As a #lykotestpilot, I have been so incredibly lucky to test 3 products from #drceuracle 💚 In this review, I share my experience with the Jeju Matcha Tea Essence 🌿 As mentioned earlier in the other review, I hadn’t tried the brand before but was very curious about this Korean skincare. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the “sister” Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence that went viral! First, a bit about my skin: combination with occasional blemishes, young skin, dry in winter & autumn, redness, dark circles under the eyes as a mom of a toddler and nurse. Good Retinol Serum
I have been so lucky to be a test pilot for Lyko and got to test this product. I've been testing it for a few weeks now. I have sensitive combination skin that easily gets red, and I did not react to this even though it contained retinol. The ampoule has a light to medium thick gel-serum consistency. It is easy to spread over the skin and doesn't require much product per application. The consistency is good, absorbs nicely, and doesn't feel heavy or sticky. The skin feels very good after application, and I experienced no irritation or flaking during use. I liked the bottle because it has a cute color and was very easy to open, seems practical and hygienic with a dropper that makes it feel more hygienic. However, the dropper was a bit slow, and you didn't get much product out, but maybe that's just me. The result was initially not very big, and I didn't really notice any particular change immediately, but after using this for a couple of weeks, the result has been very positive. What I've especially noticed is that the skin has more glow, more moisture, feels smoother, and looks more well-groomed. It has gotten a fresher appearance in a way. I also think the skin feels firmer and more hydrated than before, but that might be due to the combination with the essences I've used during the same period. But I haven't used the serum long enough to see if it is effective against fine lines, sun damage, or if it contributes to a more even and brighter skin tone. Would I recommend this to others: yes, if you want to test a good retinol product where the biggest advantage is the combination of retinol and barrier-friendly ingredients. Wow, I am in love
I have been so lucky to be a test pilot for Lyko and got to test this product. I've been testing it for a few weeks now, and I must say I'm very satisfied with how it moisturizes and balances the skin!🫶🏽 I have sensitive combination skin with pores and pimples during my period. I was very positively surprised by this essence actually. It smells good, fresh, and pleasant, I think it smells clean. The formula is light and thin, which makes it easy to apply and therefore feels light and comfortable on the skin as well, a big plus that it absorbs easily without being sticky and gives LOTS of moisture. Another advantage is that the skin gets a nice glow after application. My skin already feels fresher and more balanced with fewer pores, and I haven't seen the period pimples either. I am very happy with this essence and will definitely continue to use it and buy it again when it's empty. What I appreciate most is how moisturizing it is. The skin feels soft and well hydrated after use. In addition, the product feels very economical. Hyal Reyouth Melting Foaming Balm
A very good and gentle cleanser💦 It melts away sunscreen, makeup, and sebum like a balm, then turns into a foam when you add water. The texture is a bit special; in the jar, it’s solid and looks like it might be hard to work with, but when you massage it between your fingers and on dry skin, it melts into a silky, oily texture. Comes in a practical jar that’s easy to open. Good for dry, normal, and sensitive skin that often feels tight after cleansing. Perfect retinol for sensitive skin!
#lykotestpilot #drceuracle I got so excited to also try this retinol and PDRN ampoule from my favorite brand. I have previously avoided active ingredients like retinol in my skincare because I have very sensitive skin and have had mild rosacea issues before. When I read that this helps build up the skin barrier and that it’s a good beginner retinol, I got really excited. I liked the bottle a lot as it was very easy to open, light, and felt hygienic. However, the dropper was a bit stiff and didn’t dispense much product. The product’s texture was a bit “stringy” and sticky. I couldn’t detect any particular scent, which is great if you’re sensitive to fragrance in skincare. It absorbed into the skin very well without making it oily, which was great for finishing with moisturizer and SPF. It works fine under makeup; I haven’t noticed any difference from before. Since I’m new to retinol, I started carefully using it almost every evening, then moved to using it morning and evening a few days a week. I haven’t noticed a big difference in elasticity yet, but I suspect my reduced pores and improved skin texture are due to this in combination with the matcha essence I also got to try during the same period! I had some breakouts on my problem areas—the “chin” near the nose and on the forehead—but now they’ve started to calm down. It’s probably an adjustment period and this is a stronger active ingredient than what I’m used to. The left picture is after the test period. I would still say it suits sensitive skin, and if you have enlarged pores or are unhappy with your skin texture, this might help you. Fantastic for dry and sensitive skin!
