I have tested the serum together with the accompanying shampoo and conditioner in the Pure Grow series for the past two weeks. The serum is liquid with a very pleasant texture. It quickly absorbs into the scalp without leaving a sticky residue that some serums can cause. The hair also doesn’t get greasy from the serum but stays nice until the next wash. I have a dry and sensitive scalp that often reacts to hair products, but with this one, I feel no irritation, which is really nice. My scalp actually feels a bit less dry than usual. The bottle is made of plastic, unlike other hair serums I’ve tested that had glass bottles. It doesn’t feel as luxurious as a glass bottle but is much more practical when you’re a clumsy person who often drops things. This one can fall on the floor without breaking, which is a big plus! The dropper is a bit stiff and it’s hard to dose the right amount; it easily dispenses way too much product. Unfortunately, it’s been too short a time to notice any major effects of the serum yet, other than that it’s pleasant and doesn’t irritate. For two weeks, I have tested the conditioner in the Pure Grow series along with the accompanying shampoo and serum. The conditioner has the same fresh minty scent as the shampoo, and I like the scent because it is mild and not overpowering. The conditioner itself is really good! After it has been in the hair for two minutes, the hair feels soft and moisturized. It also doesn’t weigh the hair down or make it greasy quickly afterward. The product feels economical, and I don’t need much product at all. The bottle is stylish with its sleek, angular design in blue and white. But it is quite impractical; it keeps tipping over in the shower. However, that’s not the main problem for me with the bottle, it’s the cap. The hole in the cap of the bottle is so incredibly small that it’s almost impossible to get anything out of the bottle. With one hand, it’s completely impossible to get anything out; it’s insanely stiff. I have to use both hands and squeeze hard just to get anything out, and then the problem is that the product ends up on the floor if you’re not very quick. Ideally, you need someone to help squeeze the conditioner out for you. Maybe my conditioner bottle was a Monday model since I didn’t have the same problem with the accompanying shampoo. Smells good
I have now tested Pure Grow shampoo for two weeks. My hair has always been thick and full before. But that changed after my pregnancy, and living with several chronic illnesses obviously affects it as well. I have lost a lot of hair, and it is now more on the thinner side. Therefore, it was a bit extra fun to try this shampoo that promises to awaken tired hair follicles. I haven’t noticed anything from that yet, but I have also only tested it for a short time. It is a nice product! The shampoo smells wonderfully of mint and almost reminds me a bit of mint gum. The consistency is smooth and just thick enough, and it lathers quite a lot. I always wash my hair twice to get it properly clean, and the hair really feels thoroughly clean. No product residue or other “stuff” remains in the hair after washing. The hair feels good after washing; it doesn’t feel dry and stays clean for several days afterwards without feeling dirty or greasy. I find it to be a mild shampoo, as it doesn’t irritate my dry and sensitive scalp at all. It hasn’t itched the least bit after washing with it. The design of the bottle is very nice; it stands out with its flat and somewhat square design compared to all the other bottles in the shower. However, it is unstable and keeps falling over, which is a bit annoying. The cap itself is easy to open and to get the right amount of product out, and it’s easy to do with just one hand. Perfection 🩵💦
I got to try three products from #lykotestpilot from #faceformula, and this serum is perfect for my skin! First, a little about me: 🩵 33 years old with freckles 🩵 Dry patches 🩵 Fine lines around the eyes 🩵 Easily dull skin 🩵 Easily sunburned I am hooked! The serum feels incredibly nice on the skin and it makes me wake up with a glow in the morning 🧚🏼♀️. I think you can see after using it that my skin looks more glowing and even, and I have only used the serum for about two weeks, which means the serum gives me what I need 🩵🤍. Since it contains AHA, it’s important to use SPF during the day and start using the product gently, but my skin is used to AHA now, so I’ve actually been using it about 4 nights a week. So it’s a serum that should be applied in the evening and work overnight 🌙. The serum’s consistency is thin and it doesn’t smell like anything special, which I like! Face formula is a favorite brand of mine, so I had very high expectations for this product, and it delivered! I like how it clearly states on the bottle when to use it during the day, like with this one: a moon 🌙, and on some products it’s both sun and moon ☀️🌙, which makes it easier to plan your skincare routine 🫶🏼. I can only give the serum five stars as my skin responded so well to the product. The design is, as usual, sleek, a simple pump and in plastic packaging which makes it easy to take with you when traveling 😘. I understand that the price for 30ml is high, there are other serums on the market that aren’t nearly as expensive, but for me it’s worth buying again, partly because the serum is economical, you don’t need much, and I’m a bit surprised it gave results so quickly, that I see the difference. Hyal Foaming Balm is a 2-in-1 cleanser that comes in a practical packaging with a spatula. It foams wonderfully on the face and is easy to rinse off with water. I don't experience any dryness, I feel clean and fresh. When I use toner afterwards, there are no makeup residues, which means it is a really good cleanser. I do not recommend using the cleanser too close to the eyes as I accidentally got some in my eyes and it was quite stinging. I have used it both morning and evening and will continue to do so. Moisturizing but nothing extra
