A perfect hit for me as a day cream!
I’ve found a new favorite product, this cream! It feels luxurious and is really good. I have dry skin, really dry skin, and want a lighter cream that still makes my skin hydrated, plumped, and nice, and that’s exactly what this cream does! I’ve tested three products from Emma S, and this is my favorite of the three that I will definitely buy again! It has a sleek design, and I’m just making my fine lines look better, as it says on the packaging. I think my entire facial skin looks nicer and fresher with the cream. It’s really fun to be truly satisfied with a cream that’s mid-priced and that I experience as luxurious and yes, more expensive! I wouldn’t be surprised if it cost around 800 SEK. As mentioned, it provides good moisture and other things that really give a nice result on my skin, which is a bit older and has started to be called mature. But I can also really imagine that it suits younger people than me. It contains a little bonus SPF, since you never use enough of a day cream for full sun protection, so that’s just a bonus because of that. The moment I would think it’s enough as SPF is a dark day in December when I’m outside no more than 5-7 minutes during the few daylight hours. But it still feels fresh with a little protection. The scent is mild, soft, and fresh, I find the scent nice and exclusive. A scent that doesn’t take up space and perks me up in the morning when I use the cream. It’s not the same scent as the Emma S Hydrating series, which is also nice and mild. Nice cream
I have been selected to test some products from #emmas 🙌 About me: almost 38 years old, (even though my mind says 20 🤷🏻♀️) where age starts to show in the form of fine lines around the eyes and some deeper lines on the forehead. I have a combination skin type with an oily T-zone but drier and somewhat red cheeks. I'm not super sensitive but can sometimes react to e.g. retinol or strongly perfumed skincare. For about a month, I have used this every morning. It is basically fragrance-free, only the product itself has a scent, and it is a completely okay scent. I find it quite light in texture and it absorbs quickly and leaves no shiny residue, despite containing SPF, which in my opinion often makes creams greasier. I think it's great that the sleek packaging has a pump. Three pumps usually work well for face, neck, and décolleté for me. A month is probably too short to notice any major difference in signs of aging, but I will continue to give it a chance until it runs out. I will update the review if I notice any improvement. However, I think it provides a lot of moisture, which my dry cheeks appreciate! Plus for including SPF, even though I wish it was higher. Nice Essence 💦
My skin is very dry, so I have several steps with moisture both morning and evening! I use an essence as step two after cleansing and usually have a very light preparatory toner before my essence. But I have tried this essence both directly on the skin and after the very light toner. This essence has a slightly different thickness compared to my previous "regular" essence. It is lighter but still thicker than a regular toner. Think more melted popsicle. I like it and have decided to use it during the day and that it works well without a preparatory toner underneath. The essence is light enough that it still absorbs well into the skin and suits daytime when makeup sits more easily on top of slightly thinner layers of moisture underneath. Now we are also in the brighter period of the year when sunscreen is applied layer upon layer during the day. This essence provides good moisture and feels nice to use. I get a feeling that it has something more than "just" hyaluronic acids and it also contains protective antioxidants, great! It protects the skin from free radicals. Mild and effective cleansing 💦
Gentle cleansing gel that promises good cleansing without drama on the tube, and it keeps that promise. My skin is dry, and I layer it with moisture, and even the cleansing I choose needs to be gentle on my skin and not provoke it, and a fragrance-free cleanser is great! But it actually has a faint scent that is fresh, so there are probably a few percent fragrance in it after all. And it’s not a harsh cleanser that doesn’t foam much, it barely produces any foam at all. That’s a big plus for my skin too! Despite its mild appearance, it cleans incredibly well, I remove all SPF and makeup so well that there’s hardly any sign of dirt on the cotton pad with micellar as step two in my evening cleansing routine. Since I have trouble using most products as eye cleansers, I haven’t removed eye makeup with this one, because I can’t tolerate most things, even those available at the pharmacy, a very specific allergy/sensitivity my skin around the eyes has, though I do tolerate eye creams, for example. I like to use Gentle Cleansing Gel when I have more makeup and several layers of SPF, not for me in winter but excellent right now in spring and until October. A reliable cleanser that I can use as a one-step cleansing if I’m super tired. This is a day cream packed with active ingredients meant to help the skin's elasticity. I think the packaging feels luxurious, I love