Test Pilot
I had the opportunity to be a test pilot for these products. My first impressions of the products were that they have a very nice scent, both of them. I also liked the consistency of both as the Kerastase Genesis Serum is light and absorbs well into the scalp, and I also didn’t feel that my hair looked or felt "greasy" afterwards, which was a plus. The Kerastase Magic Night Serum also absorbed quickly into the hair and was easy to apply to the lengths. The size of the bottles is reasonably large, so you get a lot of product, but I specifically think the Genesis serum runs out way too quickly if you follow the dosage instructions on the bottle. After these 5 weeks of testing, the Genesis Serum is basically completely gone, but I still have half a bottle of the Magic Night Serum left. Since these products are also in the higher price range. Regarding the results that the products promise, I think it matches well, I have felt a difference in losing fewer hair strands and reduced frizz with more shine. So what makes the review not a full score is mostly the high price and the amount of Genesis serum used. What could have been good is if there had been aloe vera in the actual blades, which would make the razor have better skin contact. I was so happy when I got the honor to test these two from Kérastase! I was really looking forward to it. But unfortunately, I can't leave a, in my opinion, fair review since I couldn't handle the scent of either of them. So incredibly sad! I can absolutely be sensitive to scents, but I couldn't in my wildest dreams imagine that they could smell so strong and give such a "heavy" feeling 😭 I made a brave attempt, but it didn't work. I had the opportunity to be #lykotestpilot of these Kerastase products! When I got them home, they felt incredibly luxurious, and both products smell really good and fresh. The serum has helped my hair grow faster than I’ve experienced before, and I’ve gotten many new hair strands on my head!!🩷 The night cream for hair feels like a filter for the hair, they become so incredibly moisturized and soft (perfect now in winter when the hair is extra dry). I usually do heatless curls almost every night, and that cream is really good for that too! Would I buy them again? Both yes and no, the price is really high, but considering that the products last maybe 1.5 months if you use them every day. But otherwise, they are really 5/5! I have been testing the Silver Refine Conditioner as #lykotestpilot for four weeks now. I love the idea of a silver conditioner since you can leave it in the whole hair. At first, I was skeptical about this product as I felt it didn’t provide enough moisture, but later I realized that it was a good thing. This way, I could apply the product to the whole hair without it getting weighed down! I usually put a regular conditioner/hair mask in the lengths, and it works perfectly. Very good razor
I have been so lucky to test this razor from Lyko 🩷 I am very satisfied with this razor! It feels very good in hand and works really well. It gives a smooth shave and hasn't given me red spots or irritated my skin, which often happens. It is also very nice looking, and not to mention cheap, which is a big plus 😊 The only thing I want to point out is that the attachments on the razor head are made of very thin plastic, so you have to be a bit careful, as they can easily break. Genesis anti-chute fortifiant anti hair-fall serum💖 The best serum I have tested so far! It has a strong perfume scent, but nothing I experienced made any difference when it came to results. My hair HAS gotten longer in a short time! Nutritive 8H Overnight Serum 🧡 Super good product! What I liked most was that it worked excellently in dry hair, and the way it revitalizes the hair and moisturizes! I will definitely buy it again! I had the opportunity to be a test pilot for the Genesis Serum Anti Chute Fortifiant & Nutritive 8H Overnight Serum for 5 weeks and I am satisfied with both products, which suited my hair type very well. The first thing I noticed was the feeling of luxury you get from the products and their design. The scent of the products reminds me of salon visits, and it feels luxurious. Genesis Serum Anti-Chute Fortifiant. This viral and talked-about serum was fun to test, and I absolutely think it’s worth the hype. The product feels very light in the hair and does not weigh down the roots and absolutely does not create a "product feel" after application. I have used the product almost daily for weeks, and I feel that my hair in the areas where I chose to apply the product has grown, and the hair strands feel stronger. I am including before and after pictures so you can see the results after weeks; I look forward to continuing to use the product and see what happens to the quality of my hair. The scent is somewhat strong, which can make it difficult to use if you are sensitive to scents, but I can react to products that have a strong scent, but I have not noticed anything regarding this product. The pipette used to apply the product is well designed and does not drip, even though the product is quite liquid in the formula. Nutritive 8H Magic Night Serum. The night serum has been a product I truly appreciate. My hair strands are very fine and sensitive, but I notice how this