Diesel Only The Brave
I had the honor of testing Diesel Only The Brave, but since it’s a men’s fragrance, my husband had to do the testing. 😄 His (and mine!) absolute favorite is still Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Sun (limited edition), so this scent was quite different from what he usually wears. It opens with a clearly spicy and woody feel. After a while, the leather notes come through, giving the fragrance a warm, masculine character. After a few hours on the skin, it becomes significantly softer and leans towards a fresh, almost slightly soapy vibe, which we both liked. This feels like a perfume that really comes into its own during autumn and winter thanks to the warm, woody tones. Despite that, it doesn’t become too heavy or overpowering, but stays pleasant all day. Absolutely hate
As a Lyko test pilot, I got the chance to try this setting spray. I had so many expectations and was so excited to try it but ended up really disappointed. I can't say anything about the longevity of this product because as soon as I tried it, I took my makeup off immediately! This setting spray contains glitter particles to give a glow, and I absolutely hate that. I had glitter all over my face, clothes, and makeup table. It has a pretty wide spray, so as mentioned, it gets everywhere. I absolutely hate having glitter particles on me, so when this sprayed glitter all over me, I had to take it off and couldn't continue using it. I was disappointed and gave it to my sister. I can't say anything about the longevity, but it's good to keep in mind that this contains pure glitter particles and doesn't give a nice glow. I had the opportunity to test OSiS+ Super Shield as #lykotestpilot My curly and thick hair has a lot of frizz and gets easily frizzy, especially when I blow-dry or straighten it. I straighten my hair almost every day, so I rely on a good heat protectant. Super Shield was easy to spray into the hair, smelled surprisingly good, and didn’t weigh it down. Some heat protectants I’ve tried felt heavy and unpleasant in the hair after application, but with this one, my hair feels soft and nice afterwards. After using this a few times, I notice that my hair looks fresher and is less frizzy. A good everyday perfume
The perfume gave a very good first impression. It suits both work and leisure activities. I think it can be used year-round. The scent develops gradually: First, you notice fresh notes, and gradually warm, woody accords emerge. It has quite good longevity but is not too intense. I got to try OSiS+ Curl Soufflé as #lykotestpilot, and even though I have straight hair, I was positively surprised. I used it to enhance the natural fall of my hair and to create soft waves with the help of braids and heat. The product gave the hair more structure and made the waves stay nice longer without feeling stiff or sticky. I also like that the hair still feels soft and flexible, while frizz is reduced. This product is probably best suited for those with curly or wavy hair, but even on my straight hair it gave more texture and a natural result. As a test pilot, I got to try this primer, my expectations were not high since the blue version didn’t work for me and this was the same story. When I first got it, I didn’t have many expectations but still hoped it would work better than the blue/green version. My honest opinion is that there’s nothing special about this and it wasn’t different from the other version. I don’t like primers like this because they are so thick to spread. It doesn’t feel like you get it all over your face since it’s so rich and sticky. It held the makeup okay but my makeup became crumbly right after application. When I had just finished my makeup on top of this primer, the makeup didn’t look very good. The makeup looked much better after I got home from my summer job and the makeup had settled a bit. I have acne and combination skin, I’ve heard these can cause more acne but I haven’t noticed any more pimples than I usually get, which is good. But in the end, this wasn’t a product for me both because it’s too rich and because the makeup became ruined right after application. I didn’t think it held anything much longer than my makeup does on its own. I have tried many primers and I can say that this type of primer is the best for long-lasting makeup that lasts all day and makes the makeup sit well. Gives a nice glow
I've been trying this for a while now, and overall I like the product. A big plus is that it doesn't have a strong scent, which suits my sensitive skin well. The spray is also easy to use, and it gives the face a beautiful, natural glow without a heavy feeling. However, I have quite oily skin, so unfortunately the product doesn't keep makeup in place all day, especially now in the summer. I think it works more as a spray that "melts" the makeup layers together and makes the finish look more natural, rather than as a proper setting spray. I believe this suits someone with normal or dry skin better, or whose skin isn't as oily as mine. Just a basic good product
