these in a Lyko Lovables, but I have also tested them many times before, as companies like to send these in various contexts. I have quite dry skin, so I actually need two capsules each time for my face and neck to feel satisfied. This makes the product very expensive in the long run - as if it wasn't already from the start! Also; I find it tricky to use when trying to get the product out of the capsule and pinching off the top/making a hole to let the product run out. The capsule is so small, and the top of it even smaller. This becomes cumbersome for aching hands. There is really nothing wrong with the serum's performance, the skin absorbs it and becomes hydrated. However, I don't believe it would contribute to any wrinkle reduction. I was super happy when I was chosen as a test pilot to try three scents from Kylie Jenner, Caramel Cloud, Sweet Éclair, and this Vanilla Dew. I love scents and it's a big interest of mine. Vanilla-based scents are in right now and have been for a while, and it's nothing I complain about! 😀👍🏻 You can tell that these three scents were released together and go together, as they are quite similar with their vanillas and gourmands at the base. But of course, they also differ. Vanilla Dew smells most of pure vanilla - sweet like that, which I like. Just like cookies! BUT. This happens only after a cloud of alcohol smell has settled. Luckily, the alcohol stench disappears quickly, but this does bother me a little actually. Otherwise, it's a very lovely and subtly warm scent. As with all body mists, the scent is fleeting, and it should be! It shouldn't have the same longevity as an eau de parfum or eau de toilette. The spray cloud when you spray is a perfect mist, good size and not too harsh like it can be with some other sprays. The bottle is nice to look at. Sweet Éclair
It’s been a long time since I had an éclair now, several years actually, but as far as I can remember, it was good and it actually smelled like this place! My Belgian father would have probably loved this scent, rest in peace, dad! In other words, this is indeed a gourmand dream, perfect for the sweet-toothed! I can smell vanilla and chocolate notes. Cream! You just want to eat it up. It’s so warm and cozy. You can tell that these scents from Kylie Jenner that I got to try (Caramel Cloud, Sweet Éclair, and Vanilla Dew) are in a series and "go together", as they remind a lot of each other even though they are different. As with almost all body mists, the scent is fleeting, and it should be - it shouldn’t have the same longevity as an eau de parfum or eau de toilette. You should be able to spray both body and hair at the same time after all. The spray is perfect, it’s a really finely distributed and soft mist and covers a large area. The bottles are nice, large, and generous in relation to the price. You can see how much is left in the bottle - something I really appreciate. Guess if I was happy when I was chosen to be a test pilot for this mission! I already have Kylie Jenner's perfume Cosmic that I bought for my points here, I just haven't had the time to review it yet. So I am well acquainted with the brand already. Therefore, the expectations were also high for the three scents I was assigned to evaluate; Caramel Cloud, Sweet Éclair, and Vanilla Dew. First up we have Caramel Cloud. I was immediately struck by how practical the bottle is. You can see right away how much product is in it, and when it starts to run out. I really appreciate that! Maybe 🤔 a bit of an unfortunate color choice for the product, as it looks like urine… Luckily 🍀 this caramel dream smells anything but that. This is what I mean with the title that the product is exactly what it claims to be; for it is truly a warm gourmand scent. It really smells like butter caramel! It is a typical mist for me in that it is fleeting, in other words: it obviously doesn't have the same longevity as an eau de parfum or eau de toilette, and it shouldn't either! You can also tell by the very functional and well-measured spray when you spritz - this is made to be sprayed all over your body and envelop you in the sugary caramel cloud. The price of the product is reasonable, I could definitely see myself buying the item again. I've had this set for a year now and highly recommend it during these winter months. This spray gives such a natural color without making the skin blotchy. I also love how it is completely stain-free and doesn't dirty the bedding at night. My favorite part is the scent, though. There's nothing worse than self-tanner smell, especially when you have it on your face. This product is lightly scented, so it smells good upon application. After wearing this product for a few hours, the scent does come through but disappears quickly after washing your face. Absolutely wonderful! My only complaint is that their refills have gone from 80 ml to 60 ml. I had the honor of receiving these four lovely mists from Lyko. They are Calvin Klein's new hair and body mists that were released in 2025. Out of these four scents, the silky coconut scent is the one I liked the least. According to the description and name, this mist is supposed to smell like coconut, but the only scent I can detect is its other note, which is pineapple. This perfume smells 100% like pineapple. Definitely not an unpleasant scent, but nothing I am drawn to. If you like the scent of pineapple, I highly recommend this one🍍 My second complaint is that the scent of these mists, like many others, does not last all day and needs to be reapplied instead. A good cleanser 💧
As a Lyko influencer, I have been testing the Cerave Hydrating cleanser for a few weeks now! My first impression of the product was that it was simple and in a pretty good size. The consistency of the cleanser is lovely, soft, and when you apply it to your face, it feels smooth. I like to double cleanse my skin, so I use this one first and finish with another cleanser, as I get the feeling that this "leaves a film", which is probably good for the skin, it doesn't feel dry at all afterwards but rather hydrated. But I like it when it really feels clean, hence the double cleansing! 🧼 It's easy to use, easy to apply, and does its job! A good product, in other words.