serum has moisturized and protected the strands overnight. It is also very light in consistency. I find that my hair feels softer, more manageable, and easier to brush out when I wake up in the morning. The scent is quite strong, but nothing I have reacted to, and the formula creates a feeling of luxury. I understand that people may think the price of these 2 products is quite high, but I really think you get what you pay for with these products. You can tell that the products are well-crafted and truly make a difference for your hair. As a reference, I have straight, fine Scandinavian hair. (Thin fine hair strands that easily break) & my hair can often have difficulty cooperating with products and easily gets a "greasy" feel from products. I am very fond of Kérastase products overall and a person who likes to test different hair products. Summary: Scent: Quite perfumed products. Feel in hair: Both products are light and easy to work into the hair and do not create a film or product feel. Effect: My hair feels softer, stronger, and fresher and has experienced faster hair growth in my temples. Best suited for: You who want professional products that really work for this hair type but are not sensitive to scent. I can really recommend both of these products, and I have used them in combination with Kérastase Elixir Ultime L'Huile originale Hair Oil, which I also warmly recommend. Unfortunately, this product has not become part of my hair care routine… I think it feels like a smart and unique product. The idea is to enhance the cool tones between washes. The Shave Wave Razor
A very simple but good razor! It weighs almost nothing and is therefore easy to take with you, and there's no risk of dropping it in the shower, as I've experienced with other razors. I find it very difficult to find a really good razor, but this one exceeded my expectations! For a low price, you get a really good razor (?!). Silver conditioner that does the job!💜
Together with the other products from the Waterclouds Silver Refine series, I am very satisfied with this conditioner. It becomes a perfect complement in my hair care routine!🫶🏻 I have used the silver shampoo from the same series every other wash. When I don't wash with silver shampoo, I use this conditioner to still maintain a cooler tone and provide shine and moisture to my bleached hair. It is easy to apply and feels soft and moisturizing in the hair. It doesn't give as "dramatic" an effect as the silver shampoo, so I see this product more as a complement between washes rather than just using this product to tone the hair. The conditioner helped keep the blonde shade fresh and cool between silver shampooings, while the hair felt soft and well cared for. Over the past four weeks, I have tested the Waterclouds Silver Refine series, and I must say that I am very impressed with the results!🌟 As someone who has been blonde my whole life, I have tried many different silver shampoos and masks over the years without really sticking to any particular product or brand. Already after the first wash with this silver shampoo from Waterclouds, I got the feeling that this could become a permanent addition to my routine! I have used the shampoo every other wash and let it sit in my hair for about 2-3 minutes before rinsing it out. I have also shampooed once with my regular shampoo before going in with the silver shampoo to remove dirt and product residue. The product is easy to use and feels gentle on the hair, which is especially important for highlighted or bleached hair that can easily become dry from silver products. Already after the first wash, I saw a clear difference in the shade without the hair turning purple or gray. Additionally, I did not feel that my hair dried out, which is otherwise common with silver shampoos. I was lucky to be #lykotestpilot for the #waterclouds silver series. I am positively surprised by how effectively the shampoo neutralizes yellow tones. I've never achieved this effect with other silver products. I also think it smells super good and lathers well 😊 However, I experienced that my hair became dry even though the products are supposed to be moisturizing. Wipe Hype Nail Polish Remover 100ml
I have the honor of being #lykotestpilot, here comes my rating! This is a mild and what I experience, moisturizing nail polish remover. It has a light oily touch which is great for us with sensitive and dry nails! - But that also means it shouldn't be used in conjunction with nail extensions like gel nails, I assume the nails would come off quickly. I can imagine this works best with neutral nail polish colors. As a regular nail polish remover for regular nail polish, it is top-notch and feels mild compared to many other nail polish removers that almost feel "dangerous". The scent doesn't take over an entire room like many other removers. No further effect
The dark purple spray has settled in the edges of the packaging, which makes me immediately concerned that it might leak if I pack it down. But it doesn't. The color also makes me a bit worried considering that I will spray it on dry hair. When I test the product, I spray it all over my hair and brush it out with a hairbrush. Unfortunately, I don't experience any greater effect from the spray, even though I've tested it in different amounts.