The first impression was positive, the primer is easy to apply, and it has no strong scent at all, which is a big plus for sensitive skin. The primer keeps makeup in place well for most of the day, and makeup applies evenly on top. However, I noticed that makeup didn’t adhere as well around the nose and mouth. These areas are a bit drier for me, so I believe that affected the final result. I usually use a more moisturizing primer, so this felt neutral to me. I have had the chance to try OSiS Super Shield, and it has truly become a favorite in my hair care routine! ⭐️ What I like the most is that the product has so many functions in one single spray. It works as heat protection, helps against frizz, and also gives the hair a nice shine, which means I don’t have to use several different products before styling my hair. This makes the routine both easier and faster. I have especially noticed that my hair becomes significantly less frizzy after blow-drying and feels soft and smooth without being weighed down. The hair also gets a nice shine that makes it look healthier. Since I always use heat when styling my hair, it also feels very nice not to have to use any other heat protection. The only thing I find a bit difficult to comment on is how well it actually protects against pollution and other external stresses, since it’s hard to see any direct effect of that. I got to try OSiS Curl Soufflé and think it’s a nice styling product, even though it didn’t quite give my hair the result I had hoped for. 💛 I have naturally wavy and quite dry hair. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that the product emphasized my waves very much, which was a bit of a shame. However, it gives the hair a fuller and more textured feel without being sticky or stiff, which I really appreciate. One of the biggest advantages of the product is that it contains heat protection. This means you don’t have to use several different products before blow-drying your hair, which both saves time and makes the hair care routine easier. The hair also feels soft and natural after styling, with just the right hold and without that crispy feeling that some mousses can give. In summary, I think this is a good product that suits you if you want more volume, texture, and smooth heat protection in the same product. Really nice pink packaging and it feels luxurious for being Elf. After trying this product for a couple of weeks, I unfortunately have to diss it. It has a pleasant scent, but it is very sticky and leaves a slightly stiff and uncomfortable feeling on the skin. But I definitely think it works well as a primer. Elegant and sturdy glass bottle. Makes a nice detail in the room. We have these fragrance sticks in our combined kitchen/living room. ✨️ Upon opening the bottle, the scent felt extremely strong. At first, it was very noticeable. It hit you as soon as you entered the room. But after just about an hour, the scent settled and now there is a moderate hint of the aromas. Nice scent of citrus, green tea, and sage. 🫧 In the first 1-2 weeks, the liquid in the bottle dropped quite a bit to saturate the sticks. Now after 3 weeks of use, about 1/4 has been used. So I am currently doubtful that it will last the 3-4 months stated. Time will tell. ✨️ The price is probably what one might have some objections to. Sure, a room fragrance can be compared to perfume, so generally you often pay a lot for something fragrant. But it also sets some expectations when the price is in the higher range. Beautifully Defined Curls
I have had the honor of being a test pilot for Schwarzkopf Professional Osis+ Curl Soufflé for a few weeks 😍 I have slightly curly/wavy hair that easily gets frizzy and rarely gets defined curls. This usually results in me styling it with heat tools and rarely having my natural hair. Therefore, it was fun to challenge myself a bit and see how my hair turns out with this product. This mousse contains: ⭐️heat protection up to 230 degrees ⭐️gives the hair a fuller feel ⭐️controls moisture and frizz ⭐️adds shine After washing my hair, I scrunched the mousse into completely wet hair and then let it air dry. I have lost some hair in recent years, otherwise I would have needed to blow-dry some to avoid waiting forever for it to dry. With that as a reference, I used two handfuls of product distributed throughout my hair. During drying, some of the product dried into the hair, giving a slight wet look. Glow without irritating the skin
This is a setting spray that I have been testing for a while now during the summer. I like that it gives the skin a fresh glow while keeping the makeup looking nice longer, even when it's warm outside. The spray contains shimmer, which is usually not something I look for, but on summer evenings I actually think it gives a really nice effect. A tip is to shake the bottle well before use so that the shimmer is evenly distributed. I have sensitive skin and have not noticed any irritation. The only thing that lowers the rating for me is the scent, which is stronger than I personally prefer.