when you don’t have to dip your fingers into a jar. The scent is mild and a bit sunscreen-like. Unfortunately, I find it a bit greasy on the skin. I love glow and thick moisturizing creams, but this one felt a bit more oily. And it was a bit hard for my skin to absorb. And unfortunately, a pretty big minus for me is that it only contains SPF20. I’d really like SPF50 on my face. So I would need to apply a stronger SPF on top, meaning another cream, and considering how greasy this cream is, I don’t know how my skin would react in the long run, unfortunately. I like it, but it won’t be a go-to favorite used daily. I've had the chance to try this lovely and moisturizing essence from #emmas, it is enriched with two different hyaluronic acids and provides incredible hydration and radiance to the skin. It feels like a great addition to my already existing skincare routine. I use this on cleansed skin and pat in as many layers as I feel my skin needs, followed by a serum and a cream to lock in the moisture. Softening hand cream with a luxurious feel 🍊
I have tested this product for 3 weeks: This hand cream has a very nice and fresh design that makes it perfect to have out in the bathroom or in your bag 👜✨ The texture is soft and easy to spread, and it absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling sticky. Fresh summer favorite with a holiday vibe
I have been testing this product for 3 weeks now, and my first impression of this body mist is very positive 🍊 The bottle looks both fresh and elegant, and the glass design makes it look extra nice in the bathroom ✨ The spray gives a smooth and light mist that is easy to apply on the skin. I have tested this product for 3 weeks: My first impression of this shower oil is that it has an elegant and luxurious look that fits well in the shower✨ The texture is thin, pleasant, and provides a lot of moisture to the skin during use. I have normal to slightly dry skin and notice that my skin feels soft and less dry after showering💧 At the same time, I find that it is not as economical to use compared to other shower oils I use, and you need to use quite a bit of product to get the desired effect. Perfect Cleansing gel
I was very happy to get Emma S Cleansing to test, I was impressed by how good and high-quality the product is. This cleanser has a gel consistency. I am 39 years old and have been using it for a few weeks now, it is perfect. My skin feels clean and hydrated, and it removes makeup well. Another good thing is that the product is fragrance-free. Okay mild cleansing

I have used the cleanser every morning for about a month. The consistency is quite firm and becomes a nice foam when wet, and is completely fragrance-free. Unfortunately, it doesn’t remove much makeup (I use eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara daily, which can hold quite well, and I appreciate products that remove as much as possible) but works well in the morning as a refresh, and I think the skin feels clean but not squeaky clean after use. I also don’t experience it drying out my skin, which is good! My personal opinion about the packaging is that I dislike tubes with screw caps, especially on products used with wet hands, and I would definitely prefer a pump packaging. I have no problem using up the remaining product (as morning cleansing), but I will not buy a new one when it’s finished. I have a combination skin type with an oily T-zone but drier and somewhat red cheeks. I'm not super sensitive but can sometimes react to e.g. retinol or strongly fragranced skincare. I have used this essence basically every morning and evening for about a month. It’s not completely runny but has a more gel-like consistency, which I love! The packaging makes it easy to dispense into the hand or on a cotton pad, although I personally always prefer a pump for skincare products. It absorbs very quickly into the skin and leaves no sticky residue. I follow up with serum quite soon after applying the essence and it has already absorbed into the skin. However, despite the name, I feel it doesn’t provide enough moisture for me. It’s almost fragrance-free, and the little scent it has is very light and fresh and just a “clean product.” Overall, I generally think Emma S is a bit overpriced. This is because I haven’t been blown away by any of the products I’ve tested, although some have been okay – including this essence. But on the whole, I find it pleasant, it absorbs quickly but hasn’t done anything remarkable for my skin during the trial period, and I have other essences I prefer to use – e.g. The Body Shop’s Edelweiss Prep Essence or Dr Ceuracle’s Vegan Active Berry First Essence. Gentle and mild cleansing
I have tried this gel cleanser for a few weeks and really like it. It is very mild and gentle on the skin and fragrance-free, which is a plus for me. However, I would prefer to use it in the morning or in the evening if I haven't worn makeup, as I find that not all makeup comes off even with double cleansing. Unfortunately it didn't suit my skin
