Night routine
My skin and hair care routine in the evenings. Step 1: Oil cleansing with "Klairs Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil" & then "Dr. Ceuracle Tea Tree Purifine Cleansing Foam". Step 2: Pat in toner "Dr. Ceuracle Hyal reyouth", apply serum/oil "Royal Vita propolis 33 ampoule", moisturize with "Dr. Ceuracle Royal Vita propolis 33 cream" and finish by applying "Beauty of Joseon revive eye serum ginseng + retinal" under the eyes. Step 3: Once I've styled my hair, I spray "Bronza Hydrating Bronzing Mist" on my face and décolletage. 🫶🏻 In my hair, I apply "Kérastase genesis Serum Anti Chute Fortifiant" to the scalp in a cross pattern. Then I massage it in for a minute or two, depending on how much time I have. Then I take about 3-4 pumps of "Kérastase Nutritive 8H Overnight Serum" and apply it to the lengths. I brush through a few times and then make a braid to avoid damaging my hair too much while I sleep 🌸 What do your evening routines look like? This serum was one of my latest purchases from LYKO I saw many reviews about it online and got curious to try it. I tested it for a few days to see how long the makeup lasted on my skin. It lasted long on my skin, I was surprised. The formula melts into the skin. It’s easy to apply. The only downside for me is that I don’t like sticky products, but this one is actually quite reasonable. Hypat Serum!
I bought this serum a few months ago and had used up almost the entire bottle when I got a task from #lykoinflutester to review it, so that was fun! This serum has a light gel-like consistency that feels moisturizing. It sinks easily into the skin without leaving any traces. It contains many nice ingredients, such as centella extract, niacinamide, allantoin, ceramides, and hyaluronic acid. There are also peptides in it, which can have anti-aging effects by improving skin texture and elasticity. The serum contains no perfumes or colorants, and it is SUPER fast! I think one pump is enough for the amount, and since the bottle is 50 ml, it has lasted me a really long time. I find the serum lovely on the skin, feels a bit cooling and hydrating. This serum fits well into most routines, it doesn’t contain anything that should clash with any other active ingredient (but of course, it’s safest to patch-test on the arm first). So all in all, is this a superduper serum? In theory, it is, and I had read so many positive reviews about it, so I was really super excited! The problem is perhaps that I had too high expectations? Because in practice, this serum didn’t do much for me at all. Sure, it doesn’t irritate, and I feel a bit hydrated when I use it. But I had kind of hoped for more! I didn’t notice any improvement in my skin, which struggles with various issues in the form of acne and eczema. It unfortunately felt a bit anticlimactic. I still think it’s a good product, but I would advise you not to hope for too much regarding what it can do. That’s at least my experience. I got a test in Lyko Lovables that led me to order a package of 60 capsules. This is a revolutionary product that leaves the skin silky smooth after use. A nutrient-rich serum!
Product tester 👋🏻 Serum from Kerastase, which I have tested for the last 4-5 weeks along with shampoo and conditioner also in the Genesis series. My assessment🌟 ⭐️ A light serum with a good and fresh citrus scent ⭐️ Easy to apply via pipette, and it settles nicely in the hair without giving a greasy appearance (something I often experience with hair oil) ⭐️ Overall, together with shampoo and conditioner in the same series, they complement each other very well and the hair feels shiny, strong, and light ➖ A bit pricey, even though there is a lot of product in a bottle ➖ Not used daily as recommended but 2 x a week, so unsure if results can be achieved with just the serum ➖ Should be tested over a longer period and also without using Genesis shampoo and conditioner to see if the hair strengthens only with the serum My assessment is that the serum has been useful together with shampoo and conditioner in the same series, but I haven't tested hair serum before, so not much to compare with. A new favorite
I’ve been a little scared to try new products for a while since my skin has reacted a lot to new products lately (small breakouts and fungal acne). I won this one at Lyko and thought, "might as well try it, can’t get worse". I have to say I absolutely love it. I have very dry and sensitive skin, and this has really helped to soothe and hydrate my skin. I also suspect it has helped to reduce my breakouts and pimples, probably because I tolerate the product + because the product does what it promises. I also like the packaging and the formula. I really feel hydrated right away, and it has worked well under makeup.
