My first impression of Sweet Tooth was that it is very sweet and cute, but at the same time it feels a bit more developed than a regular sweet perfume. It’s easy to like and doesn’t feel too much, but still has something that makes it a little extra interesting after wearing it on the skin for a while. I almost always layer my perfumes, and Sweet Tooth works very well together with other scents. It also works nicely to wear on its own when you want something a bit more discreet and therefore fits well for everyday use, for example at school or work. I would recommend it to those who like sweet and feminine scents but don’t want anything too strong or overpowering. It feels easy to wear and suits many different occasions. The only thing that lowers the rating for me is the longevity. I would have liked the scent to last a bit longer on the skin, but by layering it you can make it feel more personal and last longer. Lots of color and volume! Doesn’t clump
I received this mascara in exchange for an honest review! I’ve been lucky with my eyelashes; they’re already quite thick and long, so volume mascara is rarely what I go for. I usually opt for a mascara that focuses more on length and definition. The problem then is that the mascara takes an incredibly long time! Because I have to build up the effect slowly and carefully. That’s why volume mascara probably works better for me in everyday life. With this one, it takes at most a minute per eye to get the result I like. The color is dark even though the mascara isn’t black, but I think the brown color really makes it feel more natural. The downside is that it can get a bit clumpy, but not as much as some other volume mascaras I’ve had. So on that front, I still feel the clumps aren’t a big problem. As long as you know when to stop (as with all volume mascaras), you can also avoid it getting messy and giving a “spider leg” vibe. In the picture, I applied two fairly thin coats and in my opinion, it didn’t look too thick. I’ve used the mascara several times and haven’t gotten “spider” mascara, so on that front, this one gets a thumbs up from me. I think I would have preferred a bit more length from this one, but I really appreciate how quickly I get a visible result. I like the shape of the brush, easy to use without poking the eye! Soft and effective
I got to try this brush for free in exchange for an honest review! For me, eyeshadow is the most fun part of makeup, and since I always use different palettes and colors, I wash my brushes after every use. That’s why they wear out within a few years and become “sharp” against the eyelid and need to be replaced. So I really appreciate a new, soft brush! I’ve used the brush a few times now to apply a light, bright base and to blend the eyeshadow, and for the latter it’s really good. It feels soft against the eyelid but still has firmness to its shape. So the bristles don’t spread out during use. That’s why the rounded tip blends the eyeshadow really well, I think. It feels and looks really good, and especially with the price I can only recommend it! I am really positively surprised by Bye Bye Pores! I especially like the formula which feels light and smooth on the skin and doesn’t feel heavy. The skin gets such a nice glow after use and looks both more even and fresher. I also notice that my pores look smaller and the skin feels smoother. It’s really a product that gives the skin a little extra glow and makes it look more hydrated and lively. A small downside is that I think you need to be a bit careful with the amount, because too much product can feel a bit heavy on the skin. But if you use the right amount, I think the result is really nice. Day Cream with SPF
I really like this day cream! It moisturizes the skin well and gives a beautiful glow that makes the skin look fresh and radiant. The skin feels soft and hydrated after use. The only downside is that I don't think it works so well under makeup. The makeup doesn't sit as nicely and can become a bit uneven. Therefore, I prefer to use it when I'm not wearing makeup. BHA toner
I have tried Emma S 2% BHA Toner and think it works well for the skin. The skin feels cleaner, smoother, and I also experience that it gives a nice glow after use. One downside, however, is that I find the skin becomes quite dry and starts to flake, especially if I use it too often. I started with three times a week but then had to scale back. Therefore, you need to be a bit careful with how often you use it and moisturize the skin properly afterward. I have been able to test this gem from Gucci for a few weeks, and I can truly say that the description of the perfume perfectly matches reality. This is an intense floral long-lasting gourmand scent, with freshness at the top, floral vanilla in the heart, and dark cocoa in the base. It is a really strong scent that lasts long on the skin and changes a bit over time. For me, it becomes a bit too strong and floral, but I can definitely imagine it suits many! Pigmented lipstain 💖
I have tried MAC’s lip tint in the color Sneaky Pink, and here are my thoughts! Application & result: I applied the product directly on my lips and let it sit for about 5 minutes to really let the color set. Then I wiped off the top layer, and what remained on my lips was a nice and even tint – exactly the result I was after. The color: Sneaky Pink is a very strong and bright pink at first application, but when I wiped off the product, the color became much more muted. What remained was a nice, subdued pink tone that feels much more wearable. If you want a bit more shine, it’s of course great to apply a gloss on top. 💕✨ Formula & applicator: The applicator was probably the part I liked the least. I found it a bit flat, and the consistency of the lip product itself felt quite gel-like. Of course, it’s a matter of taste – some might love that type of formula – but personally, it wasn’t really my favorite. I was really happy when I got the chance to try Sweet Tooth! 