I have been able to test this day cream with SPF 20 for a few weeks and I was excited to use a day cream with sun protection since I usually prefer to use them separately. My first impression of the day cream was that the packaging felt luxurious and the scent was nice. It has that classic sunscreen scent that I like. The texture felt light but a bit oily. Unfortunately, the result of this was not just glow, hydration, and sun protection, but it clogged my skin and I got some bigger pimples, which I usually don't get. My skin type is dry on the surface with a more oily T-zone. I have slightly larger pores, so something in combination with my skin unfortunately didn't work. Very nice essence
I have had the chance to try this essence for a few weeks and am impressed with the product. When it comes to toners and essences, I love those that are a bit thicker in consistency, and this is one of them. I like to apply it directly on the skin and not with a cotton pad because I feel the product lasts longer and the skin becomes more hydrated. Nice ingredients like hyaluronic acid and plum extract. I guess the latter also contributes to the scent. I usually avoid skincare with perfume and fragrance, but I liked this one anyway. I have a combination skin type. A bit dry on the surface and oilier T-zone. Regular ones are usually incredibly runny and it feels like most of it runs out of the hand BUT emma S has thought it through! First shower oil experience
The first time I smelled the product, I was surprised. The scent is very different from what I'm used to, but still really good. I have quite dry skin, so I was excited when I got the shower oil from #lykotestpilot. When you take the "oil," the texture feels a bit strange at first, but it does foam well. However, I think a normal shower gel spreads a bit better and is therefore more economical. I've been using it for about two weeks now, and my skin feels a bit softer and more moisturized. Good day cream with SPF20
I got the chance to try this face cream with SPF 20 and I was quite impressed. I am 39, almost forty, and I already have some fine lines. So I like to use products that have some form of sun protection factor in their composition, and of course I also use sunscreen. I thought this cream moisturizes the skin and gives a nice glow. The only problem for me, if not a big one, is that it takes a little time to absorb into the skin. But I really liked the product and I use it in the morning as part of my skincare routine, and it’s perfect before I apply makeup. It’s a good product that leaves the skin moisturized and protected. Too greasy and my skin didn’t absorb it at all

I’m 40 years old. 📦 The packaging This cream comes in a pump bottle. I like this since it’s a nice way to keep your creams sterile. And with this I know exactly how many pumps of cream I need for my whole face and neck. 👀 The texture and looks The cream is white in color. It is thick and greasy in consistency. It’s very easy to spread it. 👃 The smell The cream has a mild smell. I don’t know what it is but it’s not unpleasant to me. The smell is not too powerful but it does linger on the skin. 🤔 My opinion From all the products sent to me to try from Emma S this one I liked the least. The cream is incredibly greasy for me and I think it’s because of the spf. Now, my skin doesn’t work well with very greasy products. It just sits on my skin for hours (or in this case, until I removed the product) and it was not absorbed. Resulting in me looking oily, sweaty and my hair gluing itself onto my face/neck. I also cannot put on any makeup since it either piles or melts. Basically, my face felt very tacky while having this cream on. How greasy did it make my face? Look at the picture and you can see that I can easily stick toilet paper on my face and it can stay there (also you can see that my face is super shiny from the cream and it stays like that for very long time)... 😮💨 The other problem was that it has only SPF20, which is not enough. So I needed to add another SPF on top of that. And that was a nightmare for my skin. I usually don’t like to use creams that have so low spf because it’s not enough of a protection from the sun. All in all, not a product for me. I honestly don’t think it’s the cream’s "fault". I just don’t think this type of product fits my skin personally. I also didn’t wanna use it (because of all the things listed above) so I couldn’t see any anti-aging benefits from it. I hate the smell

It is easy to get this product out onto a pad or your hands from the bottle. 👀 The texture and looks The essence is very watery/liquidy. It is transparent in color and very easy to spread all over your skin. 👃 The smell There's an extremely powerful smell to this product. It smells like soap to me. The smell is super strong and it will linger on your skin. 🤔 My opinion I have very dry skin so usually anything that gives it moisture is great for me. This product felt hydrating on my skin. It got absorbed by my skin super fast (in matter of seconds!), which is a big bonus in my opinion, and it didn't leave my skin feeling heavy, greasy or sticky. When it got absorbed you couldn't see it or see any difference on the skin. But honestly, I will probably not get this product again. The smell is extremely strong for me and I really don't like it. And besides the mild hydration, I didn't notice anything else.