I've been able to try this for about 3 weeks now! So fun because the last time I tried a toner from Dr Ceuracle, I was blown away! I love almost everything I've tried from the brand. I have dry, sensitive skin with mild rosacea but a tendency to get some pimples periodically. My first impression was that the glass bottle was very heavy and felt very luxurious! The product dispensed well without being too thick or too runny. The formula was a bit watery but still easy to apply to the face. I love how the skin soaks up moisture immediately with this! The first thing I noticed, though, was the scent! It wasn’t a perfumed scent but reminded me of rubber/balloon. It wasn’t super strong and faded pretty quickly, so it wasn’t a problem to have it on my face. However, my hands smelled a bit rubbery/balloon-like. It was a bit unpleasant at first, but now I’m used to it. I don’t know if it’s this or the retinol ampoule I tried, but my pores have really shrunk and are less “coarse,” and my skin has gotten a really nice texture! What I love most about this is that it hasn’t caused any reaction and calms the skin. It can feel a bit oily, so I don’t think this is for oily skin. But if you have dry and sensitive skin like me, you’ll love this if you can live with the slightly “rubbery” scent, which probably comes from the matcha. Strong scent but very moisturizing
As a selected #lykotestpilot, I got to test this cleansing foaming gel from one of my favorite skincare brands #drceuracle I have previously used other products like night cream and BHA toner from the Hyal Reyouth series, and right now the night cream is my last step in the evening. I have sensitive skin with mild rosacea and occasionally get pimples that can flare up from strongly scented products or strong active ingredients. I also have very sensitive eyes due to a flare-up of eczema on my eyelid right now, so I am extra sensitive around that area. At first, I tried to use it to remove all makeup including eye makeup, but unfortunately, it didn’t work. The product has a very strong scent which irritated my eyes a lot, so I have only used it after removing makeup with micellar water as the last cleansing step. So I have only used this in the evenings after makeup removal. I used it a bit cautiously at first, and when I did use it, I felt that the skin was left moisturized and soft, and that very little product is needed. It still gets good marks for the formula, which is very pleasant on the skin despite my slight reaction to the scent. The skin feels very clean and suits dry skin! I probably wouldn’t buy it again because of this, and I’m unsure if I got a few more pimples because of it or if it’s one of the other two products I got to test along with this, but I will try to use it up and see. Also, I don’t think it has done any miracles in terms of cleansing. If you’re not sensitive to scent, you will love this! Probably also suitable for oily skin as I don’t feel greasy. Super rich and worked well
I have been so lucky to test the Hyal Reyouth Melting Foaming Balm from Dr Ceuracle, which is a very nice and rich cleansing balm. It easily melts away makeup, gently removes impurities, and doesn’t leave the skin tight like many other cleansing products do. I have tended to react to some such products before with red and irritated skin, and some have even caused allergic reactions, but not this one as it is really mild and gentle on the skin. Dr Ceuracle states that it suits most people, and I would say it does as it makes the skin soft, cleansed, soft, and additionally the skin feels hydrated. I really liked the jar it came in as well as the small spatula, so you don’t have to take so much product with your hands. Otherwise, I really like the practical snap lid, so you don’t have to unscrew a lid to open it. I also appreciate that it comes with a spatula that has its own little place in the lid. I liked the texture of the product because a small amount was enough for the whole face. I have tested this for a while and am positively surprised. The bottle feels practical and hygienic. The ampoule has a light to medium thick gel-serum consistency. The most distinctive feature is the slight tingling or stinging sensation right after application, which I do not find particularly uncomfortable. Absorbs quite quickly, not greasy, works well under moisturizer in the evening. I use it 3 times a week after cleansing. This was my first time trying a serum with retinol, so it was exciting to try the product and see how my skin reacted. 🧡 After using it for a while, I feel that my skin tone has become more even, which is a result I’m happy with. However, I haven’t noticed any other clear changes in my skin yet. The serum itself feels pleasant to use and gives the skin a nice glow immediately after application. I was very excited about this product from Dr. Ceuralce when I received it, but I'm not completely convinced yet. At first, I noticed that very little product came out when I tried to use it the first time, and I wondered if there was something wrong with the "pump"… but it settled down after a while. I got some breakouts on my chin after a couple of uses, but of course, there could be other factors causing this. It is said that the product should provide long-lasting moisture and help improve the skin's texture and evenness. Unexpectedly good!
I've always thought shot ampoules seemed a bit scary, but this one has worked unexpectedly well😁! I've been testing this for a couple of weeks along with 2 other products from Dr. Ceuracle as #lykotestpilot, and I can already see a clear difference in my skin😍! I have oily skin with a lot of redness and get pimples easily if I use the wrong products, but thankfully this worked without any problems☺️. When you pat in the serum, it stings a little for a few seconds but not at all like other similar products, more like a pleasant, slightly tingling prickling. During use, I've noticed my pores have become visibly smaller and that it feels softer🤩. However, I've gotten a few more pimples than usual which might be due to adjusting to new products😕, but it hasn't been a lot. This is a two-phase essence that must be shaken before use. After shaking, the liquid becomes milky green💚🤍 The consistency is between toner and serum. So wow!! What a game changer! I have very oily, dehydrated, and acne-prone skin that easily reacts to products, especially oil cleansers! I was very skeptical about trying this, but since it’s a balm-to-foam cleanser, meaning an oil- and water-based cleanser in one product, my skin has loved it! I use it every night before my regular water-based cleanser. It’s easy to use, has a lovely consistency, and really removes all makeup, sunscreen, and oil! Luckily, you don’t need much product either. The skin feels hydrated after cleansing, and I also use it as an express mask sometimes 🙌🏼 Something else I like about this is that it contains two mild exfoliating acids that make the skin feel properly cleansed! When I received the product and read a bit about it, I became very curious about the product considering the name and description. I have never tried such a product and was very excited! For your information, I have oily, dehydrated, and acne-prone skin that easily reacts to products. Since I am a beginner with retinol, I have only used about 2-3 drops around 3 times a week to see how my skin reacts to the product and to build up tolerance for retinol. It can take a while before you really see the difference when using retinol, so so far I haven't noticed a very big difference other than my skin feeling good, and that it maybe helps a bit to calm down breakouts. The perfect essence!
This is the perfect essence for unbalanced skin! First of all, the packaging is gorgeous! You really get the feeling of luxury in a bottle! It comes in a glass bottle and looks very elegant. I have very oily, dehydrated, and acne-prone skin, and when I read the description, I immediately thought this would be perfect for me! I started using the product in the evening about every other day to build up and check tolerance since it contains mild exfoliating acids. My skin tolerated it very well, so eventually, I began using it every night. It feels very light on the skin but at the same time provides moisture and feels very comfortable.