🥰 When I first sprayed it, I thought it smelled nice and felt very sweet and cozy. However, I quickly realized that it’s not really my type of scent. I personally prefer slightly darker and less sweet perfumes, so Sweet Tooth was a bit too sweet for my taste. Unfortunately, I also found that the longevity could have been better. It smelled strong at first, but after a few hours the scent had faded quite a bit and I could barely notice it anymore. I got the chance a little while ago to test Sabrina Carpenter's Sweet Tooth Eau de Parfum🥰🥰 Here comes my honest review: My first impression of Sweet Tooth was that it smelled quite sweet and that the bottle had a good spray mechanism. However, I had a bit of trouble with the scent right at the first spray, as it had a bit of a play-dough-like smell for me🙈, but as I used it more and more, I stopped thinking about it as much. Overall, I think the perfume is okay, but unfortunately, I wasn't as impressed as I had hoped. I especially wished for a bit clearer sweet vanilla and sugar notes. The scent is definitely pleasant, but for me, it lacks that really good, creamy feeling that I usually appreciate in other sweet perfumes. Unfortunately, this means it lacks a big factor that I often look for when buying perfumes. Another downside is the longevity. I find that the scent fades quite quickly, which lowers the overall impression for me.🥲 Personally, I'm usually drawn to good vanilla and gourmand perfumes, preferably ones that feel creamy, sweet, and almost edible. I think I had the wrong expectations for Sweet Tooth and why we probably don't match. Gives a really nice shine on the lips without feeling sticky, while the lips feel soft and moisturized. Perfect both alone and on top of lipstick! 💕 It doesn’t give much color on the lips, but that feels quite natural when it comes to lip oils – which I think is good! 🙋♀️ The only negative is probably the price. Known notes are as follows: Vanilla orchid 🌸 Ozone-like ☁️ Cocoa 🍫 Salt 🧂 My experience of the notes: Ozone-like ☁️ Buttery flowers 🌸 🧈 (for me, the first time I ever clearly notice buttery flowers) Salt 🧂 Bitter dark cocoa 🍫 Initially, at the first sniff, I think you sense a relatively fresh airiness. Quite quickly, the buttery flowers come through. After a short while on the skin, the salty and dark cocoa develop. It is not a chocolate scent. It is bitterness, unsweetened and dark. However, it does not develop much further after that, but stays at the salty cocoa. It is a luxurious, feminine, somewhat complex but determined scent! 💅 The scent is actually far from what I expected. I expected a more standard Gucci Flora DNA with intense vanilla. But what is delivered is something more exciting and unusual. It is further from a typical, generic perfume. It is absolutely not a standard floral scent. It has significantly more depth with several layers. The longevity is good. It lasts a few hours on the skin and a bit longer on clothes. At the first spray, I was not entirely sure what I thought of this. Since I like fresher, lighter scents. I needed to give it a few uses to get more attached to it. If you prefer fresh, airy, clean scents, you might find this heavier and "darker." Something for all candy lovers
As a Lyko test pilot, I have been tasked with trying this perfume for a few weeks. My first impression of the perfume was that the design was creative and matched the scent well 🍫 I would describe the scent as sweet but with a light sweetness that is sugary but lifted by the cashmere and ginger. The chocolate marshmallow doesn’t overpower but gives warmth without being a heavy gourmand perfume. 🍭 I think the scent suits a younger person who likes vanilla and sweet scents. I usually tend to be drawn more to floral amber but can definitely appreciate a vanilla scent. I think the perfume is best suited for everyday use, and I have mainly used it that way myself. I work with some people who are a bit sensitive to strong scents, and then I usually get "praise" for sweet vanilla scents. In the evenings, I have tried using it as a layer with other perfumes. I prefer to combine it with a floral amber scent like "Armani - My Way" or "Kylie Cosmetics - Cosmic". The longevity isn’t the longest; after 3-4 hours, you don’t really notice it. Therefore, it’s again good to combine with a perfume that has a bit longer lasting power. Thanks to being #lykotestpilot, I got to try this gem from #gucci! I was very positively surprised by this – I previously owned the first one, the yellow Orchid. But I gave it away because it made me feel so sick, it was just salty and musty when I put it on!! Sooo when I sprayed this on me, I was sooo happy! I think this one is MUCH FRUITIER, FRESHER, AND DEEPER than the original! I think this ORCHID INTENSE is more multifaceted and has sooo many more nuances than the yellow original! This scent gives me a feeling of "when you stand and whisk hot chocolate." I think it’s a warm, safe, and cozy scent 🥰 Even my partner, who doesn’t like perfume at all, liked this! This is a scent I recommend to you if you think the first Gorgeous Orchid is too "flat and boring"! This one is warmer, not as musty, and has more nuances! 💗 Really nice and comfortable lip tint!
I was so lucky to get to test this lip tint from MAC, in the color Sneaky Pink, and I’m positively surprised by it! 🫶🏼 I especially love the light formula. It feels very comfortable and light on the lips, doesn’t stick, and doesn’t dry out my lips like I sometimes experience with other lip products. It gives a really nice and natural shine that makes the lips a bit extra juicy ✨💕 I was especially looking forward to the stain effect, and here I must admit that I don’t think it’s quite as noticeable as I had hoped. But I also chose a very delicate color, so that might well be why. I still think it leaves a nice and subtle color on the lips that fits really well with a natural look. And the product is so smart that you can apply it ‘in layers’ for a more intense effect. All in all, I’m really happy with the product and I especially think the comfortable, moisturizing feeling on the lips is a big plus.