So happy to be #testpilot because this is the product 🥰 After about 2 weeks of use, here is my evaluation of the product. I have very dry and mature skin, it is not sensitive, so a retinol serum with PDRN was something I looked forward to trying. I have used this before bedtime and it gave my skin a moisturized feeling and I woke up with a nice glow. 🌟 The product promises to be nourishing and I feel that it is. I haven't noticed any direct difference in skin texture but I think it might come after a few more weeks of use. Practical for travel with a dropper, though it was a bit difficult to use the dropper. As a #testpilot, I have received the Face Formula Pink Serum to test and evaluate over a few weeks. I have sensitive and dry skin. I have used the serum 1-2 times a day (morning and/or evening) on cleansed skin. After that, I applied a moisturizing cream, mostly containing SPF. ✨️ First and foremost. What an incredibly beautiful bottle with a wonderful color of the serum! The pink color just shines. With a simple press on the top of the pipette, the right amount of serum is drawn up into the pipette. The same press applies the serum to the skin. Super nice and convenient bottle. 🫧 I find the serum concentrated, so a few drops are enough. I massage it into the face with small circular motions before applying face cream. ✨️ Contains hyaluronic acid which provides plenty of moisture to the skin and softens it. Also contains vitamin B3 (niacinamide) and B12 which reduce irritation, calm redness, and help restore the skin. 🫧 I have used the serum about 1-2 times daily on cleansed skin. Finished the routine with a face cream. The serum has a light consistency and leaves a pleasant and comfortable feeling on the skin. No irritation or redness, rather it soothes these. ✨️ After regular use, I think the skin has gained a completely new glow and the fine lines have become more even. Simply gives a nice glow. A truly fantastic product that I am very satisfied with. If it weren't for the price, it would have gotten 5/5 rating. The price for 30 ml I think is on the high side. But you get what you pay for. As a #testpilot, I received the Face Formula Overnight Smoothing Serum to test and evaluate over about a week. Started as recommended: began applying 2-3 times per week and gradually increased. Now I use it every night as part of my routine. This is because the product contains ingredients that the skin needs to get used to and be gradually exposed to. Especially if you have sensitive skin like me. Besides that, my skin is dry, so proper hydration is key. ✨️ Cute little packaging with a pump. However, the pump is not the best. Sometimes you have to press several times before product comes out. But when it works properly, it’s easy to get the right amount. 🫧 Two pumps every night on cleansed skin have been more than enough for my skin. Lovely, slightly thicker/richer cream that is pleasant to massage into the skin. Despite its rich texture, it doesn’t feel sticky. Acts nourishing and gives the skin a beautiful glow. ✨️ In the morning, the skin feels so nice! It’s smooth, soft, and feels more refreshed. Suuuuperb texture spray that brings life to the hair and keeps it in place! I used the same brand's fiber mousse on my hair when it was semi-wet. Then I blow-dried my hair and slept with overnight curls. In the morning, I brushed out the curls and applied the texture spray. I've had the pleasure of testing this shampoo as a test pilot here at Lyko! So. I love this shampoo! Nice and unusual design on the packaging, sleek. I think the shampoo and conditioner kit looks very nice to have out in the bathroom. ♥️ According to the description, the shampoo is supposed to awaken the hair follicles, activate growth, and make the hair look thick and full. Yep, a lot is promised, and honestly, I don't know how much of it is fulfilled. Maybe I'll see more of it in a few weeks, but right now it's hard to know if it will make any difference regarding hair growth. I can't judge that after such a short time. But, having said that, I want to add that I love this shampoo! Good, mild scent. Very (!) economical. Lathers really wonderfully and thoroughly, the hair feels brilliantly fresh and clean after use. I've tried different shampoos in various price ranges. And; this is definitely a real winner in my opinion. The hair stays fresh longer than usual and feels full and lovely. Positively surprised, but not completely satisfied
I have been looking forward to trying this pink serum for a long time💞 I have used the serum every day, both morning and evening, in my skincare routine. The results I have seen after using this product are that my dark circles have partially disappeared. I see a noticeable difference under the eyes and think the skin is smoother around the eyes compared to before. At first, I was skeptical about the product when I didn’t see any difference after using the serum for over 2 weeks, until I noticed how the skin around the eyes lightened! Overnight Serum ✨
After testing this product with care (since it contains active ingredients), I have experienced a more even and glowing skin tone. To be on the safe side, I first tested using it on my neck to see if any irritation would occur. When I found that the serum suited me, I started using it on clean skin and for the first 2 times AFTER a moisturizing face cream. Currently, I use it 3 times a week and apply a moisturizing cream afterward to lock in all the product & moisture.
